re: martial law desensitizing
April is less than two months away...that's plenty of time for people to get used to the idea.
As all other facets of the U.S. deconstruction have now entered the final stages, military rule must be established to oversee the community based global system (Agenda 21) which is replacing the old-paradigm individual state government system. The agenda to accomplish that is advancing steadily, two steps forward, one step back. It was only October of last year ('08) that the announcement was made that U.S. Troops would for the first time be deployed on American soil (here). Now it's time for the next boundary to be pushed back...making their presence felt. Iowa is taking the lead this time.
All just a 'game' of course...going door to door, looking for the 'bad guy'...and for now at least, knocking. Be not desensitized...this really is a game but it is being played for keeps.
