It proved difficult to get a general idea of what happened or what was said at the 7-17-12 Arpaio birth-certificate conference from any single source. Most reports that could be found were fairly limited, and many were mocking. Nevertheless, the quotes from the three sources linked above, together, do give the gist of it. According to Arpaio and team: the certificate is "undoubtedly fraudulent", a "picture of deception" actually, a crime has occurred, and a "higher authority" needs to investigate because "national security" is at stake - perhaps Congress. But, realistically speaking, who that authority would be is in itself a huge dilemma due to the fact that the "obvious choices report directly to the president", says Arpaio. And then, after all that, Arpaio adds in a little disclaimer about "not questioning Obama's involvement or legal status". What? Someone forged the President of the United States' birth certificate and, without his knowledge, posted it on the internet for all the world to see, for no reason?

Quite an amazing little plot twist here. No questions answered, just more obfuscation: The Obama birth certificate, as it now turns out after three years of being questioned, despite certain Hawaiian officials continuing to stick to their story, really is fake...but only because of a mysterious criminal lurking out there somewhere forging presidential birth certificates for unexplainable reasons - this evidently being the "national security threat" referred to - as the official natural-born Obama story is certainly not in dispute, according to Arpaio.

So apparently the take away here is supposed to be that even if the birth certificate itself is problematic, Obama is legitimate.

'Indisputable proof' of Obama forgery to be released tomorrow July 17

At a news conference Tuesday in Phoenix that will be live-streamed by WND, Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse will present “indisputable proof” the Obama birth document released by the White House is a forgery, according to the posse’s lead investigator.

Mike Zullo said the new information was developed during an investigative trip to Hawaii in May.

The press conference will be held Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. [Local time will be 2:30 p.m., as Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time].

The investigative team also promises to release more conclusions drawn from computer analysis of the document the White House released April 27, 2011...Arpaio said there was “tons” more potentially shocking information on Obama in connection with his probe into the president’s eligibility.

A birther lawsuit alleging that President Barack Obama is ineligible to serve as commander in chief kicked off in Florida on Monday, with members of both legal teams providing arguments.

The Miami Herald breaks down the president's legal defense as laid out by his lawyers:

The suit is without standing because Obama won’t officially become the Democratic nominee for president until after the party’s convention in September, the defense argued. Right now he is simply a candidate, albeit one without opposition in primary, they said.

“In this case, there has been no nomination to office, there has been no election to office as a result of the presidential preference primary of January 31,” said Mark Herron, a lawyer representing Obama.

Florida Judge Schedules Natural Born Citizen Hearing To Decide Obama Name On State Ballot

A hearing has been scheduled in a Florida court to allow attorneys representing the White House to support their claim that the term “natural born citizen” in the U.S. Constitution means something other than the offspring of two American citizens.

Judge Terry Lewis in Leon County has set a hearing for June 18 to consider arguments from both sides of a challenge to Obama’s name on the 2012 state election ballot.

Attorney Larry Klayman’s law firm filed the challenge to Obama’s name on the ballot on behalf of Democrat Michael Voeltz, “a registered member of the Democrat Party, voter, and taxpayer in Broward County, who was an eligible elector for the Florida Primary of Jan. 31, 2012.”

The definition of the term is critical. Such a step has not been reached in any of the more than 100 legal cases that have been brought over Obama’s eligibility since before his election in 2008.

Klayman has argued that since Obama was not born to two citizen parents, he is is not a “natural born citizen” as required by Article II of the Constitution and, therefore, is ineligible to be a candidate on the state’s election ballot.

Klayman told WND that the case is in the discovery stage in which attorneys are supposed to be able to request documents, evidence and testimony that would further refine and define the issues in dispute for the court.

“Obama’s briefs [said] it would be an undue burden and expense to have discovery,” Klayman said.

The argument also cites Barack Obama Sr.’s birth in Kenya, making him a “British subject”.

“The British Nationality Act of 1948, Part 2, Section 5, Clause 1, makes Defendant Obama, the son of a British subject, also a British subject at birth. At best, defendant Obama was born a dual citizen of Britain and the United States. These facts make clear that defendant Obama was not a ‘natural born citizen’ as required by the U.S. Constitution.”

The fact that state officials have sworn an oath to “support, protect, and defend” the Florida and U.S. constitutions means the issue needs an answer, the brief argues, and state officials are “duty bound to uphold the eligibility requirements.”

A state administrative law judge on Friday flatly rejected challenges seeking to keep President Barack Obama from being a candidate in next month's Georgia primary.

In a 10-page order, Judge Michael Malihi dismissed one challenge that contended Obama has maintained a Hawaiian birth certificate that is a computer-generated forgery, has a fraudulent Social Security number and invalid U.S. identification papers. He also turned back another that claimed the president is not a natural born citizen.

Malihi's finding goes to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp, who will make the final determination.

Plaintiffs' briefs due today in Obama’s Georgia ballot eligibility case allvoices.com

Attorneys representing eight plaintiffs seeking to remove President Barack Obama's name from Georgia's Super Tuesday Democratic Primary ballot on March 6 have until close of business today to file their briefs in the case heard before deputy administrative law judge Michael Malihi last week in Atlanta.

Judge Malihi had originally set the deadline for briefs on February 6, 2012, a month out from the election. Judge Malihi will then file his brief containing Findings of Facts and Conclusion of Law with Brian Kemp, Georgia's Secretary of State.

Georgia law requires the Secretary of State to resolve issues regarding election disputes.

Judge Malihi is expected to rule on this case by Friday of this week in order to give Secretary of State Kemp sufficient time to review his findings and issue an order approving or rejecting the Democratic Party of Georgia's primary ballot.

After hearing evidence with neither President Barack Obama nor his lawyers in attendance, a state administrative law judge on Thursday did not issue a ruling as to whether Obama can be allowed on the state ballot in November.

Late Wednesday, Obama's lawyer, Michael Jablonski, wrote Secretary of State Brian Kemp, asking him to suspend the hearing. "It is well established that there is no legitimate issue here -- a conclusion validated time and again by courts around the country," Jablonski wrote.

In response, Kemp said the hearing to consider the challenges is required by Georgia law. "If you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the [Office of State Administrative Hearings] proceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril," Kemp wrote.

Thursday's hearing was held before a packed courtroom with almost every seat taken -- except for those at the defendant's table facing the judge.

The White House appears prepared to ignore a recent ruling by Georgia Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi that would require President Obama to attend a birther hearing in Fulton County, Ga., on Thursday.

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney outlined Barack Obama's weekly agenda on Monday, noting that the president is scheduled to hit Las Vegas, Denver and Detroit on Thursday in a whirlwind tour to talk middle class job creation.

That's not likely to sit well with Malihi, who last week rejected an effort by Obama's legal team to quash a subpoena that would require president appear in court that day. The complaint, like many others of its kind, claims Obama isn't a natural-born citizen and therefore can't be president.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution spoke with attorney Melvin Goldstein, who is not involved with the case, to get some insight on what might happen if the administration simply turned a blind eye to the court order. While unprecedented, he said Malihi could possibly refer the matter to a Fulton County Superior Court judge, who could then decide whether to enforce the subpoena. If necessary, Goldstein suggested, the judge could hold the president in contempt.

A Georgia judge has refused a demand from Barack Obama to quash a subpoena to appear at a series of administration hearings Jan. 26 at which residents of the state are challenging, as allowed under a state law, his name on the 2012 presidential ballot.

Hearings have been scheduled for three separate complaints raised against Obama’s candidacy. They all are raised by Georgia residents who are challenging Obama’s name on the 2012 ballot for various reasons, which they are allowed to do under state law.

The schedule for the hearings was set by Malihi of the Georgia state Office of State Administrative Hearings. In Georgia, a state law requires “every candidate for federal” office who is certified by the state executive committees of a political party or who files a notice of candidacy “shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.”

Citizens bringing the complaints include David Farrar, Leah Lax, Cody Judy, Thomas Malaren and Laurie Roth, represented by Taitz; David Weldon represented by attorney Van R. Irion of Liberty Legal Foundation; and Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell, represented by J. Mark Hatfield.

Hatfield also had filed with the court a “Notice to Produce” asking for Obama’s documents and records. He wants one of the two original certified copies of Obama’s long-form birth certificate.

Also, required are medical, religious administrative and other records about Obama’s birth; passports, applications and related records; college and university applications; bar association applications and materials; details on the citizenship of Obama’s father and other documents.

Those who argue against his birth in the United States note that numerous experts have given testimony and sworn statements that they believe Obama’s Hawaiian birth documentation to be fraudulent.

Joseph Farah, founder and CEO of WND.com, was scheduled to appear on MSNBC Wednesday evening to talk about a banner that was flown over the Republican presidential debate forum in Tampa, Fla., Monday night.

But WND has since produced a shocking series of reports that point in the direction of fabrication. One analyst points out that the long form appears to have been typed on different typewriters because the type faces are different styles and sizes. It appears that the 'copy' of the alleged Obama birth certificate is ridden with anomalies and more than a few are crying foul. An amateur forgery at best is the general consensus among those who have identified these anoma-lies(?). So bad in fact i.e obvious, they are saying, that it would have had to have been done purposely because it could not seriously be expected to fool anybody.

An in-your-face hoax some are suggesting, citing the name of the registrar on line 21 as lending credence to that thought. For the first name the initials 'UKL' are given (the 'L' is difficult to make out, possibly an 'R'), and the last name is "Lee". It has been pointed out that it appears to be a play on the word "ukulele".

Radio personality Mike Evans, who says he was mistaken when he told a radio station that Gov. Neil Abercrombie said there is no birth certificate in Hawaii for Barack Obama, now says he's going to be grilling the governor on the issue, if he can get hold of him.

