Cort Wrotnowski V Susan Bysiewicz, Connecticut Secretary of State: US Supreme Court Conference of December 12, 2008, Referred by Justice Scalia from Citizen Wells
The Cort Wrotnowski V Susan Bysiewicz, Connecticut Secretary of State lawsuit that is before the US Supreme Court, has been distributed for conference on December 12, 2008. Leo Donofrio, whose application for stay was denied today, Monday, December 8, 2008, believes that theCort Wrotnowski case has a better chance than his case had.
No. 08A469
Title:
Cort Wrotnowski, Applicant
v.
Susan Bysiewicz, Connecticut Secretary of State
Docketed:
Lower Ct:
Supreme Court of Connecticut
Case Nos.:
(SC 18264)
---------------------------------------------------
First case, Donofrio, denied with no comment. This case is also scheduled for 'conference' as to it's merit, as was Donofrio's. That conference is this Friday 12-12-08. It too is on the British citizenship question and reportedly has a "cleaner lower court record" which purportedly may give it a better chance of a "full hearing": here (Donofrio's blog; updated)
Still impossible to call but one thing is certain... the NWO is on the move. see: One World Kingdom Birthing

Obama inaugurated 1/20/09? No way. No how. Read this: http://www.newswithviews.com/Vieira/edwin186.htm
OK...if it's computer generated conspiracy "theory"...get it over.
Produce the certificate, have it examined by a team of experts and make a decision based upon evidence. So far, sifting through the legaleeze (dis-ease) all I see is a dance and and avoidance of the issue at hand. Is he? or ain't he? It's really quite simple. Cough up the evidence.
Sooo one might then come to the conclusion something else is going on here. Methinks the constitution and rational democratic law is hitting the circular file.

The Vieira article is very interesting, as well as informative. It actually reads like a script for the crafted deconstruction of the U.S. via "constitutional crisis".
The certificate scandal is obviously not 'going away'.
