New 'Upgraded' NDAA 2013 Passes Senate 98-0; Opens Door For Domestic Military Action

Senate slams human rights with NDAA 2013 troop deployment on US soil

In a slam to human rights in the United States, on Tuesday, Senators unanimously passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2013, including potential dictatorial capacity to deploy the U.S. military on U.S. soil to arrest citizens.

One amendment to the 2013 version of the defense spending bill unanimously passed Tuesday by the Senate clarified the right to trial of “citizens and permanent legal residents” detained under the relevant sections of the revamped measure, but according to civil and human rights experts, this amendment created the potential for even more rights violations than NDAA 2012.

“It might look like a fix, but it breaks things further," explains Chris Anders, an attorney with the Washington, DC legislative office of the American Civil Liberties Union. "Feinstein's amendment says that American citizens and green-card holders in the United States cannot be put into indefinite detention in a military prison, but carves out everyone else in the United States.”

It would not make America off-limits to the military being used to imprison civilians without charge or trial,” Anders writes, “…because its focus on protections for citizens and green-card holders implies that non-citizens could be militarily detained.”

“The goal should be to prohibit domestic use of the military entirely,” writes Anders. “That's the protection provided to everyone in the United States by the Posse Comitatus Act. That principle would be broken if the military can find an opening to operate against civilians here at home, maybe under the guise of going after non-citizens. This is truly an instance where, when some lose their rights, all lose rights – even those who look like they are being protected.”

With the Senate unanimously approving the NDAA by a 98-0 vote, nothing short of a veto from the White House is likely to stop the defense spending bill from passing in its present form.

re: 'military...find an opening'

Prohibiting the "domestic use of the military entirely", to quote the above author, should absolutely be the goal - but that nothing could be further from reality in the now virtually completed police-state-USA of 2012-2013 is abundantly clear. Making a way for the military to begin to roam the 'homeland' is just about the last piece of the puzzle needed to close the deal. This new 2013 'upgraded' version of the NDAA does just that. It gives the military an open door to begin operating, ostensibly in regard to people in the country illegally, but operating just the same. Once that begins, there can be no stopping it - especially knowing full well that global military rule is the only goal of those behind the scenes responsible for making these new 'laws'. The 10-26-12 EO [see: 'related to' above] making all sectors of society subservient to DHS priorities is further evidence of the goal of military-rule being nearly fulfilled with regard to this country. Posse comitatus? It's already on the cutting room floor:

Militarizing Police: Congressmen Cite "I.E.D. Threat" As Reason To Scrap Posse Comitatus; And Aurora 8-3-12 "...the alleged perpertrator of the Aurora incident, the guy portraying 'the Joker', had a few of these explosive devices [i.e.d.'s] in his apartment, we are told...And as it just so happens to turn out, the timing is advantageous for the military and government lawyers and congressman who are now making a case as to why the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 which prohibits the domestic use of the miltary should essentially be done away with. This "growing concern" of IED's is now being touted as "urgent" and the solution is of course "deeper cooperation" between military and civilian law enforcement....Posse Comitatus is still in the way, today...but they intend to "fix that"...Militarizing the police in the USA. Can't have global dictatorship without it"

see also: Global Martial Law Has Begun: U.S. Marines Launch First Ever Global "Law Enforcement" Squads 7-23-12 " "...another 'first-ever' - military "law enforcement battalions" with global jurisdiction - exactly what had been asked for. This development, very simply, fits the description of martial law on a global scale. No other way to view it. Although not mentioned specifically in any news release at this time whether or not the ability to "quickly deploy worldwide" includes the USA, it should be noted that the CFR and the U.S. Army proposed this very thing only six weeks ago: [see next link:]

and: CFR, U.S. Army Chief Of Staff Propose Using Military For "Domestic Police Missions" - aka Martial Law" 6-11-12 "(THE NEW AMERICAN) The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) proposes that the U.S. Army be used to plan, command, and carry out (with the help of civilian law enforcement) domestic police missions...Where appropriate we will also dedicate active-duty forces, especially those with niche skills and equipment, to provide civilian officials with a robust set of reliable and rapid response options"

The deconstruction of the U.S. for assimilation into the one-world-government of Antichrist - this is what it is all about. That is true, whether you believe the bible or not.

Be informed.