After WND's report, however, Evans backtracked. To FoxNews, he said, "Only this I can … tell you is 100 percent fact: that Neil never told me there was no birth certificate. I never talked to him."

"I was on 34 radio stations that morning. That was the only station where I said, instead of saying 'the hospital said there's no birth certificate' I misspoke and said Neil said that," Evans told Fox. "I misspoke and I apologize for that. I apologize to Neil."

However, the comments also were made to 945 KOOL FM radio in Phoenix, where a podcast reveals Evans saying, "Yesterday I talked to Neil … said he has searched everywhere using his power as governor … there is no Barack Obama birth certificate."

He was asked about the conflict in his statements on the Peter Boyles show on Denver's KHOW 630 AM radio station yesterday, where he eventually promised that he would try to reach his friend and find out the true story about Abercrombie's hunt for Obama's birth certificate.

On the program, Evans said, "I said I talked to Neil's office. I didn't say I talked to Neil."

In the House, there are 25 co-sponsors, with the need for only 31 votes for passage, and Burges told WND that there were several chamber members who confirmed they support the plan and will vote for it, but simply didn't wish to be listed as co-sponsors.

Hawaii guv can't find Obama birth certificate wnd

Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie suggested in an interview published today that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.

Abercrombie told the Honolulu Star Advertiser he was searching within the Hawaii Department of Health to find definitive vital records that would prove Obama was born in Hawaii, because the continuing eligibility controversy could hurt the president's chances of re-election in 2012.

Donalyn Dela Cruz, Abercrombie's spokeswoman in Honolulu, ignored again today another in a series of repeated requests made by WND for an interview with the governor.

Toward the end of the interview, the newspaper asked Abercrombie: "You stirred up quite a controversy with your comments regarding birthers and your plan to release more information regarding President Barack Obama's birth certificate. How is that coming?"

In his response, Abercrombie acknowledged the birth certificate issue will have "political implications" for the next presidential election "that we simply cannot have."

Although Hawaii's newly elected Democrat governor, Neil Abercrombie, has recently given a flurry of high-profile media interviews condemning "birthers" who question Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, suddenly he is declining to answer a few hard questions.

He has, in just recent days, expressed his disdain toward "birthers" in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, the Chicago Tribune, on CNN, as well as the local Star Advertiser and Hawaii News Now.

But this week, in e-mails from his press secretary, Abercrombie refused to be interviewed by WND.

Although he has acknowledged he was not present at the still-unidentified hospital in Honolulu to witness Obama's birth, Abercrombie long has claimed he socialized with Barack Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham Obama when Barack Obama Jr. was yet a baby.

The problem with Abercrombie’s testimony is that Barack Obama Sr. and his wife, Ann Dunham, did not live together as man and wife with their baby son as Abercrombie claims to have witnessed.

Just last year, Abercrombie played a role in another Obama birth controversy when he read a letter at a Kapi'olani Medical Center centennial dinner in Honolulu that supposedly was authored by President Obama, claiming Kapi'olani as his birth hospital.

As WND reported, the letter read by Abercrombie and initially displayed on the Kapi'olani website turned out to be a computer-created likeness of a letter using HTML code, the building blocks of Internet websites, not an actual paper letter.

When pressed on the matter, Kapi'olani officials eventually sent WND a photograph of a paper letter purportedly written by Obama, though the White House has still not confirmed its authenticity or content. Hospital officials told WND they "know" the letter must be from Obama because it was brought to them by then-Congressman Abercrombie.

During his gubernatorial campaign, Abercrombie blasted WND for publishing a report that Abercrombie was listed as a member of the U.S.-based Marxist-oriented Democratic Socialists of America.

The case alleges Congress failed to follow the Constitution, which "provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate 'elected' by the Electoral College Electors."

It is time to motivate the citizens of U.S. to expose 'hoax' of Obama'

Organizers of a new march on Washington are offering Americans the opportunity to show President Obama their birth certificates and declare that unless he produces documentation of his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, he should quit.

The event is headed by Philip Berg, the first to bring court challenges to Obama's eligibility under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that presidents be a "natural born citizen."

While a number of cases, including several of his own, remain pending, Berg told WND today the issue needs to be pressed.

"Since the courts are taking their time to get to the point of allowing 'discovery,' it is time to motivate the citizens of the United States for a 'peaceful revolution' to expose the 'hoax' of Obama, the biggest 'hoax' in the history of our country, in over 230 years," he said.

Berg, who publicizes his cases through his ObamaCrimes.com website, said the planned "Birth Certificate March on Washington" will demand Obama resign.

A date and other logistical details of the march are to be announced within a few days, Berg told WND.

He's also asking all citizens to e-mail, fax or mail a copy of their own birth certificates to him to present to Obama. The president should resign, he said, "because he has failed to produce his long form birth certificate to show he is 'constitutionally eligible' to be president." (He said if people choose, they could black out private information.)

Berg said he's already gotten what he called a "fabulous" response to his plans. He said a march is something "people positively can do."
