Lawsuit Threatened by Attorney Representing Author and Publisher of 'The Harbinger'

BEND, Ore., Feb. 6, 2013 /Christian Newswire/ -- The attorney for Messianic Rabbi Jonathan Cahn and his publisher, Charisma Media, has threatened to sue a Christian missionary and his publisher, whose research questions the historic and biblical veracity of Cahn's New York Times bestseller, "The Harbinger."

In a letter addressed to David James, author of "The Harbinger: Fact or Fiction?" and his publisher, the attorney for Cahn and Charisma Media (formerly Strang Communications) have alleged that the biblical critique authored by James not only infringes upon copyright but has damaged sales of Cahn's book, which in spite of controversy has recently surpassed one million copies.

Many Christian leaders have praised Cahn's work as a prophetic message from God, even to the extent of declaring that Jonathan Cahn is a true prophet for our time, and that "The Harbinger" is "the word of God. "

James's publisher, The Berean Call (TBC), revealed details of the threatened litigation in the ministry's February newsletter. TBC Executive Director, T.A. McMahon, announced:

"The complaint is that [David James] used too many quotes from the New York Times best-selling book, 'The Harbinger,' without permission from author "rabbi" Jonathan Cahn and publisher Charisma Media Publications (Charisma). The complaint further states that our use of the quotes has inhibited the sales of 'The Harbinger' and has thus financially damaged Cahn and Charisma in an amount yet to be determined."

It reads, “An Act Requiring Behavioral Health Assessments for Children. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That section 10-206 of the general statutes be amended to require (1) each pupil enrolled in public school at grades 6, 8, 10 and 12 and each home-schooled child at ages 12, 14 and 17 to have a confidential behavioral health assessment, the results of which shall be disclosed only to the child’s parent or guardian, and (2) each health care provider performing a child’s behavioral health assessment to complete the appropriate form supplied by the State Board of Education verifying that the child has received the assessment.”

“According to the Connecticut Behavioral Health Partnership, a state organization made up of the Department of Children and Families, Department of Social Services, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, and others, a behavioral health assessment is quite comprehensive and invasive,” he continued. “It includes ‘a review of physical and mental health, intelligence, school performance, employment, level of function in different domains including family situation and behavior in the community.’”

Although most people are well aware of the satanic half-time productions of recent Super Bowls, and without question this year is not expected to be any different, for some reason most people still believe that what is happening on the field is real, never even considering, with the entire world watching, that it too may be just another part of the 'big show'.

Well, when one team makes it to the Super Bowl because opposing teams make numerous inexplicable blunders (Denver), like all-pro defensive backs running around the entire game as if they have no idea what's going on, giving up touchdowns, and then others get completely lost at the most critical point and give up long game-tying touchdowns at the last moment, and all-pro quarterbacks take a knee when there is still enough time on the clock foregoing a chance to conceivably still win in regulation, and throw not-even-close errant passes in overtime that are intercepted resulting in game-winning field goals, these things might give cause to wonder. Then when other teams, offensive powerhouses that they are (Patriots), just sort of disappear in the second-half, consequently losing the game [no way can "patriots" be allowed to win - symbolic also], one can be left wondering even more. Unless, of course, there is an 'as-above-so-below message' attached to a certain team that is purposed to advance through the playoffs and go on to 'win' the game on Super Bowl Sunday [2-3-13], whereby making it a 'sign' that the 'attached message', so to speak, will come true.

Interestingly enough, as it turns out, the Baltimore Ravens fit the bill perfectly in this regard, the sole reason being the name of the team - Ravens. Again, as-above-so-below has to do with the kabalist belief system of bringing to pass spiritual realities by first enacting them out on the earthly physical plane. In this case, as odd as it may be, the "spiritual reality" is all about fallen angels, aka "nephilim" coming to the earth and taking it over, with "Angry Birds" and the 'birds of prey' theme being used to represent them as it is enacted. Ravens are both - angry birds, and birds of prey. The 'Ravens' winning the Super Bowl is to be used to represent the victory of the 'nephilim' in the conquest of earth, which, they believe, will then allow the 'spiritual reality' to be manifested. Secret Of America's Future?

"The Harbinger - The Ancient Mystery That Holds the Secret Of America's Future" - by Jonathan Cahn. As far as the 'Christian world' goes, it is probably accurate to say that in one way or another everybody has been exposed to this book. Of these, most likely all are aware also of the basic premise of the book, namely that 9-11 was a judgment of God on America essentially for sin and for turning away from Him. This post is not a book report on the Harbinger. At this time it is more of a brief comment on the premise of the book itself.

The reality is that to accept the foundational premise of the book, one has to suspend all rational thought and first accept the official narrative of 9/11. Meaning, to cite just a few examples, that jet fuel can melt massive steel columns even though it burns at less than half the temperature required to melt steel, that this will at the same time cause tens-of-thousands of tons of concrete to explode into fine dust, resulting in a perfect implosion at free fall speed of two skyscrapers; that another building blocks away (Building 7) can, hours later, also implode for no reason; and even though there was no plane wreckage at the pentagon, and the damage was not consistent with a plane hitting, you must believe that one did anyway. Is there anybody that does still actually believe these things? Apparently so, but the reality is that millions worldwide do not [link].

