The Olympics Just Became Much Friendlier For Transgender Athletes

Transgender athletes will no longer be required to undergo gender reassignment surgery in order to participate in the Olympics, according to documents obtained by Outsports on Thursday.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) reportedly updated its transgender guidelines at an unpublicized “Consensus Meeting on Sex Reassignment and Hyperandrogenism” last November, and the guidelines are expected to be adopted before the Summer Olympics in Rio later this year.

“To require surgical anatomical changes as a pre-condition to participation is not necessary to preserve fair competition and may be inconsistent with developing legislation and notions of human rights,” the new guidelines state. “It is necessary to ensure insofar as possible that trans athletes are not excluded from the opportunity to participate in sporting competition.”

But according to the new guidelines, “those who transition from female to male are eligible to compete in the male category without restriction.”

Trans women have also seen their restrictions reduced — those athletes now only have to undergo hormone replacement therapy for a year before competing, and maintain regulated testosterone levels for the remainder of their Olympic eligibility.

Whether or not a woman who claims she is male can compete against men on a world class level ultimately does not matter. What does matter though is that the social engineering to make it possible has now been accomplished. This is the 'bigger picture' of what has just been done. Namely, that for what has to be the first time ever in the history of man on this planet, an unrestricted gender-by-choice policy has just been put in place on the global level.

Microsoft says new processors will only work with Windows 10

[excerpted] Soon, if you have a new PC, you won't be able to run Windows 7 or 8. Microsoft has announced a change to its support policy that lays out its plans for future updates to its older operating systems, and the new rules mean that future PC owners with next-generation Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm processors will have to use Windows 10.

"Going forward, as new silicon generations are introduced, they will require the latest Windows platform at that time for support," Microsoft notes in a blog post published on Friday. "Windows 10 will be the only supported Windows platform on Intel's upcoming 'Kaby Lake' silicon, Qualcomm's upcoming '8996' silicon, and AMD's upcoming 'Bristol Ridge' silicon."

This new policy doesn't mean that Windows 7 and 8.1 are no longer supported in general. The two operating systems will continue to get updates through January 14, 2020 and January 10, 2023, respectively.

The policy change not only makes Microsoft's hardware partners happy — they no longer are on the hook to develop as many costly software updates for past versions of Windows — but it also helps Microsoft push adoption of Windows 10. Less than two weeks ago Microsoft declared the intent to do everything they possibly could to "push" users into giving up their software-autonomy and surrendering complete computer-control to Microsoft's "Big Brother Windows 10 computer serrrrrvice". It is not a product anymore, say they...it's a serrrrrrrrvice. They  of course being the serrrrrrrrvice providers will decide what they will serve you, or what they will not serve you. No menu at this restaurant in other words. You will eat what they 'serve' you and no complaints or you might get sent to your room with no supper, or maybe even get grounded from computering for a little while until you learn your lesson.

As to whether or not Linux will work with the new cpu's no info could be found at this time. Presumably they would as the intent at this stage of the game is to 'starve' all Microsoft systems except W10, meaning W7 and W8 will not get to play any reindeer games on the new cpu's. Seems Linux most likely would update, but, who knows what they've got planned for the open-source OS's...down the road. No computer left behind..?

This is being touted as "a triumph for convergence" [link]. No doubt that is true. The goal is digital control of the entire globe and morphing W10 to connect everything is the plan. Phasing out everything else is the method, and as is now evident, pushing and shoving is the strategy of the method.

Quick background: Recently, as a defense against Microsoft's highly aggressive push for users to install Windows 10, a couple of simple registry tweaks to block these tactics were published on the internet (a link is in the original article). As now reported though some W7 and W8 users who have taken these measures are discovering that 'Windows 10' is apparently turning itself back on:

Microsoft’s Get Windows 10 nagware shows signs of sentience

[excerpted] Windows 7 and 8 installations are finding new ways to re-enable Microsoft’s intrusive “Get Windows 10” nagware, even when users disable it.

An additional background process has been detected that resets the Registry’s AllowOSUpgrade flag twice a day. Prophylactic measures taken by users to disable the nagware – such as these – therefore have limited use. The additional process has only been found by some users, and appears to arrive in a modified version of the KB patch which unleashes GWX [GWX = get-windows-10].

This can either mean one of two things, neither of which is good.

One is that Microsoft is changing the payload of the GWX nagware patch without documenting the changes.

The other possibility is that the aggressive GWX program is mutating, and may be close to achieving sentience. GWX already fulfils many of the characteristics of an aggressive malware. Stylistically, the pop-up appears to be modelled after the nasties found on pirate media and porn sites – a pretty classy touch from Microsoft.

Similarities include: GWX won’t take "No" for an answer, and is difficult to disable. It targets old and neglected computer installations (e.g. Windows 7), and the technically naive (home Windows users). More worryingly, GWX now appears to be mutating, changing its techniques in response to preventive measures. It’s cat and mouse out there, and GWX appears to be winning.

