On Monday, Jean Demay, DISA's technical manager for the agency's Transnational Information Sharing Cooperation project, happened to be at the headquarters of the U.S. Southern Command in Miami preparing for a test of the system in a scenario that involved providing relief to Haiti in the wake of a hurricane. After the earthquake hit on Tuesday, Demay said SOUTHCOM decided to go live with the system. On Wednesday, DISA opened up its All Partners Access Network, supported by the Transnational Information Sharing Cooperation project, to any organization supporting Haiti relief efforts.

The information sharing project, developed with backing from both SOUTHCOM and the Defense Department's European Command, has been in development for three years. It is designed to facilitate multilateral collaboration between federal and nongovernmental agencies.

Israel Makes Waves by Simulating an Earthquake

(IsraelNN.com) The Seismologic Division of the Ministry of National Infrastructure's Geophysical Institute will attempt to simulate an earthquake in the southern Negev on Thursday. The experiment, financed by the U.S. Defense Department, is a joint project with the University of Hawaii and is part of a scientific project intended to improve seismological and acoustic readings in Israel and its environs, up to a 1,000 km/621 mile radius.

The experiment intends to improve the understanding of sound waves in the atmosphere. Scientists will then be able to fine-tune Israel’s seismological equipment to give advance warning of earthquakes. Measurements will also be taken in other countries, including Cyprus, Greece, France, and Germany.

Israel will create a controlled explosion of 80 tons of explosive material, which will simulate the intensity of a tremor after an earthquake of Magnitude 3. Natural earthquakes of a similar intensity occur in the Middle East region about once a week, without the public feeling them.

The results from the experiment will be available to the entire scientific community and is expected to make an additional contribution to scientific research of sound waves in the atmosphere and earthquakes.

In the last few years, the Geophysical Institute has created several earthquake simulations in order to calibrate its equipment. In June 2004, the institute detonated 32 tons of explosives in the southern Negev. In June 2005, the institute detonated 20 tons in the Beit Alfa quarries in the Jezreel Valley south of the Galilee. The success of the experiments has significantly contributed to improving the accuracy of identifying earthquakes in Israel.

According to the NAWS China Lake website, the facility is the Navy's largest single landholding, covering more than 1.1 million acres -- an area larger than the state of Rhode Island -- in Kern, San Bernardino and Inyo counties.

More than 1.1 million acres. That is a massive geographic region. A Navy "weapons testing" site it is, it also is in the exact location of the 'epicenter' of the two Ridgequest, CA 'quakes' now making worldwide news. Weapons Test site located at 'Ground Zero' for 4th of July 6.4 and July 5th 7.1 ...?

If that is not as plain of a hidden-in-plain sight tell as ever seen, what then would one look like. Explosive generated, i.e. geoengineered 'earthquakes'... and the testing facility damaged? - of course it would be. Ground zero for underground blasting that would rock all of Southern California, and beyond, - it is going to get 'all shook up' too obviously. It is literally 'ground' ground-zero.

This can only be seen as a plain admission ...definitely in plain sight ...and hidden ...but not hidden.

And the 'quakes' will keep coming...say they. Of course they will - everything according to script.

Like 4th of July - while Trump does a military parade in D.C., CA gets the 'firepower' demonstration. All fits together perfectly does it not.

Here is the big picture of 'Ongoing Quakes' for CA, this post from just a little more than a year ago [link], a multi-state "Mass Migration" earthquake drill that was held in CA and AZ.