And if you will believe all of that, to accept the premise of "The Harbinger" you will next have to believe that this event was a judgment of God on 'His people' of America for their sin and for turning from him. This is now having to do with biblical doctrine. Here the premise is that this 9/11 judgment came because America, as was ancient Israel, is a "covenant nation" of God Almighty. Christian, there is not one single verse in the entire Word of God to support this. This is absolutely unscriptural, i.e. utterly false. Not even the most highly skilled scripture-twister that has ever walked the face of this earth could find a verse or a passage of scripture and torture it enough to make it say this.

God never made any 'covenant' with 'America'. America then, as a nation, could never "turn away from God". The blindness among many professing Christians runs deep on this issue though, but regardless of that, nothing could be further from the truth. Look on the back of the dollar bill - the Satanic eye-of-Horus hovering over the occultic pyramid with the novus ordo seclorum motto, it's right there. From the beginning what presidents were not masonic? And why are the streets of Washington D.C. laid out in the form of an inverted pentagram and a Jewish six-point star [link]? Are not these things the real mystery holding the 'secret future' of America?

To accept this 'covenant America' teaching actually requires a second suspension of rational thought, not to mention also having no true biblical understanding. No, at the present time, in this dispensation - the calling of the church - the true body of Christ is the only 'nation' of God: 1Peter 2:9. This is an absolute fundamental of Christianity. To say otherwise is to directly contradict the Word of God.

Considering the very elaborate linking of all the purported coincidences chronicled in the book, from making the specific date of events like the 2008 'financial crisis' to be another 'sign' of judgment, to political figures years apart quoting the same Isaiah 9:10 scripture in speeches, for example, there are really only two possibilities. One, it is all true, or two, it has all been carefully choreographed from way back. It's one or the other. Choreographed from way back - is that even conceivable? Take the dollar bill again. How long has that 'secret future' plan been ongoing? - hundreds of years?

Although they say Torah, many do not realize that this is not really referring to the bible, but to rabbinical writings from what is called the Talmud. The words Torah and Talmud are virtually synonymous in this sense, with the Talmud actually given precedence over the scripture. Judaism is Talmudism. The type of thing in the above quote from the Temple Mount Faithful is found throughout the Talmud. For instance:

“When the Messiah comes, all will be slaves of the Jews” - (Erubin 43b)

This "Messiah" the Talmud speaks of, and the "Mashiach ben David" - Messiah son of David - the Temple Mount Faithful speak of, will not though, be the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ - the true Son of David [Matt. 1:1]. He will be another, and will not come in the name of the Father as did the Lord Jesus, but will come "in his own name" - John 5:43. Which is to say, not the real Christ, but the 'Anti-christ'.

What "from Zion shall go forth Torah, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem" means is a Jewish rule of all nations by what they call the Noahide law. Based on the covenant God made with "Noah the gentile" after the flood (Gen. 9), it is a system of seven laws for the lesser species of all non-Jews, which they not so affectionately refer to as 'goyim'. A new chapter in online video is about to begin. YouTube is prepping to launch paid subscriptions for individual channels on its video platform in its latest attempt to lure content producers, eyeballs, and advertiser dollars away from traditional TV, according to multiple people familiar with the plans.

YouTube has reached out to a small group of channel producers and asked them to submit applications to create channels that users would have to pay to access. As of now it appears that the first paid channels will cost somewhere between $1 and $5 a month, two of these people said. In addition to episodic content, YouTube is also considering charging for content libraries and access to live events, a la pay-per-view, as well as self-help or financial advice shows. These people said YouTube could introduce the paid channels as early as the second quarter of this year.

Detroit Edges Closer to Bankruptcy

"...the city's budget problems have deepened to such an extent that it could run out of cash in a matter of weeks or months and ultimately be forced into what would be the largest-ever Chapter 9 municipal bankruptcy filing in the United States.

Frustrated by the lack of concrete progress, Michigan Governor Rick Snyder, a Republican, last month appointed a team to scour the city's books. The audit could result in a state takeover of Detroit's finances through the appointment of an emergency financial manager. Such a manager, who would seize control of the city's checkbook, could then propose federal bankruptcy court as the best option.

Snyder, who has called the situation "a crisis in terms of financial affairs," said the team would deliver its report in February.

"Detroit is teetering on the verge of bankruptcy after the City Council has failed to make the necessary cuts to deal with having a smaller population," said Rick Jones, chairman of the Republican majority caucus in the state Senate.

Jones, who has indicated he does not favor a bankruptcy, said he would like to see an emergency manager installed to fix the city's problems. If that failed, there would be a case for finding a way to shrink the Detroit municipal area, he argued.

Boy Scouts may soon welcome gay youths, leaders

As early as next week, the Boy Scouts of America may announce it will allow gay Scouts and troop leaders, a spokesman for the group has told USA TODAY.

If this policy shift is approved by the national board meeting next week, it will be a sharp reversal of the Scouts' decades' old national policy banning homosexuals.