Pretty soon almost anything with a CPU and display will be reminding you that you’re eligible for a Windows 10 upgrade. And that could only be the start*.

Below are some screenshots from the "King James Bible Page" website (an excellent resource - recommended) taken from what the author calls the 'magic marker' page. The author's introduction to the page is below also. As he points out, the "strikethroughs" provide an excellent 'visual' to help understand the weightiness of the issues with regard to the so-called King James Bible controversy.

The history of the bible is a topic that requires a lot of study, but every Christian should at the very least know something about a certain two men by the names of Brooke Foss Westcott and Fenton John Anthony Hort. These two men came along in the early 1870's and basically set about to rewrite the King James Version of the bible, evidently convincing the right people that it was necessary to do so. After many years of work, Westcott and Hort produced their own Greek text designed to replace the textus receptus, i.e. the 'received text', which is the Greek text that the King James New Testament is based upon. This new Westcott-Hort Greek text was markedly inconsistent with the 'textus receptus', with thousands of words having been changed and entire verses either rephrased or missing altogether. It was the basis for the first ever revision of the King James Bible, released by Westcott and Hort in 1881. They called it the "English Revised Version".

Many more revisions and newer 'versions' were to follow, and to this present day the anti-KJV'ers are seemingly still searching for just the 'right one'. Meanwhile, the incomparable King James Bible, aka the Authorized Version, will soon be celebrating it's 400th birthday in 2011 - and it still has all of it's words. Psalms 119:89 Forever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.

The program scoured billions of data points, including arrest reports, property records, commercial databases, deep Web searches and the man’s social- media postings. It calculated his threat level as the highest of three color-coded scores: a bright red warning.

The man had a firearm conviction and gang associations, so out of caution police called a negotiator. The suspect surrendered, and police said the intelligence helped them make the right call — it turned out he had a gun.

As a national debate has played out over mass surveillance by the National Security Agency, a new generation of technology such as the Beware software being used in Fresno has given local law enforcement officers unprecedented power to peer into the lives of citizens.

Fresno is one of the first departments in the nation to test the program...As officers respond to calls, Beware automatically runs the address. The searches return the names of residents and scans them against a range of publicly available data to generate a color-coded threat level for each person or address: green, yellow or red.

Fresno’s Real Time Crime Center is the type of facility that has become the model for high-tech policing nationwide. Similar centers have opened in New York, Houston and Seattle over the past decade.

After [a] contentious hearing before the Fresno City Council on Beware, [Fresno Police chief] Dyer said he now wants to make changes to address residents’ concerns. Microsoft vowing to do "everything [they] possibly can to get people to move to Windows 10" is a huge statement. More specifically, vowing the intent to even "push" to get what they want reveals how intentional they plan to be. These statements clearly signal that this now openly stated Microsoft policy cannot be ignored. As pointed out in the above article Windows 7 is to be supported until 2020. Regardless of that, Microsoft also announced two months or so ago that Windows 10 "upgrades" will in this year 2016 be moved for Windows 7 & 8 computers into the optional update category, and then a little later this year into the recommended update category [link]. This is the beginning of the aggressive strategy. At this point, when it goes to 'recommended' status, any W7 or W8 users that have automatic updates turned on will soon have Windows 10 installing itself on their computers. The user will still have to give a final 'ok' reportedly, but it will at that point be already on the machine and ready to go. Perhaps this is what Microsoft views as "a push".

Important to consider also that users who do not have automatic updates turned on will still have to carefully go over each individual update and cancel anything Widows 10 related.

Windows 10 'the service' - an open portal to ? -Recommend do not get sucked in

Here is the reality for all W7 and W8 users. Taking complete control of the "Windows update" system of your computer/s is from this point forward critical if you do not want to be tricked or forced into being wired into the morphing Big Brother home-portal system aka Windows 10 the "service". 1st Statewide 'Gender-less Bathrooms' Law Passed In WA By Appointed 'Human Rights Commission'

Transgender, Privacy Issues Abound for Public Restrooms, Facilities after New 'Gender-Equality' Law From Washington

[excerpted] A new statewide law about gender-segregated public bathrooms, facilities and businesses, which went into effect Dec. 26 in Washington, is raising questions about privacy and safety of everyone involved. This first-of-its-kind law created by the Washington State Human Rights Commission is part of the recent push to frame gender-segregated bathrooms as an affront to "equality," stated Joseph Backholm in a blog for Family Policy Institute for Washington.

Backholm said the new rule has created the following situation: "If a man says he is a woman and walks into the women's restroom, it is now illegal for a business owner to intervene."

Backholm states this is the first statewide mandate that "forces businesses to cooperate with a customer's confusion about his or her gender."

In fact, he said the new rule specifically "prohibits businesses and schools the freedom to work out a different situation that might be agreeable to all involved because it forbids businesses from creating a separate, gender-neutral facility for use by those who prefer not to use the bathroom for their gender."

He said he hopes Washington legislators will fix the rule, which was delegated to the Human Rights Commission.
