A county judge says Texas National Guard troops will go door-to-door in Dallas neighborhoods to ask about coronavirus, as residents are under shelter-in-place orders to stay home during the outbreak.

According to NBC affiliate KXAN, Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins claimed the troops would merely be conducting a “medical mission,” and not enforcing quarantine restrictions.

“Uh, it’s pretty serious when you know the national guard, the Texas National Guard that they’re heading out to neighborhoods in the Dallas area,” reported KXAN’s Sally Hernandez.

Judge Jenkins “said Texas National Guard troops would be on a ‘medical mission,’ and not there for law enforcement reasons. They would check in with people to see who may have come in contact with coronavirus patients,” KXAN reported Friday.

Jenkins, an anti-Trump Democrat, later tried to tamp down “conspiracy theories” on Twitter, saying National Guard nurses, who would be wearing military uniforms, would only be “doing tracing interviews.”

Judge Jenkins signed the “Stay Home Stay Safe” order last Monday through April 3, which prohibits residents from leaving their homes, except for “essential activities,” or driving to or from “essential businesses.”

Police in California Plan to Use Drones to Enforce Quarantine Lockdown

[excerpted]  Surveillance drones were used during the lockdown in China to monitor neighborhoods to ensure that residents were staying indoors. Drones were also used to spray disinfectants during the outbreak as well.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has urged additional governments to use similar tactics to enforce quarantines. Police in Spain have been using drones to patrol the streets and order citizens to stay home during the lockdown.

Most Americans doubted that these types of measures would happen at home, but police in California have already announced a plan to use drones equipped with cameras and loudspeakers to enforce the recently imposed quarantine orders.

In Chula Vista, a town just outside of San Diego, police purchased at least two drones from the Chinese company DJI for $11,000 each. Vern Sallee, one of the city’s police captains, told the Financial Times that the drones could be used to “disperse crowds” without the need for a human officer to be involved.

“The outbreak has changed my view of expanding the program as rapidly as I can,” he added.

Sallee also suggested that the drones could be used to give homeless people updates or orders about the pandemic, since many of them may not have access to the Internet and may be unaware of the current situation.

Spencer Gore, chief executive of Impossible Aerospace, a California-based maker of high-performance drones used by first responders, admitted that the idea “seems a little Orwellian,” but insisted that it could “save lives.”

“What we saw in China, and what we’re probably going to see around the world, is using drones with cameras and loudspeakers to fly around to see if people are gathering where they shouldn’t be, and telling them to go home,” Gore said.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency is planning for the possibility that President Donald Trump could make an emergency declaration to bring in extra funds and personnel to assist the administration's coronavirus response, according to internal documents obtained by NBC News.

FEMA officials are preparing for an "infectious disease emergency declaration" by the president that would allow the agency to provide disaster relief funding to state and local governments, as well as federal assistance to support the coronavirus response, according to agency planning documents reviewed by NBC News.

The Trump administration would have to use the 1988 Stafford Act to enable FEMA to provide such disaster assistance. Emergency declarations are most often used in the event of natural disasters but can be used to help manage disease outbreaks.

An emergency declaration would allow FEMA to provide disaster medical assistance teams, mobile hospitals, and military transport, among other kinds of federal support, Manning said.

The White House did not respond to a request for comment.

What's in a name?

Hidden messages in names? In any certain event, upon analysis of the names involved, certainly there could be no expectation of finding any hidden message pertaining to that event in those names. The idea is ridiculous of course. If there was discovered some sort of secret message being communicated though, this of course necessitates design and purpose in it. As to design, sometimes a name may sound like something else, suggesting a thought; sometimes the etymology of a name may by interpretation hint at something; sometimes a name may represent something to a particular group or individual and convey a specific meaning. All these can be different ways that names can be used to communicate something.

Is something being communicated with the names in the Sandy Hook event? Let the reader decide.

Three of the most predominant names in this event are (1) Adam Lanza of course, (2) Dawn Hochsprung, and (3) Victoria Soto:

1. Adam Lanza = Adam lands

Luke 10: 18 'And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven'

Adam is a biblical name which simply means 'man'. 'Lands' speaks of an arrival. "Adam lands" then speaks of the the arrival of 'man', in essence, this speaks of apotheosis. Apotheosis is the deification of man.

Adam is the first man, he is of the earth. He is in opposition to the second man, the Lord Jesus Christ. The epitome of Adam is to be 'man deified', the epitome of man deified is to be the Antichrist himself. Psalms 10:18 titles the Antichrist "the man of the earth". In the NT, the Antichrist is titled "the man of sin" [2Th. 2:3].

The arrival of Adam then, i.e. "Adam lands", carries both meanings: man's arrival at godhood, as well as the appearing of Antichrist. This hidden message is carried over from the Batman theme, the Dark Knight rises.


2. Dawn Hochsprung = dawn hath sprung

This second name is as obvious as it could possibly be. It takes us immediately back to what happened in Aurora, Colorado in July of this year:
