High-tech DEW or low-tech accelerant-fueled type thing - which is it? Who can say. Certainly not the residents who were 'mandatorily evacuated' from the affected areas. Anything at all can be done once an area is cleared - for the citizen's 'safety' of course. And then it all happens after dark on into the middle of the night? Molten metals? When was the last time anybody's barbecue melted down on them while grilling burgers.
Cui bono? The question is too easy. So-called Agenda 21 is written all over this anomalous beyond description "2017 Wine Country" fire-event. The headline on the article below proves the point, and is absolutely typical of what is being stated, i.e. A21-apeak, by all the government agencies, planning boards, etc. involved with the just-getting-started Northern Cal 'reconstruct':

"As clean-up efforts continue in Santa Rosa, one of several towns all but ruined in the Northern California wildfire, thousands of people remain homeless. The North Bay city alone lost 5 percent of total housing in the blazes. And the housing issue is expected to get worse. That is, unless Santa Rosa plans on rebuilding the right way...Only two weeks after the firestorm started, reports of rent prices skyrocketing have already made the rounds. The housing situation will be so bad that, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, roughly 8,000 displaced residents will vacate Sonoma County entirely."
"Rebuild the right way" in the long term i.e. single family homes out and 'stack and pack' in, while in the short term, the housing situation is so bad that, according to the article, an estimated 8,000 residents likely will be leaving the area for good. Chased out of the hills* by the fires that are still unexplainable - how they started, all at the same time in so many varied areas, in the middle of the night; the after effects of complete and total destruction with nothing even to salvage, such as never before seen; etc..
Note also how the story is long gone from the 24/7 news cycle. Same as Houston [see Houston: adjust to your nwo 9-4-17], Florida, Puerto Rico etc..* Fits the plan perfectly. No attention drawn as the radical A21 plans for the region are then quietly implemented, rising them, literally in this instance, from the ashes. Ordo ab chao. And the stark reality which should not be overlooked is the massive scale the 'plan' has now taken on i.e. taking out major cities and regions. That is large scale.
One thing more, a thought on the so-called 'DEW' directed energy weapon 'theory'. Possible or not? - the answer is there really is no way to know. There simply is no real information of any sort available. The jury must remain out on that question then.
For the sake of argument though what if 'DEW' was actually a psyop, and the CA fires were in fact caused by use of highly efficient low-tech methods - what would be the reason for pushing a 'DEW-psyop'?
Answer (again for the sake of argument): EMP conditioning. The 'EMP threat' is constantly thrown out there. A high energy electrical pulse that supposedly takes out the electric grid and instantly puts everybody back in the 1800's. An Agenda 21 dream scheme it would be. But the reality is, what would be more simple than just flashing some lights in the sky and then turning the power off everywhere...and then of course start yelling EMP EMP...
All the talk of "Directed Energy Weapons", if nothing else, may be conditioning people to believe that the nwo-mad-scientists actually do have EMP-type power capabilities - hey man just look at what dem DEWs do.
No final conclusions on these topics at this point though - except for one: to dial up a fake EMP would be no harder than flipping a few switches.
And a note: do not forget what has happened and is happening in Wine Country, Houston, Florida, Puerto Rico etc. - could and will be anywhere next.
