[source] President Donald Trump has issued a second executive order aimed at accelerating rebuilding in Los Angeles neighborhoods devastated by the 2025 Pacific Palisades and Eaton Canyon wildfires — immediately prompting sharp backlash from Gov. Gavin Newsom, who says the administration is withholding disaster aid, mischaracterizing the state’s progress, and attempting an unprecedented federal takeover of local permitting authority.
The Jan. 23 directive — titled “Failures to Rebuild Los Angeles After the Wildfire Disasters” — accuses state and local leaders, including Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, of ignoring forest‑management needs, mismanaging water systems, and slowing rebuilding with duplicative and “obstructive” permitting rules.
Under the new directive, FEMA and the Small Business Administration must draft regulations allowing federal agencies to preempt local building permits for wildfire‑affected properties funded with federal relief dollars — a sweeping federal intrusion into the land‑use authority long held by local governments.

This entire drama is fully scripted - the next phase of the land grab. State officials just 'not getting it done' - says the script - so federal government now, one year later, has to step in and take unprecedented action "to help the people". Sure thing. What an incredibly massive charade. Feds and State all playing for the same team. Burn Back Better.. er "Build Back Better" that is.. than "when we started this fire" - is exactly what LA County Public Works Director Mark Pestrella said in the days after the Palisades/Malibu demoition [see video below].
Thousands of homeowners had their fire-insurance cancelled in the months before the 'big fire' literally incinerated everything - some were even cancelled just days before the big-burn-down. Huge numbers of these will never reclaim their burned properties [see video]. But oh look.. forget all those Federal vs. State legalities the feds are now taking over like it or not - and somebody is going to massively benefit and get all those properties. It all happened naturally though - right? Naturally like how military-like operations happen - with precision planning and execution [see video below]. Federal takeover of State government functions a precedent is being set here with this Malibu Palisades Altadena land-grab grand production -- militarized dicatorial NuAmerika not-old - this is how it is now being done.
