October 1st has arrived and the new reality is that there will be combat-trained American troops on the ground in this country starting today (see second video). It's a whole new ballgame. The line has been crossed. Here's the question: Could it be that Rep. Michael Burgess was actually announcing the start of the 'new order' three days ago when he made the statement below (quoted from first video)?

Here now is where the above statement by Burgess becomes very significant if not ominous because what may rightly be called a 'Military Homeland Police', i.e. phase one martial law, begins today. Exactly what Burgess stated just a few days ago...here it is homelanders. Starting small...perhaps, but it is definitely started. Be informed, it is only the beginning.
The *brigade will be stationed at Fort Monroe in Virginia but will be conducting their so-called domestic operations as a mobile "federal response force" with jurisdiction anywhere:

*Brigade - 3,000 to 5,000 solders. A brigade headquarters commands the tactical operation of two to five organic or attached combat battalions. Normally commanded by a colonel with a command sergeant major as senior NCO, brigades are employed on independent or semi-independent operations.