"The policy change under discussion would allow the religious, civic or educational organizations that oversee and deliver Scouting to determine how to address this issue," BSA spokesman Deron Smith said in a statement to USA TODAY.

The proposed new policy would leave decisions on membership and leadership up to the BSA' s 290 local governing councils and 116,000 sponsoring religious and civic groups.

"This would be an incredible step forward in the right direction," said Zach Wahls, Eagle Scout and founder of Scouts for Equality. Wahls said his group will work with BSA councils and chartering organizations across the country to end exclusion of gays.

Those are the conclusions of a forthcoming study from researchers at NASA and Columbia University's Lamont-Doherty Observatory.

Hurricane Sandy, which was officially re-classified as a post-tropical storm shortly before landfall, caused heavy damage along the New Jersey shore, and caused the most extensive coastal flooding event in modern-day New York City.

The storm's left-hand turn put the most dangerous right-front quadrant on top of New Jersey and southeastern New York, pummeling these areas with an historic storm surge and record high waves. The researchers used statistical techniques and computer modeling to simulate millions of “synthetic" tropical cyclones in the Atlantic in order to determine the likelihood of another storm making a Sandy-esque dramatic left hook toward the coast, striking the most heavily populated region of the U.S. at a nearly perpendicular angle...The study found that Sandy’s track stands alone in the historical record dating back to 1851, and that modeling simulations showed such a track is an event that would occur about once every 714 years.

How can the unexplainable be explained? The track was unprecedented, the tsunami storm surge was unprecedented, and Superstorm Sandy, so-called, as most do not realize, was not a "super" storm at all. In fact, it was not even a hurricane when it hit land - it was a "reclassified post-tropical storm". Yet even after dropping "below hurricane status" it still managed to produce a giant wave that washed over New York, and it still produced enough force to cause a levee failure that "devastated" New Jersey:

10-30-12 NEW YORK - A levee broke in northern New Jersey on Tuesday, flooding the towns of Moonachie, Little Ferry and Carlstadt with 4 to 5 feet (1.2 to 1.5 meters) of water in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, officials told Reuters...Baratta said the three towns had been "devastated" by the flood of water. The break comes after Sandy, which dropped below hurricane status just before it hit the US East Coast on Monday, flooded parts of New Jersey and New York City. [source]

But do not be concerned with the fact that the storm seemingly was not powerful enough to cause these anomalies to occur, because there is an explanation. It was because of the "impact angle", which brought some very intricate geometry into play, as the "conclusions of a forthcoming study" point out:

"The storm's left-hand turn put the most dangerous right-front quadrant on top of New Jersey and southeastern New York".

...which assessment the researchers qualify by saying that they can not really explain how that could happen, as it has never been seen before, but most likely...

"that global warming helped influence the jet stream in ways that made the storm’s left turn more likely to occur...in a way that is yet to be fully determined"

So in this case, the unexplainable 'Sandy hook' is explained with a theory, based on "global warming", but with a slight disclaimer, adding that "it is yet to be fully determined". Nevertheless, as it stands, the storm made a virtually impossible "sandy-esque left hook", produced a totally anomalous and unprecedented "storm surge", and washed much of New Jersey off the map with a levee breach of some sort. And, as is now revealed, as of just yesterday, in New Jersey, where thousands are still displaced, they are getting a 'new map' which will be used to "govern rebuilding":

Cui bono? "Governing rebuilding" is Agenda 21 speak. Displacing populations and reclaiming desired geographic regions are Agenda 21 goals. Unheard of in times past, tsunami threats and warnings have suddenly become a part of daily life for coastal dwellers anywhere on the planet. It used to be decades, now it is daily. This is definitely a new thing. The linked articles below are just a sample of the type of 'tsunami-expectation' programming now being put out on a regular basis. Hawaii, Australia, the East Coast, all being heavily hyped as being under an imminent threat of major tsunamis. And not only tsunamis, but as the articles from the third link reveal, massive 'storm surges' up to 30 feet or bigger from super-cyclones or hurricanes are now threatening virtually every coastline on the planet...because of "global warming"...we are told:

[Story, photo - nydailynews.com] The groundbreaking move overturns a 1994 rule preventing women from serving in ground combat units. It could potentially give them access to more than 230,000 jobs, many in Army and Marine infantry units, beginning as soon as this year.

Senior defense officials say Pentagon chief Leon Panetta is removing the military's ban on women serving in combat, opening hundreds of thousands of front-line positions and potentially elite commando jobs after more than a decade at war.

The groundbreaking move recommended by the Joint Chiefs of Staff overturns a 1994 rule prohibiting women from being assigned to smaller ground combat units. Panetta's decision gives the military services until January 2016 to seek special exceptions if they believe any positions must remain closed to women.

A senior military official says the services will develop plans for allowing women to seek the combat positions. Some jobs may open as soon as this year. Assessments for others, such as special operations forces, including Navy SEALS and the Army's Delta Force, may take longer.

The announcement on Panetta's decision is not expected until Thursday, so the official spoke on condition of anonymity.
