Another Mailed Package Ignites at Washington D.C. Post Office
A package ignited today at a Washington, D.C. postal facility, and officials said it was "similar" to the book-sized envelopes that detonated in Maryland on Thursday.
A package ignited today at a Washington, D.C. postal facility, and officials said it was "similar" to the book-sized envelopes that detonated in Maryland on Thursday.
It was not immediately clear whether the incidents were related and whether the same person sent all three packages
One official described the Maryland devices as "terror vandalism," explaining that they were "intended to scare, and hurt you a bit, but not kill."

Suppose now all "book-sized envelopes" will require ID's to send....maybe rfid labeling to track all mail delivery, both senders and receivers. Are security checkpoints to enter a post-office and/or elimination of mailboxes in the near future?
