House blocks vote to halt US-'Israel' military integration
A House committee has blocked a bipartisan attempt to force a public vote on an amendment that sought to remove a controversial defense provision critics say would bind the US and Israeli military-industrial systems more deeply than ever.
Previously referred to as Section 224 and later identified by supporters as Section 219, it would create a Defense Department executive agent tasked with advancing defense technology cooperation between Washington and Tel Aviv, including weapons production, industrial coordination, technology sharing, and what the provision describes as “data fusion"... the House Rules Committee declined to clear the amendment for debate and a vote before the full House..
Despite the setback, the provision is not yet final. The Senate is considering its own version of the proposal, and the final NDAA [National Defense Authorization Act] will still need to be negotiated through a conference committee. [full article at link]

What it means the basic: It means section 219 formerly 224 will not be voted on separately for removal but will stay in the NDAA 2027 and the bill then has to be voted on in it's entirety. All or nothing they made it. Snaky bunch*
