The following day, Judge R. Barclay Surrick denied the motion."
"But the case is still alive. On Thursday, Obama's senate office and the Democratic National Committee in Washington were both served with legal papers in Berg vs. Obama, Berg said. The DNC and Federal Election Commission are co-defendants in the case."
"The U.S. Attorney's Office in Philadelphia accepted service of legal documents on behalf of the FEC on Aug. 22, according to a press release issued by Berg's office."

The report is that the first judge threw the motion out, but the case has been accepted by the U.S. Attorneys Office in Philadelphia and legal papers have been served to Obama's camp and to the DNC, according to this source (which by the way was the only one that could be found on either Google or Yahoo).
Seems that since Sarah the show stealer has arrived there is not too much real interest in anything else. Nevertheless, the 'Election 2008' miniseries is not over and there yet remains the possibility of any number of further plot twists to keep the 'consumer' public blinded to the very real paradigm shift into the globalized anti-christ world system that is happening right under their noses. Live peformances daily in the theatre of the absurd.
The Global Script will be followed, regardless of how all the sub-plots play out. That's not pessimism, that's reality. Just keep watching and see... it's educational.
