Section 305 is entitled "BUILDING CAPACITY OF FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS WITH RESPECT TO FOOD SAFETY" and it gives the FDA authority to set up offices in foreign countries and then dictate the food safety plans of foreign governments. It says, specifically, on page 217 of the bill (http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/BILLS-...):
So who is involved in creating this? Believe it or not, the global "food safety" plan is to be developed under consultation to the Department of Homeland Security as well as the U.S. Treasury.
So what does this global food safety plan actually entail? [for example:]
• "Provisions for secure electronic data sharing."
• "Training of foreign governments and food producers on United States requirements for safe food."
• "Recommendations on whether and how to harmonize requirements under the Codex Alimentarius."*

*This is included so that the FDA will "harmonize" the U.S. food and dietary supplement industries with global Codex requirements which outlaw virtually all healthy doses of vitamins and minerals. The bill was shelved for a year, passed back and forth between the Senate and Congress the last two months or so, and then slipped into an entirely separate bill as an amendment three weeks ago [here] and rammed through the lame duck Congress for last-minute final passage. Now for the first time the actual details of the bill can be known, and it is very clear why it was done the way it was. [read full article]
It will allow the tracking and controlling of everything, especially the financial aspects, which is truly the bottom line. It will all be made to funnel through their hands. It is the Global Food Department of the one world government, and they are now open for business.
How can the Cabalist-globalists maintain control of a global kingdom without micromanaging absolutely everything, especially the very basic necessities of life - like food? They cannot - so to see this is expected. It may seem surreal though because it can be difficult to comprehend the vastness of and the degree of power now obviously held by those who are bringing these things to pass. The reality is that their slimy tentacles are wrapped around the entire globe. But comprehending or not, it IS real...and they are now going for broke. Be well aware.
Relatively very few people still believe and hold to the prophetic portions of the Word of God. The majority of professing Christians have dismissed those passages of scripture as unintelligible, or symbolic, or relegated them to past history. But for those relative few who do still believe and unwaveringly hold to definite and literal interpretations of biblical prophecy, the formation of a one world government, along with the formation of a one world church/global religion, are the two most prominent signs foretold as indicating that we will have entered upon that time.
