Obama Birther Case In Georgia Unlikely To Bring The President, Despite Judge's Order huffingtonpost.com

The White House appears prepared to ignore a recent ruling by Georgia Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi that would require President Obama to attend a birther hearing in Fulton County, Ga., on Thursday.

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney outlined Barack Obama's weekly agenda on Monday, noting that the president is scheduled to hit Las Vegas, Denver and Detroit on Thursday in a whirlwind tour to talk middle class job creation.

That's not likely to sit well with Malihi, who last week rejected an effort by Obama's legal team to quash a subpoena that would require president appear in court that day. The complaint, like many others of its kind, claims Obama isn't a natural-born citizen and therefore can't be president.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution spoke with attorney Melvin Goldstein, who is not involved with the case, to get some insight on what might happen if the administration simply turned a blind eye to the court order. While unprecedented, he said Malihi could possibly refer the matter to a Fulton County Superior Court judge, who could then decide whether to enforce the subpoena. If necessary, Goldstein suggested, the judge could hold the president in contempt.

Jakes, Crawford Loritts, Mark Driscoll, Wayne Cordeiro, James MacDonald [pictured], and Steven Furtick, there is an "elephant in the room" of the so-called Christian world, and that elephant is 'non-unity'. So deciding that the time has come to deal with the Christian elephant of non-unity, they elected themselves to hold a conference where all the causes of division in the so-called church world could be hashed out, and called it the "Elephant Room".

I will be also presenting a case, showing that elections fraud was committed by Barack Obama, that he is using a forged birth certificate, stolen or fraudulently obtained Social Security number and that there is no evidence to believe that the last name he is using is legally his, due to the fact, that in his mother’s passport he goes under the name Soebarkah and in his school registration in Indonesia he went by the last name Soetoro. There is no evidence of legal change of name.

Make no mistake about it. This is the beginning of Watergate2 or ObamaForgeryGate. I believe this is the second time in the U.S. history a sitting President is ordered to comply with a subpoena, and produce documents, which might eventually bring criminal charges to the President and a number of high ranking individuals.

A Georgia judge has refused a demand from Barack Obama to quash a subpoena to appear at a series of administration hearings Jan. 26 at which residents of the state are challenging, as allowed under a state law, his name on the 2012 presidential ballot.

Hearings have been scheduled for three separate complaints raised against Obama’s candidacy. They all are raised by Georgia residents who are challenging Obama’s name on the 2012 ballot for various reasons, which they are allowed to do under state law.

The schedule for the hearings was set by Malihi of the Georgia state Office of State Administrative Hearings. In Georgia, a state law requires “every candidate for federal” office who is certified by the state executive committees of a political party or who files a notice of candidacy “shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.”

Citizens bringing the complaints include David Farrar, Leah Lax, Cody Judy, Thomas Malaren and Laurie Roth, represented by Taitz; David Weldon represented by attorney Van R. Irion of Liberty Legal Foundation; and Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell, represented by J. Mark Hatfield.

Hatfield also had filed with the court a “Notice to Produce” asking for Obama’s documents and records. He wants one of the two original certified copies of Obama’s long-form birth certificate.

Also, required are medical, religious administrative and other records about Obama’s birth; passports, applications and related records; college and university applications; bar association applications and materials; details on the citizenship of Obama’s father and other documents.

Those who argue against his birth in the United States note that numerous experts have given testimony and sworn statements that they believe Obama’s Hawaiian birth documentation to be fraudulent.

Evangelicals, Catholics, Mormons Sign Letter Supporting Traditional Marriage

“We are happy to add the national voice of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod to this thoughtful and articulate case for marriage between one man and one woman,” Harrison said in a statement Friday, a day after he signed the letter titled “Marriage and Religious Freedom: Fundamental Goods That Stand or Fall Together.”

Written to all Americans, the letter was signed by 38 other religious leaders from Anglican, Baptist, Catholic, evangelical, Jewish, Lutheran, Pentecostal and even Mormon communities in the United States.

Signers affirm that “the union of one man and one woman as husband and wife - is a matter of the common good and serves the wellbeing of the couple, of children, of civil society and all people.”

They also say in the letter that the “most urgent peril” is “forcing or pressuring both individuals and religious organizations – throughout their operations, well beyond religious ceremonies – to treat same-sex sexual conduct as the moral equivalent of marital sexual conduct.

“There is no doubt that the many people and groups whose moral and religious convictions forbid same-sex sexual conduct will resist the compulsion of the law, and church-state conflicts will result.”

“There is a need to act collectively with others of good will in this society,” he added.

The letter comes days before the presidential proclamation for Religious Freedom Day on Jan. 16 and weeks before World Marriage Day on Feb. 12 and National Marriage Week USA from Feb. 7 to 14.

First thing to notice is that the conferences are basically back to back and feature some of the same speakers so they must be considered as designed to complement each other. The "Code Orange Revival", presently underway, is described basically as the rumblings of a volcano threatening to erupt...with the 12-day "revival" being the stage just before the eruption. The "eruption" of course, when it does happen, is to be a new and powerful 'movement of God' in 2012. Big is easier to sell.

