Big quake hits Gulf of California
A magnitude 6.9 earthquake struck the Gulf of California just before 10 a.m. Thursday — not long before millions of Californians took part in a mass earthquake drill called the Great California Shakeout.
There were no reports of injury or damage Thursday afternoon from the quake, about 65 miles south of a city called Los Mochis in the state of Sinaloa.
Dollar said he and other quake specialists were still wrapping up their part of the Great Shakeout drill, held at 10:21 a.m., when they learned of the Mexico quake.
“When that happened, we were still in conference, doing our internal review,” he said.

Just another strange coincidence, right?
Or....engineered? Interesting to note the reported size of the quake being 6.9, which is the "as above so below" number that also showed up in the Chilean miner incident [here - scroll down]. Another interesting as well as obvious thing is that the time of the drill and the date of the drill are the same - 10-21.
So then, looking only at these few things 'hidden in plain sight', we have a massive 'quake drill', almost the same moment massive quake, and obvious funny numbers. Coincidence or engineered?
As massive quakes across the globe seem to have become a commonplace occurrence nowadays, it is a cause for wonder.

About 'the great shakeout':
"At 10:21 a.m. Thursday, an estimated 7.8 million of California’s children and adults practiced “Drop, Cover, and Hold On,” an action meant to reduce potential injury and death during a large earthquake.
That included more than 760,000 in Orange County, taking part in a variety of events at schools, medical facilities, government offices, museums, private homes and other locations.
Event organizers do not attempt to track who among those who sign up actually conduct the drills, but Mark Benthien of the Southern California Earthquake Center at the University of Southern California it is likely far more than the estimated 7.8 million.
Even people who didn’t take part would have received earthquake preparedness information, he said.
“It’s likely in the 20 million range — people who heard what to do during an earthquake,” he said."

The day is coming, and drawing ever nearer, when there will come a true "Great Shakeout". On that day the tables will be turned on the NWO Tower of Babel-ers. They will not like it at all:
