This post is a follow up on: Bankrupt Cities And The U.S. Transition To Agenda 21: San Bernardino CA Delivered Up, Scranton PA On Deck 7-11-12 "Very simple it truly is. Independent U.S. cities, and global government, cannot, by definition, coexist. Cities must be networked into the global system with control of everything privatized...U.S. cities being dissolved is a huge sign of the rising global dictatorship" [see post, follow links]

"Some cities may not go into a bankruptcy, but they may dissolve. They may cease to exist.''
[excerpted] Throughout the state, local governments are slashing services to avoid bankruptcy. For some, it's too late.
Facing the same financial stressors that pushed San Bernardino toward bankruptcy, cities across California are slashing day-to-day services and taking other drastic actions to skirt a similar fiscal collapse.
"There are likely to be more in the future, but it's hard to know, since a lot of struggling cities may manage to work things out,'' said Michael Coleman, a fiscal policy advisor for the California League of Cities. "Some cities may not go into a bankruptcy, but they may dissolve. They may cease to exist.''
That 4-2 decision to file for bankruptcy protection was the easy part, San Bernardino Mayor Patrick Morris said Wednesday..."I think all possibilities should be on the table," Morris said. "That includes privatizing services; that includes regionalizing services."
Joe Nation, a Stanford economics professor and co-author of the February report, thinks that for at least some cities, insolvency is inevitable..."I think this is the tip of the iceberg in terms of the problem,'' Nation said.

Three bankrupt California cities in the last two weeks is just the "tip of the iceberg" says the Stanford economics professor quoted in the above article. Even the cities that do not suffer 'bankruptcy' may simply "dissolve", says the spokesman for the "California League of Cities". The solutions proffered are "privatizing" and "regionalizing" of services. Privatizing and regionalizing is Agenda 21 globalization-speak aka dictatorship. What is happening though is no cause for amazement, it is merely the outworking of things planned long ago, plans to deconstruct the existing world system and replace it with a totalitarian global monarchy. The final stages began four years ago with the manufactured 'global financial crisis':
'9-1-2' Controlled Financial Implosion For Global Government 10-6-08 "This is not 9-1-1. It's the next phase. This is 9-1-2. The controlled implosion of the entire financial system of the country. The entire financial system of the world to be more precise. It's as simple in strategy as it may be in difficulty to believe. For the most part, as relating directly to this country, the major financial firms have been consolidated at this point and taken over, and now corporate America and the state/local governments are next. This posted article [see '9-1-2' link] is making that known to any astute watchers. The process has begun. IMPLOSION. It's a done deal. The old order must be deconstructed before the new order can rise from the ashes...There is no place for state and local governments (or nations for that matter) in the community based Agenda 21 system. It is a GLOBAL management scheme... The global transition is now on fast-forward. The Zionist Kingdom of the false messiah is being birthed and it's not a pretty baby. Not at all, in fact, it's looking an awful lot like "Rosemary's baby".
Fast forward to today, and as mentioned directly above, it was only a matter of time before state/local governments would face "implosion" in order to forward the implementation of the desired global 'monarchial system' - aka the so-called Zionist kingdom; with the monarch in question being, believe it or not, the biblically foretold false Jewish messiah, aka Antichrist.
Clearly what we are seeing is that the time has now come, and the imploding has begun. Cities will soon be disappearing in California, others will be "regionalizing", i.e. consolidating, and a whole lot of privatizing is about to go down - and undoubtedly the same program is to be followed nationwide. States are after that. See the big picture - biblically speaking. Rev. 18:4
