Berg to U.S. Supreme Court this Afternoon
Philadelphia attorney Philip Berg will be at the United States Supreme Court at 3:15 p.m. today to file a Petition for Writ of Certiorari, as well as an application to Justice Souter--the applicable Justice given this region--for an immediate injunction to stay the presidential election currently only five days away.
Berg, who filed suit in district court here in Philadelphia back on August 21 alleging that Barack Obama is constitutionally ineligible to serve as president of the United States, said that he hopes the Supreme Court will "do the right thing" by the United States Constitution and the American people and hear the case on its merits and, in so doing, avoid a constitutional crisis." This crisis can be averted," Berg said, "if the Supreme Court grants the injunction pending a review of this case, if the Court insists that Obama turn over certified documentation showing that he is a 'natural born' United States Citizen. If he cannot produce that documentation, he should be removed from the presidential ballot."
"We are at a crucial time for the United States of America," Berg said. "I am hopeful that the Supreme Court will do what is necessary to avoid a certain constitutional crisis."

Stay the election...to avoid a "certain constitutional crisis"? Point in fact, once again: The United States Constitution will be a thing of history when the North American Union aka Canamerexico 'regional world governing system' is finally brought completely 'out of the closet' and introduced to the American homeland citizens of North America. This is truly the only agenda on the table; the global system of regional governments; and that agenda will be advanced regardless of the outcome of this Hollywood production disguised as an election. The 'old' order must fall before the 'new' can rise. Nevertheless, is it possible that this entire 'Obama mystery production' is nothing more than an elaborate scheme to begin the process of 'retiring' the Constitution...so to speak?
It is very unlikely that the Supreme Court will act decidedly on this, other than to discredit it, but that will be known soon either way, and then of course BO would still have to 'win' the scripted 'Election 2008' to set the stage for the "certain constitutional crisis" so that the resulting 'ordo ab chao' could work it's dark magic, perhaps embroiling the document in some destructive legal controversies. Time will tell all though...and it will not be long now.
