"Yesterday, WorldNetDaily followed up on this development by reporting that three more TN State Reps have similarly signed up – Glen Cassada, Stacey Campfield and Frank Niceley (Dr. Taitz also said that “[m]ore lawmakers are reviewing the documents and expressed tentative consent.”):
Taitz told WND the case also probably will include members of the military as plaintiffs, since both state lawmakers and military officers are obliged to follow orders from the president of the United States and both have a need to know those orders are legitimate.
“In the military, those would be unlawful orders, and [following them] would subject the officers to courts-martial,” she said. “In the legislatures, they cannot follow any of his bills or orders … they don’t know who he is.
“While we are working on the complaint, I’m gathering support from different states,” she said.

Four Representatives from the Tennessee State House (not the U.S. House) have signed on to a new eligibility lawsuit. The lawsuit is still being prepared as of today 2-12-09, and according to the attorney for the plaintiffs, Orly Taitz, will "probably include members of the military".
Seeing that SCOTUS has already dismissed all previous challenges and then invited 'Operation Obama' over for lunch after the fact (here 1-14-09), not to mention swearing him in once for practice, then re-swearing sans bible ('How To Swear In Without The Bible' by Obama), it is very difficult to see how the facts of the non-natural-born mystery will ever see the light of day.
It is not difficult though to see how this situation now growing into a national opposition movement (for one example: wethepeopleusa) could erupt into the long promised 'constitutional crisis'. Neither is it difficult to see how that situation could be used by NWO agent provocateurs to use well intentioned patriots to create some so-called 'civil unrest' in the 'homeland'. Either or both of these situations would facilitate greatly the NWO transformation of the U.S. into the North American Union by providing some homeland 'chaos', which they (NWO'ers) would absolutely love.
It is not difficult though to see how this situation now growing into a national opposition movement (for one example: wethepeopleusa) could erupt into the long promised 'constitutional crisis'. Neither is it difficult to see how that situation could be used by NWO agent provocateurs to use well intentioned patriots to create some so-called 'civil unrest' in the 'homeland'. It must be understood that there are extremely powerful forces which are internationally connected and they are working according to a very carefully planned global agenda. That agenda is much bigger than ANY country. Be aware...and stay tuned, this is not done.

If so, the military may have a role to play in it, but this scenario is spurious at best and most likely would serve only to 'close the deal'.
