‘Zoe’ Becomes the World’s First Named Heat Wave

CLIMATEWIRE | The world’s first named heat wave hit Seville, Spain, this week, pushing temperatures past 110 degrees Fahrenheit and earning the most severe tier in the city’s new heat wave ranking system... according to proMETEO Sevilla, Seville’s new heat wave ranking system.

Zoe is the first named heat wave to hit Seville since it officially launched a new pilot program last month for naming and ranking heat waves, similar to hurricanes (Climatewire, June 22). Only the most severe heat waves get names, designated this year in reverse alphabetical order. After Zoe, comes Yago, Xenia, Wenceslao and Vega.

The program is a collaboration between the city of Seville and the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht-Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center (Arsht-Rock), with other partners including the Spanish Office for Climate Change and several Spanish universities and research institutes. It takes a three-tiered approach to categorizing heat waves in Seville, with Category 1 as the lowest ranking and Category 3 as the most severe.

Climate change is causing heat waves to become more frequent, more intense and longer-lasting all over the world, increasing the risks to human health. Seville’s new naming and ranking system is intended to heighten public awareness about the dangers of extreme heat.

It’s currently the only system with a naming component. But other cities are following suit with similar ranking programs. Athens, Greece, recently announced a new system for categorizing heat waves, while several cities across the United States are launching similar pilot programs of their own, including Los Angeles, Miami, Milwaukee and Kansas City, Mo.

That is a description of instant destruction out of nowhere. It is the type of thing that would happen if a dam was suddenly opened and all the water released at once. Everything underwater in a matter of moments. The thing about it this was no isolated 'freak' incident - the same thing is happening worldwide on a regular basis. First, this quote taken from an article which is a brief synopsis of something called the the U.N. "Biodiversity Assessment Report", which was published in November of 1995:

Secondly, below is an excerpt from another article which had been saved in some old files. The link is lost and 'a google' didn't turn it up, so take it for what it is worth. There is no valid reason though to question or doubt the accuracy because if you understand the 'sustainable' agenda (21) thoroughly, it fits perfectly. It would also explain perfectly why the word "wrenching" is used as an adjective to describe the now 'urgent' planned transformation of the world!

The author/researcher (below) has studied the 'U.N. Biodiversity Assessment Report' and from it has compiled what she called the "unsustainable list".....which basically means those things that, according to the report, will have to be "wrenched" away from people, because they are 'harmful to Mother earth'. This truly is what 'sustainable development' is about. Again, if not familiar with this, prepare to be in disbelief:

[6-17-22] Outdoor public events have been banned in an area of France as a record breaking heatwave sweeps across Europe. Concerts and large public gatherings have been called off in the Gironde department around Bordeaux.

"Everyone now faces a health risk", local official Fabienne Buccio told France Bleu radio.

The French interior ministry warned people to be extremely careful and not expose themselves to the weather.

The particular scene was framed in such a way that it showed 12 skeletons sitting with them. Reportedly the picture panned out after a time showing more skeletons, but this particular scene was done so that it showed exactly twelve. At one point during the particular scene with the twelve skeletons 'Lil Wayne and another video participant were shown covering their ears. Gunfire? Can it all be just a 'bizarre coincidence'? Probability seems very low.

Police in California Plan to Use Drones to Enforce Quarantine Lockdown

[excerpted]  Surveillance drones were used during the lockdown in China to monitor neighborhoods to ensure that residents were staying indoors. Drones were also used to spray disinfectants during the outbreak as well.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has urged additional governments to use similar tactics to enforce quarantines. Police in Spain have been using drones to patrol the streets and order citizens to stay home during the lockdown.

Most Americans doubted that these types of measures would happen at home, but police in California have already announced a plan to use drones equipped with cameras and loudspeakers to enforce the recently imposed quarantine orders.

“The outbreak has changed my view of expanding the program as rapidly as I can,” he added.

A major supermarket chain in the UK is doing away entirely with it's meat and fish deli counters - calling it a "new vision", while Tyson Foods in the USA promising that skyrocketing meat prices will only continue to rise..because of this reason that reason etc. etc.. Really is no question that these types of developments represents the Agenda 21 - UN2030 'anti-meat' agenda being taken to another level. The only thing that is going to happen is that over time the availability will become less and less, until there is virtually no meat no fish no pork anywhere, and through this carefully planned phasing-out program the 'serfdom' becomes trained to do without. Then they are to be fed insects. Or soylent green maybe. And not sometime 'off in the future' - you are living now in the transition. The planned, very real transition, to this:
