Experts Gathered in Nepal a Week Ago to Ready for Earthquake
[excerpted] 4-25-15 "Just a week ago, about 50 earthquake and social scientists from around the world came to Kathmandu, Nepal, to figure out how to get this poor, congested, overdeveloped, shoddily built area to prepare better for the big one...
"It was sort of a nightmare waiting to happen," said seismologist James Jackson, head of the earth sciences department at the University of Cambridge in England. "Physically and geologically what happened is exactly what we thought would happen."
"I was walking through that very area where that earthquake was and I thought at the very time that the area was heading for trouble," said Jackson, lead scientist for Earthquakes Without Frontiers, a group that tries to make Asia more able to bounce back from these disasters and was having the meeting.

Haiti was in a similar condition until a massive quake hit and the 'A21 reconstructers', long unable to gain an entrance, were in there virtually the next day. The A21 new-world builders have been 'reconstructing' ever since. The Philippines were in a similar condition, and they got a massive 'cyclone' not long ago, and the 'A21 reconstructers' suddenly had a reason to go in there and begin the 'modernization' of the Philippines. Fukushima Japan although not quite in the same condition was very old world, and they got a very large wave that virtually washed them off the map [video], and the A21 crews have been hard at 'new-world rebuilding' ever since. Without a doubt, the same thing will begin in Nepal very shortly.
