Aiming to boost the slow pace of administering Covid-19 vaccinations, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee said Monday that the state has turned to Starbucks for help streamlining logistics and setting a new goal to dole out 45,000 doses a day.

Starbucks has assigned 11 employees with expertise in labor and deployment, operations, and research and development to work full time on vaccine distribution in its home state, the company said, adding that the number of employees could change.

Microsoft, another Seattle area-based corporation, will also set up a site to perform 5,000 vaccinations a day, he said.

The Starbucks employees assigned to work on vaccine distribution will use the company's computer simulation modeling system to find ways to expedite inoculations, according to the state and the company. Starbucks and Washington hope the partnership will create an improved vaccine distribution network across the state's 39 counties and 29 tribal nations.

Reportedly no 'vacinations' are to be done at actual Starbucks stores. They are just providing their 'managerial expertise' to 'the cause'...as the story goes. Walmart is preparing its 5,000 pharmacies to administer the COVID-19 vaccine in the U.S.

“With 90% of the American population living within 10 miles of a Walmart, we will play an important part in making sure those who want a vaccine can get one when they are eligible based on their state’s prioritization, especially those in hard to reach parts of the country that have recently been hit hard by the epidemic,” Walmart’s chief medical officer Dr. Tom Van Gilder wrote in a blog post.

Walmart operates a fleet of more than 4,700 stores and around 600 Sam’s Club locations in the U.S, with more than 5,000 pharmacies.

The company has also put together materials to inform people about when to receive the first and second doses for the most effective vaccination. Walmart, also the nation’s largest private employer, is also educating its associates about the vaccine “so when they are determined to be eligible, they will understand and be ready to receive the vaccine if they choose.”

Last month, the U.S. Health and Human Services Department announced partnerships with more than a dozen chain pharmacies, including Walmart, Kroger (KR), Rite Aid (RAD), Albertsons Companies (ACI), and others, to provide access to the vaccine once ready.

On January 19th of this year, a regulation was passed by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Even when they define “reasonably believed,” the CDC and HHS use obscure language so that the definition could basically fit anyone.

The regulation also allows the government to conduct screenings “through non-invasive procedures determined appropriate” at airports, bus stations, and other public places, where people may be required to provide contact information.*

"In addition, the proposal would say that the federal government could then detain, quarantine, examine, and potentially vaccinate anyone they thought needed that without that person's consent."

'Notice of Proposed Rulemaking' (NPRM) is the title of the edict issued by the CDC - which has now been released for "public comment". Below are just a few excerpts from an informative article on the matter, along with a couple of videos. It is interesting to note that while these CDC 'new rules' providing draconian powers are on one hand said to be proposals, on the other hand, and quoting from the actual document (3rd paragraph below - after intro), these are not proposals at all but rather a notification of what has already been determined: "CDC...is amending its domestic (interstate) and foreign quarantine regulations...":

The CDC’s summary of its program reads as follows:

"Through this Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is amending its domestic (interstate) and foreign quarantine regulations to best protect the public health of the United States. These amendments are being proposed to aid public health responses.....to prevent the importation and spread of communicable diseases affecting human health into the United States and interstate..."

To be sure, Zika’s vague and difficult-to-diagnose symptoms make it an especially apt vehicle for creating widespread hysteria that could without much difficulty provide the basis for at least limited implementation of the CDC’s quarantine and vaccination project.

While measles is regarded as a “non-quarantinable communicable disease”, it is referenced a total 186 times through the NPRM [Notice of Proposed Rulemaking], and repeatedly alongside Ebola and MERS, which are invoked 330 times and 60 times respectively.

In fact, the document emphasizes that “every case of measles in the United States is considered a public health emergency because of its extremely high transmissibility,” pointing to vaccination as an essential prophylactic.

Since the CDC repeatedly employs the non-fatal and indeed once commonplace measles virus throughout the document in such a way there is nothing preventing the agency and its partners from plugging in one or more other maladies that are largely the product of government and corporate media hype and disinformation. A case in point is the [alleged] Zika virus

At present development of a Zika vaccine has moved to human trials. As noted, on August 10 the Obama administration’s HHS sought to bring such a vaccine to fruition by funneling $81 million toward vaccine research, Reuters reports. Less than one week later the CDC set in motion its Control of Communicable Diseases policy by inviting public comment.

How much more plain does it have to be? An unprecedented, meaning nothing like it ever before, U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit to "build democracy and raise investment in the continent". A more accurate description would be the corporate-globalization takeover of Africa. Corporate globalization is just another name for Agenda 21 regional global government. At the highest level, "regional global government" looks like continental divisions. Scientists talk of 'pandemic potential' after first confirmed human death from new strain of bird flu

Chinese scientists have said the “pandemic potential” of a new strain of bird flu “should not be underestimated” after the first known human infection resulted in the death of an elderly woman. The new strain is a variant of a virus known as H10N8, which scientists believe may have originated in wild birds, and later spread to poultry.

The victim, a 73-year-old woman from Nanchang City in south-eastern China, was the first person confirmed to have been infected with the new type, and a second case has since been discovered, raising concerns that the virus has evolved so that it can transfer easily from birds to humans.

Its emergence coincides with a surge in the number of cases of another bird flu strain, H7N9, which is known to have infected 286 people since March last year, causing 60 deaths.

“Previously we did not think that H7N9 infections might be so lethal,” he said, referring to fatal cases in China. “Now we also must consider H10N8 as well.”

In their report of the death, published in The Lancet medical journal today, public health scientists in China said that it “further increases the importance of surveillance for pandemic preparedness and response”, adding that “ the pandemic potential of this novel virus should not be underestimated".

First there was one, now there are two. Up until now it was just last year's H7N9 that might explode into a global flu catastrophe, but that was last year, and this is this year. NYC to MANDATE Flu Shots for Children Under 6

Vaccinations used to be optional. But increasingly, with marketing pushing them from every angle, it seems like we have less of a choice. In New York City, the youngest and likely most vulnerable will soon not have a choice at all. There, the Board of Health voted to mandate flu vaccines for children under 6 who go to preschool or day care.

The initiative will take effect in only 30 days and will affect 150,000 children.

While the city says parents can opt out for religious or medical reasons, that isn’t enough. Parents should be able to opt in – not have to opt out. Vaccines are a risky endeavor, particularly for the youngest among us. To have to align yourself with a religion in order to opt out is a twist on civil liberties that a country known for its freedom shouldn’t make.
