Mobile Surveillance Towers to be Showcased to Congress
The Mobile Utility Surveillance Tower (MUST) is slated for demonstration to The House of Representatives, Senate and their staffs today, according to Homeland Security Newswire.
This announcement of technology that will enable local police to address "emergency response, crowd control, or general surveillance" comes on the heels of the latest Homeland Security Report detailing a call for just such cooperation between federal authorities and local law enforcement to combat the new terror threat that resides on American soil.

Big Brother having a little show-and-tell with one of his newest toys, just in time to coincide with the latest DHS report [see 'report' link above] claiming American-based threats are the new front in the so-called GWOT. Of course the only solution is to implement greater cooperation between federal and local law enforcement, for the safety and security of all (of course).
Of course, this 'partnership' will be an unequal yoke. Big Brother fed is much bigger so he will dictate, little-brother locals will be forced to obey. Another claimed potential usage for this little baby is "crowd control". Considering that the Bureau of Propaganda is about to launch their destabilizing-of-America civil-unrest operation, beginning with occupations of Wall Street in less than two weeks and Washington D.C. in about a month [here], the timing on today's show-and-tell also seems to be rather perfect.
America is nothing special to the Luciferian would-be demigods building their (doomed) Tower of Babel II. It must be absorbed and merged into 'Canamerexico' - the western region of their totalitarian global management scheme. [see: "Ten Kings...Shall Arise" Dan. 7:24]
