Michelle Obama and Walmart Join Forces Promoting Healthy Food

Walmart, saying it was inspired by first lady Michelle Obama's campaign to fight childhood obesity, is stepping up to the plate, announcing on Thursday a five-year plan to lower salts, fats and sugars in thousands of its products, and dropping prices for healthy items.

Walmart sells more groceries than any other company in the U.S. and changes made by its suppliers could have a big impact on American's access to healthy food.

In a ringing endorsement of the first lady's campaign, Leslie Dach, Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Walmart described Michelle Obama as the catalyst that lead to Walmart's commitment.

In coming under the DHS last month [see follow-up link above], and by coming under the Agenda 21 "Let's Move" communitarian program today, it is undeniable that Walmart has become a major facilitator of the global transformation project and needs to be renamed Govmart, or perhaps BigBromart - either one really, it makes no difference.

Note that the 'ripple effect' of Govmart's five-year deal will extend to all it's suppliers, who will have to "make changes". What this means is that all the way down the line everyone will now have to answer to the global agenda-ites. This allows enormous control over the entire system, especially since Govmart "sells more groceries than any other company in the U.S.".

Control it all - exactly the plan.

And it is well on it's way. Besides Govmart, the 'Let's Move' tentacles have already extended to wrap up the nation's schools, girl scouts, interfaith groups, and the National Restaurant Association:
