Secretive TPP 'Total Privatization Plan' Signed, But Wait, There Is Already Another One - The "RCEP"

Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, the US and Vietnam - The news of the signing of the "Trans-Pacific Partnership" [TPP] is surely known by most all by this time. Thousands of articles have already been written and published on the www in the short time since the news came out of New Zealand early 2-4-16. Regardless, a few excerpts from three separate articles are posted here, for one to mark the historical occasion, but more so, to note that the 'TPP' is only part of the grand scheme, albeit one of the largest parts to date. Andrew Robb signs Trans-Pacific Partnership, sets sights on another huge trade deal

[Australia] (Australian) Trade Minister Andrew Robb has formally signed the Trans-Pacific Partnership, the biggest trade agreement in 20 years, despite the concerns of some community groups.

He says he is now setting his sights on the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership - RCEP - yet another huge trade agreement in the Asia Pacific Region which he hopes will conclude by the end of the year.

The Trade Minister says once the RCEP is signed, it will combine with the TPP to create a vast trade agreement architecture like no other in the world, superseding the "noodle bowl" of bilateral trade agreements in the region and removing billions of dollars worth of red tape.

"The TPP is truly transformative," Mr Robb told Fairfax Media from New Zealand, where 12 delegates attended the signing ceremony.

Mr Robb says now that the TPP has been signed, every country involved in the deal has two years to ratify it.

The TPP is the biggest global trade deal in 20 years, involving 12 countries in the Pacific region, which collectively represent over 40 per cent of world GDP.

Ultimately what this all means is very simple. The quoted statement directly above tells you everything you need to know. As reported in numerous sources, this so-called Trans-Pacific Partnership [TPP] creates an entity that is sovereign unto itself, answering to no national government. For an agreement such as this to work, viewing it from a purely practical standpoint, it can be no other way. Intertwining the economic and monetary systems of multiple nations, which is exactly what the TPP does, must by nature remove the ultimate sovereignty from each participating nation-state. This by design of course. With that done, enter the new order of rule by 'tribunal'.

Bottom line, people, this, very simply, is 'privatization'. Private ownership and control of, well, virtually everything. An intertwined economic system can only mean an eventual intertwining of and control over every aspect of life throughout the whole. That is the reality, and to accomplish that reality is the sole reason for pursuing such things as 'global trade agreements'.

Which is exactly why TPP does not stand for the Trans-Pacific Partnership, it stands for the Total Privatization Plan.

Here is the reality of the TPP though, and even the newly revealed 'RCEP' soon to also be forced on the world: none of this is new or a surprise or unknown. It is just different names for the same old plan that has been under development for many long years, i.e. Agenda 21. Agenda 21, or The UN Blueprint for the 21st Century, as many are now well aware, is an absolutely comprehensive plan to micromanage the entire globe, designed to literally take total control over every person, place, and thing on the planet. With Women Cleared For Combat, Army, Marines Now Calling For Women To Register For Draft

Marine Commandant, Army Chief of Staff Agree: Women Should Register for Draft

(CNSNews.com) – During a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing Tuesday on opening all ground combat units to women, the Commandant of the Marine Corps and the Chief of Staff for the Army agreed that it is time to require women to register for the Selective Service.

“Senator, it’s my personal view that based on this lifting of restrictions for assignment to unit MOS that every American who’s physically qualified should register for the draft,” Gen. Robert Neller, the Commandant of the Marine Corps, testified during the hearing, which was titled “Implementation of the Decision to Open All Ground Combat Units to Women.”

As CNSNews.com previously reported, Defense Secretary Ash Carter announced in December that all U.S. military positions--including combat positions--will be open to women. When asked if that means women must register for Selective Service like men are required to do, Carter said, “It may.”

Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) asked the panelists whether or not Congress should look at requiring Selective Service registrations for all Americans.

Undersecretary of the Army Patrick Murphy said that there should be a national debate on the issue, noting that 1,000 women have been killed or injured in combat in the last war. When pressed to give his opinion on including women in a military draft, Murphy said, “Yes.”

“Senator, I think that all eligible and qualified men and women should register for the draft,” said Army Chief of Staff Gen. Mark Milley.

“I do too. I think it’s the right thing going forward,” McCaskill said.

