The Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act (GENDA), Senate Bill 1047, declares to be a hate crime any offense that was committed with “in whole or in substantial part because of a belief or perception regarding the … gender identity or expression … or sexual orientation of a person, regardless of whether the belief or perception is correct.”

In addition to physical assault, the law also outlaws the “harassment or annoyance” of another person due to their gender identity, as it outlines that the “person is guilty of aggravated harassment in the first degree when with intent to harass, annoy, threaten or alarm another person, because of a belief or perception regarding such person’s … gender identity or expression … regardless of whether the belief or perception is correct.”

The measure overwhelmingly passed both houses this month, being approved by the Assembly 134 to 3, followed by the Senate 57 to 4.

Windows doesn’t check for the necessary available free space ahead of time, so the space is to be reserved on the device’s hard drive.

Microsoft is building into Win10 a Reserved space to store temporary files to insure Windows installs more easily.

This is very straightforward. Microsoft with this next version of Windows 10 numbered 1903 (currently at 1809), is literally claiming ownership of a portion of the users hard drive. They will have complete control of that portion, the computer owner will have no control of it. 7GB to start with, and maybe more, is the official statement.

7GB is a lot of space. 7KB (kilobytes - very small space) would be too much to give behemoth Microsoft to do with what they will on any personal computer.

Over the years there has always been talk about hidden backdoors in cpu's and software that would allow spying, etc.. Well forget about the backdoor, this is Microsoft openly installing a front door. Their own private entrance, to your house, as it were, and they only have the key.

“Traditional masculinity ideology has been shown to limit males’ psychological development, constrain their behavior, result in gender role strain and gender role conflict and negatively influence mental health and physical health,” the report warns.

The research goes on to suggest that masculine boys may put their energy toward disruptive behaviors such as homophobia, bullying and even sexual harassment rather than strive for academic excellence.

Municipal officials in Shanghai now take pride in the litany of Internet of Things applications in their city that make streets and homes safer. More than half a million Internet of Things sensors have reportedly been installed throughout the city, on streets, in subway trains, plus residential communities and skyscrapers, according to Shanghai Daily.

A data center houses all details collected by these sensors for police and data crunchers to track fugitives and analyze potential threats to public security. The center reportedly boasts a capacity of 17.9 petabytes – a petabyte is roughly a million megabytes – on its 5,000 servers, plus the ability to undertake 400 algorithms. The neural center of a digitalized Shanghai is part a multi-billion-yuan initiative by the municipal government.

The “smart” border control systems at 123 interchange points between Shanghai and its neighboring provinces Zhejiang and Jiangsu are said to be four times more efficient than the previous generation. The new system has identified and contributed to the capture of 194 fugitives, as well as 13,400 illegal or dangerous items since September 2017.

Shanghai’s 1,712 residential quarters and estates also have “smart” sensors and closed-circuit television cameras to detect burglars. High-rise blocks also have cameras to immediately warn citizens and catch residents who throw things over their balcony.

But it has also raised concerns about privacy and if the government is prying on the daily lives of its residents, since these legions of cameras boost high-definition optical and digital zooms, and even if people close their windows and draw their curtains, the government can still find out a lot about them, such as who visits them at home or when they go to bed, if it wants to.

The Shanghai Police Force said they would speed up the installation of smart devices to cover virtually all corners and alleyways in a city of 25 million residents.

When the big one comes, even seconds of warning prior to shaking could save your life. And if you live in Los Angeles County, the ShakeAlertLA app could do just that.

The app is now available for download for Apple and Android phones. Those who download the app would receive a push alert, possibly up to 20 seconds before an earthquake hits L.A. County.

The push alert on the application would read: "EARTHQUAKE, EARTHQUAKE, EXPECT STRONG SHAKING. DROP, COVER, AND HOLD ON. PROTECT YOURSELF NOW!"

Alerts will be sent to your phone about any earthquake 5.0 or higher. The app does not need to be open in order for users to receive the alert. Tips to prepare and recover from an earthquake are also available on the app.

The push alert system will be triggered by the U.S. Geological Survey early warning system, ShakeAlert, which has about 400 sensors in Southern California and more in Oregon and Washington.

L.A. is the first city in the country to offer an early warning app.

Why a tsunami struck Indonesia without warning

A tsunami that devastated the area around Indonesia's Sunda Strait, leaving at least 222 dead and hundreds more injured, struck fast and without warning on Saturday [12-22-18].

"This was not a common tsunami," said Costas Synolakis, director of the University of Southern California's Tsunami Research Center. "This was a volcanic tsunami ... the Tsunami Warning Centers were essentially useless."

'But this tsunami was generated after a quake began on land on a strike-slip fault — the same kind of fault like the San Andreas, where one block of land slides past the other horizontally. This produces horizontal movement not typically associated with large tsunamis.'

