IRS targeting those not on Obamacare

[excerpted] The IRS is plowing ahead with controversial plans to use its files to try to prod more people to sign up for Obamacare — but the tax agency has promised Congress it won’t break any privacy laws.

The letters are set to go out beginning next week, and are aimed at Americans who are paying the tax penalty rather than obtaining health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. The IRS says the 2010 law requires it to inform those individuals they could do better by signing up for the embattled program.

According to congressional aides, the IRS is set to dispatch the letters in two batches before key enrollment deadlines.

It will send notices to 800,000 filers between Nov. 28 and Dec. 5 — ahead of the Dec. 15 deadline to buy a plan in time to be covered by Jan. 1. An additional 6.7 million Obamacare holdouts will see an IRS notice in January as the administration makes a last-ditch plea for sign-ups ahead of the final Jan. 31 deadline.

Draft versions of the letters warn recipients that they owed a penalty in 2015 and, unless they sign up now, will “likely owe a penalty for 2017 as well.”

This year marks the first time the IRS and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, which runs the federal exchange, have teamed up to promote the law.

This was first heard of two months back [see follow up above]. With little fanfare the program has now begun. The IRS letters are even now today 11-30-16 already on the way for many, with the huge majority going out in January next year.

Note last paragraph of above article: "first time...teamed up to promote the law". The forces are now "teamed up" and sending out notices to those still outside the would-be global medical-control system now under construction. Even though they complied by paying the so-called 'tax-penalty' they are to now experience an attempt at coercion. Just a nice little letter? Anytime there is a first time, without doubt there will be a second, third, etc.. A totalitarian global system needs totalitarian control mechanisms...like forced 'health care' so they can plug everybody in with a number and force vaccinations, mental screening, end-of-life...etc. etc. so as to manage the populations i.e. 'goyim' like herds of cattle [link; link].

NASA Simulates 'City-Killer' Meteorite Hit CA 10-25-16 - Says Will Happen - But Undetectable 'Because Of The Sun'

It’s going to happen’: NASA simulates huge asteroid hitting major city

When American government representatives asked NASA head Charles Boden [see 2103 video below 1:05] what the best response to a large asteroid headed for New York City would be, his answer was simple: ‘Pray.’

Describing the scenario as a ‘not if – but when,’ NASA recently simulated what would happen if a 300 to 800ft asteroid* approached Los Angeles with an 100% chance of impact.

‘It’s not a matter of if – but when – we will deal with such a situation,’ said Thomas Zurbuchen, Associate Administrator for NASA’s Science Mission Directorate in Washington.

The simulation took place in El Segundo, California on October 25 – and looked at how emergency planners would respond to the scenario.

Emergency planners investigated a scenario where telescopes tracked an object with an impact probability of 65% – but then couldn’t observe the asteroid for four months, due to its position relative to the sun.

When it reappears, it has an impact probability of 100% – leading to a rapid evacuation of Los Angeles.

Pence Preaching Cahn - Coincidence Or Agenda

Being still two months out from the actual White House takeover everything Trump and Pence at this point is still basically an unknown. However, indications of where the 'new order' might be headed can be found. The video below is definitely one of these indications. It is of now VP-elect Mike Pence doing a little preaching. This video dated 10-13-16 is not the only one, there are a number of others with Pence repeating the same message at different times, events. What message would that be? Just so happens to be the exact same message that Jewish rabbi Jonathan Harbinger Cahn-man has been preaching for the last few years: 2 Chron. 7:14 'If my people':



What are the odds that Pence would suddenly be given a national platform to preach the same message as Cahn - without it being according to plan. Although it could be argued otherwise, realistically, in the real world, it would never happen. The real world of global politics is always according to the plan. Part of that global-plan calls for the subjection to and assimilation of the world's religions to the Zionist global agenda.

The Harbinger-Cahn if-my-people 'IMP' movement is an ecumenical movement. Pence is preaching it. The leading apostate evangelicals from Franklin Graham on down are all 'trumpeting' the outcome of the election as essentially the Hand of God and with that are all ready to fall in line with the new administration. Again still too early to do much more than just noting these things. Here we go again: WHO now claims meat causes colon cancer

Eating sausages, ham and other processed meats causes colon cancer, and red meat "probably" does too, an arm of the World Health Organization said Monday.

The findings support "recommendations to limit intake of meat," said the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), which compiled a review of more than 800 studies on the link between a meat diet and cancer.

"In view of the large number of people who consume processed meat, the global impact on cancer incidence is of public health importance," IARC official Kurt Straif said in a statement.

The report was compiled by 22 experts from 10 countries. The evaluation revealed "strong mechanistic evidence supporting a carcinogenic effect" for red meat consumption — mainly for cancer of the colon and rectum, but also the pancreas and prostate, said the agency based in Lyon [lying], France.

Hot off the ZNWO Bureau of Propaganda press the latest 'new report' claiming meat consumption is 'bad for humans'. Released just yesterday 10-26-15, the story has already been through numerous cycles on the vast global indoctrination network commonly referred to as the msm - which is to say that all have certainly heard it by now. What must be understood though is that this was no one time thing. Far from that, this was the beginning of what will from this point forward become an unrelenting psycho-blitz on the global populations. Very clearly what is now being done is the beginning of a 'next phase' of A21 implementation. This next phase is actually an integral component of the overall global-control scheme and for this reason the intent to successfully 'force-feed' it to the world is a must-do. Which is exactly what we now see.

Suddenly meat causes cancer says the ZNWO Bureau of Propaganda. Is that so? Strange how that fits perfectly the known Agenda 21 narrative about doing away with, to name just a few things directly related to 'meat production', namely..."farmlands, rangelands, pastures...grazing of livestock, disturbance of the soil surface, large hoofed animals..." [from '95 UN Biodiversity Report; see 'follow up' above]. All of these things have been declared "unsustainable" by the "UN" and therefore must no longer be allowed. Obviously eliminating these things indicates clearly that the 'meat industry' is being targeted for termination.

Saving the earth is the official spiel - 'large hoofed animals disturbing the soil surface' and all that, but the reality is quite otherwise. Which reality is that it has nothing to do with 'saving the earth' but everything to do with the 'Wildlands Map' [link], which has everything to do with herding all human 'cattle' into 'human habitats' (UN language) where they can be properly managed. Properly managed means absolute micromanagement - which definitely includes an economical (i.e. cheap) and "sustainable" source of 'cattle feed'.
