Here is the real story and really all that needs to be known concerning the 'drought': It is about 'executive' orders that bypass all normal channels, it is about private appointments to new powerful offices, it is about another 'crisis' that is resulting in another 'sustainable development' control mechanism being put in place, it is part of the full-court-press-coming under the guise of 'water issues', it is world government being implemented on the local level.