Here we go - tsunamis that cannot be explained any time any place. Just saw what was probably the first instance of this just three months back with the Sulawesi tsunami 9-28-18. Sulawesi is Indonesia also. That one (noted in the follow-up linked above) was said to have been caused by an on-land quake. On-land quakes do not displace the ocean.

That Sulawesi incident, as reported, was highly significant though for one reason. Quoted also from the above linked 'follow-up' post that reason is this:

"the Sulawesi tsunami was reported as being generated by an on-land earthquake. In other words this just allowed another extremely anomalous 'new-normal' disaster scenario to be created..."

12-22-18 tsunami in the Sunda Strait in Indonesia no earthquake. Maybe an underwater landslide says the zwo...with a little volcano action ...we'll let you know later.

Currently in operation only at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), a rollout to a further 40-plus Hertz locations, including John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and San Francisco International Airport (SFO), is scheduled for 2019.

The checkout system marks the first use of biometrics by a major rental car company, according to the release.

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - The skies above New York City will be covered by a fleet of drones piloted by police officers.

The New York City Police Department announced its Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) program on Tuesday. Licensed NYPD officers of the Technical Assistance Response Unit will operate them.

"As the largest municipal police department in the United States, the NYPD must always be willing to leverage the benefits of new and always-improving technology," Police Commissioner James O'Neill said. "Our new UAS program is part of this evolution...



The New York Civil Liberties Union said the NYPD's drone policy doesn't do enough to balance public privacy concerns with "legitimate law enforcement needs."

The Legal Aid Society also came out against the drone program, calling it part of the NYPD's "unregulated arsenal of surveillance tools." It warned that it is a dangerous step towards the further militarization of the NYPD.

The world’s largest retailer is rolling out 360 autonomous floor-scrubbing robots in some of its stores in the U.S. by the end of the January, it said in a joint statement with Brain Corp., which makes the machines. The autonomous janitors can clean floors on their own even when customers are around, according to the San Diego-based startup.

Brain’s robots are equipped with an array of sensors that let them gather and upload data.

The robots, which look like a cross between a miniature Zamboni and a motorized wheel chair, already scrub floors at airports in Seattle, San Diego, Boston and Miami, Izhikevich said.

Second, most importantly, these robots are to be buzzing around even when people are there. That means they are buzzing around the people as well as the store shelves, while the people are walking up and down the aisles. People going about their business, robots with all sensors activating, intermingling in the hustle and bustle of the Walmart madness. 

And the result? - It's the world's largest retailer - this means everyone gets affected, that is, gets used to it. Robot-desensitized in other words. Canada hospital shows euthanasia ads in urgent care waiting room

A hospital in Ontario, Canada, is being criticised for advertising euthanasia in its urgent care waiting room.

Advertisements for Medical Aid in Dying (MAiD) appear on a large television screen in the William Osler Health System hospital. The same advert is found on the health system website:

Dear patient...cost vs. benefit analysis shows it is a bad business decision to keep you alive
...so please kill yourself. We will gladly assist you in any way possible - Znwo; screenshot

Campaigners have hit out at the adverts, saying they normalise deliberate killing, and present euthanasia as a “reasonable and even preferred method of alleviating suffering”.

“The ad makes no mention of palliative care or other means to reduce or eliminate suffering without killing."

Euthanasia, along with assisted suicide, was legalised in Canada three years ago. Since then, it has not only been offered, but regularly presented in a favourable light.

“Euthanasia is not only being normalised by Canadian medical societies and hospitals, but is well on the way to being perceived by the powers that be as the ‘treatment’ of choice for those with serious medical conditions”.

6-9-12 TIME magazine publishing this cover and the article which goes along with it that "encourages readers to literally pull the feeding tubes", clearly signals the mainstreaming of the idea of so-called euthanasia...We do well to strip away that nice-sounding word "euthanasia" though, and while we're at it the phrase "end of life care" also because these hide what it is that is actually being done. These terms are an attempt to sanitize the blood letting. 'Culling' is the correct word. It is killing off the old, and killing off the weak and tired, or the sick or 'depressed' - those with various issues who wrongly see "assisted suicide" as an answer. This 6-11-12 TIME magazine "How To Die" piece is promulgating the very thing...That it has come to this point is no surprise when the driving force behind the madness is understood. The vast masses of people are viewed by the cabalist-globalists as little more than resources to be managed for their own benefit as they construct the new-order-of-the-ages wherein all of humanity shall be subdued under their totalitarian feet [see: Zionists]...or so they intend. Ridding themselves of those who are no longer 'useful' is purely a business decision in this demonic mindset [see: Drucker/Agenda 21] - no return on the investment after a certain point so might as well put them to sleep..."
