Sources said while the work on the project is long-term, ‘fundamental and profound’ changes are on the way.

UK city defends new ‘climate lockdown’ policy

The city of Oxfordshire has embraced the concept of limiting citizens’ personal travel to fight climate change, an idea once dismissed as a conspiracy theory.

The Oxfordshire County Council’s so-called ‘traffic filter’ system, adopted last week, has gone viral, denounced as the first step toward “climate lockdowns” by climate skeptics and civil liberties activists.

The city will be divided into six “15-minute neighborhoods,” containing all local necessities as defined by the city, with residents required to register their cars so their comings and goings can be tracked via license plate cameras. They are allowed unlimited movement in their own neighborhood, but in order to drive through the filters, they must apply for a permit. Even then, they are only granted access to other neighborhoods for an average of two days per week. Those who exceed their travel allotment will be fined.

The city will benefit financially, with any driver caught passing through a filter without an exemption or a permit being charged a £70 penalty (just over $85) per violation. The planners expect the city could make as much as £1.1 million per year by fining drivers.

Swiss Face Up to 3 Years in Prison For Violating Heating Rules

People in Switzerland who violate the country’s new heating rules which forbid setting the temperature above 19°C (66.2F *) in the colder months will face up to three years in prison.

Yes, really.  -- Under the new rules, buildings that use gas heating systems are restricted to 19°C, while hot water can only be heated up to 60°C and radiant heaters are banned entirely. It will also be forbidden to heat swimming polls and saunas. -- Depending on the severity of the violation and the individual’s economic situation, fines will range from 30 to 3,000 Swiss francs ($30 to $3,050), while people could also be imprisoned for up to three years.

Despite the brazenly authoritarian restrictions, Economy Minister Guy Parmelin asserted, “We are not a police state,” although he acknowledged police would perform “spot checks” to try to catch violators.

Many would suggest this is just a taste of a dystopian ‘net zero’ future where people who defy climate change ‘energy lockdowns’ face arrest and prison time.

Here as blatant as can be is the Problem-Reaction-Solution of the fake 'energy crisis' being played out worldwide. Draconian control measures implemented as the 'solution' for this absolutely faked crisis-shortage. This in Switzerland, but as reported in above article, numerous other European countries are now enacting similar measures due to 'Russia' (of course) cutting off the natural gas supply because of, supposedly, "breaking pipes" on the Nord Stream 1 pipeline. Of course of course breaking pipes.

Here also is what the worldwide 'smart meter' - homes - cities push is actually about. Ultimately control of everything to be completely removed from the 'commoners'. Take it totally out of their hands. *Sixty-six degrees too cold for you serf? ..get some more blankets.

"Net zero" is the newest-latest catch phrase being used to describe the 'smart city' global agenda. Net zero? - it's to enslave you - literally. Know about it.

‘Zoe’ Becomes the World’s First Named Heat Wave

CLIMATEWIRE | The world’s first named heat wave hit Seville, Spain, this week, pushing temperatures past 110 degrees Fahrenheit and earning the most severe tier in the city’s new heat wave ranking system... according to proMETEO Sevilla, Seville’s new heat wave ranking system.

Zoe is the first named heat wave to hit Seville since it officially launched a new pilot program last month for naming and ranking heat waves, similar to hurricanes (Climatewire, June 22). Only the most severe heat waves get names, designated this year in reverse alphabetical order. After Zoe, comes Yago, Xenia, Wenceslao and Vega.

The program is a collaboration between the city of Seville and the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht-Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center (Arsht-Rock), with other partners including the Spanish Office for Climate Change and several Spanish universities and research institutes. It takes a three-tiered approach to categorizing heat waves in Seville, with Category 1 as the lowest ranking and Category 3 as the most severe.

Climate change is causing heat waves to become more frequent, more intense and longer-lasting all over the world, increasing the risks to human health. Seville’s new naming and ranking system is intended to heighten public awareness about the dangers of extreme heat.

It’s currently the only system with a naming component. But other cities are following suit with similar ranking programs. Athens, Greece, recently announced a new system for categorizing heat waves, while several cities across the United States are launching similar pilot programs of their own, including Los Angeles, Miami, Milwaukee and Kansas City, Mo.

[6-17-22] Outdoor public events have been banned in an area of France as a record breaking heatwave sweeps across Europe. Concerts and large public gatherings have been called off in the Gironde department around Bordeaux.

On Thursday [6-16-22], parts of France hit 40C earlier in the year than ever before, with temperatures expected to peak on Saturday. Scientists say periods of intense heat are becoming more frequent and longer lasting as a result of global warming. Spain, Italy and the UK are also experiencing high temperatures.

In Gironde, officials said public events, including some of the official 18 June Resistance celebrations, will be prohibited from Friday at 14:00 (12:00 GMT) "until the end of the heat wave". Indoor events at venues without air-conditioning are also banned.

"Everyone now faces a health risk", local official Fabienne Buccio told France Bleu radio.

The French interior ministry warned people to be extremely careful and not expose themselves to the weather.

[6-10-19 - excerpted] Impossible fires burning down entire towns/communities around the globe. Of course an explanation must be given. The official explanation for CA's devastating so-called 'Camp Fire' last year [Nov. 2018], referenced in the above article, is "arcing" of electrical power lines - i.e. sparks jumping between lines or conductors - and then windy conditions spreading the sparks, causing the fires.

Anybody buying that? Never has happened before. Regardless, for the sake of argument, say that is true. A fire starting is one thing. A fire that burns with impossible precision, a 'smart fire', as they have been aptly described, that burns selectively, impossibly - as all at this point have seen and fully know to be the case - this can never be explained by natural causes. Never-ever-never. That is an inescapable fact.

Impossible fires by natural cause, blame assigned to a natural cause, solution implemented facilitates Agenda 21 masterplan.
