It was an unusual Sunday morning worship at Northwood Church in Keller, Texas. Christians, Muslims and Jews sat together in the megachurch to hear an evangelical pastor preach about Jesus.
The three faith groups had already visited the Islamic Center of Irving the previous day and the Temple Shalom of North Dallas on Friday before congregating inside the Christian house of worship. And they don't plan to make this a one-time event.
The three services held over the weekend were not interfaith services. They were distinctly Jewish, Muslim and Christian services, respectively.
Shifting from interfaith to multifaith is critical in the 21st century, Roberts said.
"What multifaith says is 'I don't want to try to be politically correct; I want to be honest about what I believe; I want to hold true to my truth; ... I want to build relationship on honesty," he added.
"If we have to all convert to one religion we are never going to get along in this world.
Each of the three multifaith services held over the weekend was followed by a question and answer session which all three faith leaders participated in. Members of Northwood were advised to wear modest attire out of respect..

A new and improved 21st-century version of 'One World Religion' has officially been released. It has been repackaged and renamed. "Interfaith' - too mushy, is out, and "multifaith" - now that is cool, is in. All for one and one for all. Come to my 'Christian' church, and then we'll go to your mosque, and then everybody goes together to the Jewish temple, Yippee. Might as well take a yoga break and do some Krishna chanting along the way too.

Christian, there can be no 'multifaith' partnership with any religion that denies the Person and the Deity of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, as do the Jews, the Muslims, the Hindus, Buddhists, and every other religion known to man for that matter, or even one that attempts to make another his equal...e.g. Catholicism and the worship of Mary. These all are 'anti-christ', according to the apostle John as recorded in the Word of God.
Also recorded in the Word of God is the forming of a one world religion at the end of the gospel age that will worship a multifaith 'universal god', exactly as seen here. That 'god' will eventually turn out to be none other than the false Jewish messiah, the Antichrist himself:

Apart from the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ on Calvary's cross there is no reconciliation possible between fallen mankind and an infinitely holy God (Isaiah 57:15). Therefore, there can be no agreements with, or affirmation of, the Christ-hating religions of this world by any true Christian. Apostate Christendom though, as evidenced here, will fall into the delusion. Be not deceived with them.