The second conference, the so-called Elephant Room, will then pick up right where the "revival" left off and begin to focus the energy and give it a tangible direction. What direction that will be is actually summed up neatly in their own mission statement, quoted above. It says "What if we created a new tribe?"

A new tribe. There it is, the whole thing in a nutshell. To make this happen the Elephant Room conference will bring in seven big names in Christendom representing a cross-section of different views and doctrinal beliefs and sit them down so all together now they can "reconsider what the scriptures actually say", because, "no one has a corner on the truth". With those ground rules agreed to, "the conversations" will begin and the different views will then begin to be merged and a pre-planned compromise reached. The new tribe concept will be birthed across the globe. The handiwork of the hegelian dialectic.

That very briefly is an overview of what is taking place.

"Transformation" is what it is all about. The transformation of the existing world system into a global society. That process is far advanced. Before it can be completed though the religions of the world must also be transformed so that they can be fitted into the new global system. This definitely includes the 'Christian religion'. It too must be "transformed" which will mean embracing the 'new way' of love, peace, tolerance, and acceptance, finding it's equal place in the "spiritual brotherhood" of mankind where "religious" is out but "spiritual" is in, because religion divides but spirituality is inclusive. Which is exactly what these conferences are for...moving old way old day Christendom into casting aside religious differences...and creating the new way new day characterized not by divisiveness but by inclusivity - the "New Tribe". With the big names involved in this, it must be considered as being very significant. The strong delusion will be far reaching.

There is still one big problem though, the one identified by Rick Warren a few years back - it is those nasty "Christian fundamentalists". They are just too religious. They just will not "embrace change"...and because of that are the "enemies of the 21st century" [see 'Warren' at top]

Christian fundamentalists as enemies brings up a very interesting connection to these conferences. That same sentiment expressed by Warren was recently expressed, and actually taken to a whole new level, by none other than Code Orange Revival/Elevation Church founder himself, Steven Furtick, in the release of a 'hissssss'-y fit video about ten months ago [3-1-11] called "Hey haters":

There is only one standard of truth and error to which we ought to appeal. That standard is the Holy Scripture. Let us look, then, for one thing, at one single text of Scripture, and examine it well. We shall find it in Matthew 7:13-14. "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." How was it in the days of Noah? The earth we are told expressly was "filled with violence." The imagination of the thoughts of man's heart was only "evil continually." (Gen. 6:5,11,12.) "All flesh had corrupted his way." The loss of paradise was forgotten. The warnings of God, by Noah's mouth, were despised. And at length, when the flood came on the world and drowned every living thing, there were but eight people who had faith enough to flee for refuge to the ark! And were there many saved in those days? Let any honest reader of the Bible give an answer to that question. There can be no doubt what the answer must be.

Residents of Leesburg, Florida were shocked to see their local Social Security office turned into a random Homeland Security checkpoint Tuesday morning, as DHS officers armed with semiautomatic rifles and accompanied by sniffer dogs checked identifications of locals.

Hawaiian churches denied exemption

A court in Hawaii has refused to exempt churches from being forced to allow their property to be used for civil union ceremonies.

The Emmanuel Temple and the Lighthouse Outreach Center Assembly of God requested a restraining order to block a law that permits same-sex couples to enter civil unions. It exempts clergy from performing the ceremonies, which are the equivalent of marriage, but there is no provision to protect church property. They argued that they would face civil penalties and fines if they refused to rent their property for same-sex civil unions, but U.S. District Judge Michael Seabright denied the request.

Matt Barber of Liberty Counsel Action tells OneNewsNow that creates a clear conflict between government and the free exercise of religion.

"There is no exemption for religious institutions, for churches, houses of worship from being subject to fines and to sanctions as provided in the legislation for refusing to allow their houses of worship to be desecrated through the use of a so-called 'civil union' ceremony," he explains.

Christchurch Update: 1-1-12 New Quakes; 12-23-11 Pegasus Bay 'Newly Found Fault'

LATEST: Christchurch continues to be hammered by earthquakes with a further six this morning ranging from 5.5 to 3.5. stuff.co.nz
The largest - 5.5 - struck 5.45am and was centred 20km north east of Lyttelton at a depth of 15km and followed just five minutes later by a 4.2 and then two 4.1s at 5.54am and 6.06am and a 3.9 at 6.49am. The 5.5 shake that was 15km deep took out power in thousands of Christchurch homes, particularly in Parklands and Burwood. Orion has told Radio New Zealand that its Dallington transformer shut down automatically in the large quake, and following a check it was hoped power could be restored within two hours. Quakelive has ranked it as the 11th largest shake to hit the city.

Both articles are from the same New Zealand source. The 'quakes' keep coming as seen. The anomalies surrounding the quakes keep coming also, which is the purpose of this post - to note the anomalies. In particular that all this activity is occurring in a place where fault lines were "previously unknown" (compare)...including as we now learn, last weeks event reported to have epicentered in Pegasus Bay [see below]. The previously unknown Pegasus fault, it is claimed, was "found" in April. Amazing that a quake would happen there only seven months later. Note the last paragraph. There it is said another even larger fault in another area has now been "discovered". Uh oh. Incredible how all these 'faults' are suddenly turning up right and left now, is it not?