Windows 10 is now a 'recommended update' that starts automatically

Microsoft is ramping up its push to get Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 users to upgrade to Windows 10. If you haven't already downloaded Windows 10, your computer may do it for you automatically as soon as this week.

Microsoft has made Windows 10 a "recommended update," for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 users, the company confirmed today.

"The new experience has begun to roll out in a phased approach to more Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 customers, although we do not have any information to share at this time with respect to individual regions."

Previously, the newest version of the Windows operating system was an "optional" update. Recommended updates are typically downloaded and installed automatically if automatic updates are enabled. Because such updates are often security patches and fixes, they are enabled by default. Microsoft strongly recommends allowing automatic updates.

In the case of Windows 10, users will be "clearly prompted to choose whether or not to continue," before the process completely changes the operating system of their device, Microsoft assured users in a blog post in October.

The World Health Organization declared the Zika virus and its suspected link to birth defects an international public health emergency on Monday, a rare move that signals the seriousness of the outbreak and gives countries powerful new tools to fight it.

The official “emergency” designation can trigger action and funding from governments and non-profits around the world. It elevates the W.H.O. to the position of global coordinator, and gives its decisions the force of international law. Brazil's president has signed a measure allowing health officials access to any building to eradicate breeding grounds for a mosquito spreading the Zika virus.

The measure signed by President Dilma Rousseff was published earlier on Monday. It allows health officials access to all homes, public and private buildings- even if the property's owner cannot be located...Officials can also request backup from police to raid any building suspected of being a mosquito breeding ground.

The exact purpose of the whole 'Operation Zika' production can in fact be very clearly discerned upon consideration of a few excerpts from the statement of one Dr Jeremy Farrar, Director of the Wellcome Trust, presumably qualifying as a recognized 'expert' on the issue. Regardless to what extent that may or may not be true though, that the objectives delineated in his statement reveal the very real 'mission statement' of 'Operation Zika' are pathetically obvious. Namely, as quoted (4th paragraph above, marked with asterisk): "preventative strategies and control measures...we must put in place...permanent reforms...proactive...agenda...global health system"

With absolutely no question about it whatsoever, these are new-world-order so-called global control objectives. Every aspect of it, plain as can be. Problem is that these global-control objectives can never be achieved when there is no 'problem' with the existing situation. When everything is running along smoothly as it always has, there is nothing to 'fix'. Only when something 'breaks' does the repairman get called.

And just like that, somehow, mysteriously, right out of the old blue, something just 'got broke'.

WHO: Zika virus ‘spreading explosively,’ ‘level of alarm extremely high’

The World Health Organization announced Thursday that it will convene an emergency meeting to try to find ways to stop the transmission of the Zika virus — which officials said is "spreading explosively" across the Americas...The WHO said the pathogen, which was virtually unheard of in the region a year ago, is spreading so fast it could infect as many as 3 to 4 million people within 12 months.

In a separate briefing with reporters, U.S. officials said all states here are now required to report Zika cases. As a result, they said they expect to see a sharp increase in reports of travel-related cases. But they reiterated that the United States is unlikely to have the kind of widespread local outbreaks that are taking place in other parts of the Americas...At this point, here in the United States, the risk of disease spread by mosquitos are quite low," he said. "The temperatures in North America right now are inhospitable to the mosquito population. Eventually that will change and we have to be mindful any possible risk here in the United States.”

The WHO said the reason Zika appears to be spreading so rapidly is two-fold: One, because it is a new disease to the region, the population does not have immunity, and two, the Zika virus is primarily transmitted by a mosquito species known as A. aegypti, which lives in every country in North and South America except Canada and Chile.

Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said Thursday that investigators may be able to start a clinical trial for a vaccine as early as this year.

The WHO's Chan urged “every community, every family and individual” to do their part by, for example, taking care not to leave stagnant collections of water on their properties. She emphasized that every person in the world could be vulnerable to the virus.

The WHO special session on Zika is scheduled to take place on Monday and delegates will discuss whether to declare it global public health emergency -- a designation that could help mobilize a more coordinated response.

Heavily armed police will soon be able to patrol Dutch shopping centres, railway stations and other busy public places, the AD says on Tuesday.

In total, 150 police officers are being trained in the use of submachine guns, on top of the 300 firearms experts who already form a specialist unit within the national police force.

