G-20 pledges to support global economy
NEW YORK (CNNMoney; photo, excerpts) -- Global leaders promised Tuesday to support economic growth and create jobs as the financial turmoil in Europe continues to undermine confidence around the world.
The Group of 20 leaders from the world's developed and emerging economies met in Mexico for two days of talks on the global economy and other international affairs..."We will act together to strengthen recovery and address financial market tensions," the G-20 leaders said in a joint statement.
European members of the G-20 pledged to "take all necessary policy measures to safeguard the integrity and stability" of the euro currency union, according to the statement...The uncertain outlook for the euro is the greatest threat facing the global economy, which is also struggling with high oil prices and slowing growth in China.
Earlier Tuesday, European Council president Herman Van Rompuy said he will propose a series of "building blocks" to deepen economic integration in the eurozone at next week's EU summit...While the G-20 statement did not mention any specific actions, it did say that euro area leaders will take steps to "improve the functioning of financial markets."

The so-called G20 has now met for the seventh time. The first meeting was in November 2008 [here], being brought into existence in true ordo-ab-chao style as a 'response' to the manufactured global-economic-meltdown which began in September '08 [here and here]. Before the separate international economies of the world all at the same time suffered that 'fateful catastrophic collapse' in 9-'08, there was no G20, only a G7 and a G8. Obviously that is not enough 'G's' to take full control of the earth's finances. And before that time there was not really a reason for the majority of the world powers to come together and pledge that "we will act together" because things were going along just fine.
That has all changed now though, due to that 'global economic collapse'. The 'collapse' has required 'corrective measures', and as a result, in just a matter of a few years, the separate economic systems of the world have amazingly been transformed into what is now called the "global economy" - with full agreement from all concerned parties. What would not have been possible before is now a reality. The goal of a single global economic system as an integral part of a one world government is moving ahead in leaps and bounds. The proverbial "a picture is worth a thousand words" is ever true. They are all on board, smiling at that, and pledging to make it happen.
The happy globalists in the picture above are not waiting long either to take the next concrete step toward "making it happen". What could be called the "Great European Merge" is coming right on the heels of this conference with an EU Summit scheduled June 28-29 to address the "greatest threat facing the global economy" - the so-called Eurozone crisis. The proposed solution is of couse a taking over of the individual economies of the European nations and transferring control of them to a "central authority":

National Emergency Alerts on Apple Devices with iOS 6
After Apple took the wraps off its new mobile operating system, enthusiasts noticed something that the company labeled as “Government Alerts.” It appears to be iOS 6’s interface for Wireless Emergency Alerts [WEA] or Commercial Mobile Alerting System [CMAS*].
In compliance with the National Alerting Program, the WEA will be coming to Apple devices that will run on the new mobile OS once it arrives this fall. The iOS 6-compatible devices include iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod Touch 4G, iPad 2 and the new iPad. This means that users with older iPhone will be able to receive WEA messages once they upgrade their handset to the new mobile software.
The good thing about Government Alerts is that users can opt out of the feature by heading on the Settings menu. Using a toggle on/off button, owners of Apple devices can stop receiving alert messages if they want to.

Even with 'opt-out' options, this technology being mandated to be pre-loaded into new phones and included in software upgrades for older models is still a very significant intrusion of personal privacy. At Rio, more than 100 heads of state and government will join about 25,000 participants to map our way ahead. For too long we have sought to burn and consume our way to prosperity. That model is dead. At Rio, we must begin to create a new one.
Governments and nation-states are not alone in driving this transformation. In Rio, more than 1000 corporate leaders from all continents will deliver a common message: business as usual no longer works.
In Rio, leaders from government, business and civil society will announce a galaxy of actions to advance these goals.
Sustainable Energy for All is the partnership model of the future. CFR, U.S. Army Chief Of Staff Propose Using Military For "Domestic Police Missions" - aka Martial Law

(THE NEW AMERICAN) The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) proposes that the U.S. Army be used to plan, command, and carry out (with the help of civilian law enforcement) domestic police missions. So says a story appearing in the May/June issue of the influential organization’s official journal,Foreign Affairs. The article lacks a single reference to the Posse Comitatus Act, which prohibits such actions.
In an article penned by Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, General Raymond T. Odierno, the CFR would see the Army used to address “challenges in the United States itself” in order to keep the homeland safe from domestic disasters, including terrorist attacks. Odierno writes:
Where appropriate we will also dedicate active-duty forces, especially those with niche skills and equipment, to provide civilian officials with a robust set of reliable and rapid response options.
These are not the musings of an unknown academic written in an obscure journal of little importance. These are the black-and-white plans for “building a flexible force” as laid out by the man in charge and published for all the world to read by the people who may have put him there.

Lest there remain any doubt as to America’s resolve, Odierno wants our nation’s enemies (foreign and domestic) to understand that we are not afraid to “compel capitulation.” Should those “potential adversaries” be American, moreover, Odierno promises that the Army will “be ready to decisively achieve American ends, whatever they may be.”

TIME magazine publishing this cover and the article which goes along with it that "encourages readers to literally pull the feeding tubes", clearly signals the mainstreaming of the idea of so-called euthanasia. Apparently the paradigm-shifters of the NWO feel that the 'euthanasia' issue is now 'ready for prime time baby', and so there it is, right out in the open for all to see. DHS Says Wildfires May Be Terrorist Plots - State And Local Agencies Need To Monitor "Suspicious Activities"

[excerpted] The Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Homeland Security and fusion centers around the country are warning that terrorists are interested in using fire as a weapon, particularly in the form of large-scale wildfires near densely populated areas. A newly released DHS report states that for more than a decade “international terrorist groups and associated individuals have expressed interest in using fire as a tactic against the Homeland to cause economic loss, fear, resource depletion, and humanitarian hardship.” The report notes that the tactical use of fire as a weapon is “inexpensive and requires limited technical expertise” and “materials needed to use fire as a weapon are common and easily obtainable, making preoperational activities difficult to detect and plot disruption and apprehension challenging for law enforcement.”
The DHS report includes a list of potentially suspicious activities associated with the terrorist wildfire threat. Are you conducting “unusual research” related to weather, dry seasons, winds, or types of forests and vegetation? Have you done online research related to historical cases of arson? Or maybe you “conduct reconnaissance” in “remote, wooded areas, especially at night”? According to DHS, you might be a part of a terrorist plot to start wildfires all around the country. Of course, you could just be interested in nature, studying for a criminology exam or lost in a rural area at night. The report makes it clear that many of the suspicious activities listed are “constitutionally protected” and should not be considered alone as sufficient cause for investigation. However, the list ends with an ominous warning: “Preoperational activities of violent extremists in the Homeland might be difficult to detect. Agencies with local or state oversight should monitor events that might be linked to a larger terrorist operation. Suspicious activities should be reported and shared immediately.”

This article could easily have been given the same title: "Wildfires", according to this newest DHS expansion of terrorism-definition, may actually be terrorist plots "against the homeland". In light of this, says the DHS, preventative action on the part of state and local agencies must be implemented in the form of monitoring everything and everybody in order to ferret out "violent extremists in the homeland...that might be linked to a larger terrorist operation".
Note that this allows for the creation of state-local-federal (DHS) inter-agency partnerships. Everybody across the spectrum linked into a single monolithic system, which of course will be under DHS control.
Want to go hiking, camping, fishing, hunting? Looks like Big Brother now has a 'reason' to "monitor" all those who do, and more than likely to begin regulating these and all related activities.