According to the AD, the heavily armed officers will be able to patrol on the street – a first in Dutch police history. The extra patrols will only happen if there is a heightened alert and if permission has been given in advance, the police said in a statement.

‘Police have taken this decision to train up more specialists and widen the conditions under which they can be used partly in the wake of the terrorist attacks using automatic weapons in Paris,’ a spokesman told the paper.

‘People may be shocked when they see them, but we live in different times,’ the spokesman said. ‘The aim is to make this country safer for everyone.’

Gov. Cuomo banned all travel in New York City because of a massive snowstorm that could dump 30" of snow on the city.

Cuomo announced a ban on roads in all of lower New York State. Port Authority bridges and tunnels into New York City were also closing. The travel ban was to start at 2:30 p.m.

The governor warned that if you are caught on the road during a ban you could face a large fine. He did not specify what that fine would total.

The ban was to remain in effect "until further notice", according to New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio. "People of New York City have been given warning."

"We will arrest them if needed," De Blasio said about any drivers still on the road during the ban.

Transgender athletes will no longer be required to undergo gender reassignment surgery in order to participate in the Olympics, according to documents obtained by Outsports on Thursday.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) reportedly updated its transgender guidelines at an unpublicized “Consensus Meeting on Sex Reassignment and Hyperandrogenism” last November, and the guidelines are expected to be adopted before the Summer Olympics in Rio later this year.

“To require surgical anatomical changes as a pre-condition to participation is not necessary to preserve fair competition and may be inconsistent with developing legislation and notions of human rights,” the new guidelines state. “It is necessary to ensure insofar as possible that trans athletes are not excluded from the opportunity to participate in sporting competition.”

But according to the new guidelines, “those who transition from female to male are eligible to compete in the male category without restriction.”

Trans women have also seen their restrictions reduced — those athletes now only have to undergo hormone replacement therapy for a year before competing, and maintain regulated testosterone levels for the remainder of their Olympic eligibility.

Windows 8 released at the end of 2012 was actually the first major step toward this end. In retrospect it is clear the W8 was never intended to be anything more than just that - just the first step in the overall transition. "The World is Ready" was the motto at that point (see post). That was then, this is now. Windows 10 is now to be the fruition of the plan...With W10 redefining the operating system as a service, updates are now mandatory. Not only security updates, but also the very system features. Like it or not, whatever new thing comes out is getting downloaded and installed automatically on W10 systems. No 'off' button on this one. And this for "the life of the device" says Microsoft. Microsoft says new processors will only work with Windows 10

[excerpted] Soon, if you have a new PC, you won't be able to run Windows 7 or 8. Microsoft has announced a change to its support policy that lays out its plans for future updates to its older operating systems, and the new rules mean that future PC owners with next-generation Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm processors will have to use Windows 10.

"Going forward, as new silicon generations are introduced, they will require the latest Windows platform at that time for support," Microsoft notes in a blog post published on Friday. "Windows 10 will be the only supported Windows platform on Intel's upcoming 'Kaby Lake' silicon, Qualcomm's upcoming '8996' silicon, and AMD's upcoming 'Bristol Ridge' silicon."

This new policy doesn't mean that Windows 7 and 8.1 are no longer supported in general. The two operating systems will continue to get updates through January 14, 2020 and January 10, 2023, respectively.

The policy change not only makes Microsoft's hardware partners happy — they no longer are on the hook to develop as many costly software updates for past versions of Windows — but it also helps Microsoft push adoption of Windows 10. The company sees the operating system as the "final" version of Windows; it's now a service, not a product, and this change better reflects that. [full article at link]

Less than two weeks ago Microsoft declared the intent to do everything they possibly could to "push" users into giving up their software-autonomy and surrendering complete computer-control to Microsoft's "Big Brother Windows 10 computer serrrrrvice". It is not a product anymore, say they...it's a serrrrrrrrvice. They  of course being the serrrrrrrrvice providers will decide what they will serve you, or what they will not serve you. No menu at this restaurant in other words. You will eat what they 'serve' you and no complaints or you might get sent to your room with no supper, or maybe even get grounded from computering for a little while until you learn your lesson.

As to whether or not Linux will work with the new cpu's no info could be found at this time. Presumably they would as the intent at this stage of the game is to 'starve' all Microsoft systems except W10, meaning W7 and W8 will not get to play any reindeer games on the new cpu's. Seems Linux most likely would update, but, who knows what they've got planned for the open-source OS's...down the road. No computer left behind..?

The first post below documented Microsoft's new 'pushy' policy, the second was a follow up noting just how quickly MS seemed to be putting that new policy into action. This latest development regarding W10-only cpu's truly exemplifies what was suggested in that second post - namely that the push seemed to be already becoming a shove.

One more important thing to note on the topic. Microsoft also just announced days ago a Windows 10 "milestone". With the latest "mandatory" update, for the very first time, all devices using Windows 10 are now on the exact same build. Computers to mobile to xbox, and even the IoT (internet of things). This is being touted as "a triumph for convergence" [link]. No doubt that is true. The goal is digital control of the entire globe and morphing W10 to connect everything is the plan. Phasing out everything else is the method, and as is now evident, pushing and shoving is the strategy of the method.

So it's January 2016 and this is where it now stands. The futile quest for apotheosis [link*]. Anyway, recommend take care of that 'old' computer...looks like it is going to have to last for a while.

Report: Microsoft "Push" To Windows 10 Becoming A Shove? - W10 'Nag' Bypassing Disable Efforts

Quick background: Recently, as a defense against Microsoft's highly aggressive push for users to install Windows 10, a couple of simple registry tweaks to block these tactics were published on the internet (a link is in the original article). As now reported though some W7 and W8 users who have taken these measures are discovering that 'Windows 10' is apparently turning itself back on:

Microsoft’s Get Windows 10 nagware shows signs of sentience

[excerpted] Windows 7 and 8 installations are finding new ways to re-enable Microsoft’s intrusive “Get Windows 10” nagware, even when users disable it.

An additional background process has been detected that resets the Registry’s AllowOSUpgrade flag twice a day. Prophylactic measures taken by users to disable the nagware – such as these – therefore have limited use. The additional process has only been found by some users, and appears to arrive in a modified version of the KB patch which unleashes GWX [GWX = get-windows-10].

This can either mean one of two things, neither of which is good.

One is that Microsoft is changing the payload of the GWX nagware patch without documenting the changes.

The other possibility is that the aggressive GWX program is mutating, and may be close to achieving sentience. GWX already fulfils many of the characteristics of an aggressive malware. Stylistically, the pop-up appears to be modelled after the nasties found on pirate media and porn sites – a pretty classy touch from Microsoft.

Similarities include: GWX won’t take "No" for an answer, and is difficult to disable. It targets old and neglected computer installations (e.g. Windows 7), and the technically naive (home Windows users). More worryingly, GWX now appears to be mutating, changing its techniques in response to preventive measures. It’s cat and mouse out there, and GWX appears to be winning.

Pretty soon almost anything with a CPU and display will be reminding you that you’re eligible for a Windows 10 upgrade. And that could only be the start*.

Below are some screenshots from the "King James Bible Page" website (an excellent resource - recommended) taken from what the author calls the 'magic marker' page. The author's introduction to the page is below also. As he points out, the "strikethroughs" provide an excellent 'visual' to help understand the weightiness of the issues with regard to the so-called King James Bible controversy.

The history of the bible is a topic that requires a lot of study, but every Christian should at the very least know something about a certain two men by the names of Brooke Foss Westcott and Fenton John Anthony Hort. These two men came along in the early 1870's and basically set about to rewrite the King James Version of the bible, evidently convincing the right people that it was necessary to do so. After many years of work, Westcott and Hort produced their own Greek text designed to replace the textus receptus, i.e. the 'received text', which is the Greek text that the King James New Testament is based upon. This new Westcott-Hort Greek text was markedly inconsistent with the 'textus receptus', with thousands of words having been changed and entire verses either rephrased or missing altogether. It was the basis for the first ever revision of the King James Bible, released by Westcott and Hort in 1881. They called it the "English Revised Version".

Many more revisions and newer 'versions' were to follow, and to this present day the anti-KJV'ers are seemingly still searching for just the 'right one'. Meanwhile, the incomparable King James Bible, aka the Authorized Version, will soon be celebrating it's 400th birthday in 2011 - and it still has all of it's words. Psalms 119:89 Forever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.
