TORONTO, June 27 (Xinhua) -- The Fourth Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) major economies held a plenary session at the Metro Toronto Convention Center (MTCC) here on Sunday morning.
"Now as before we must work and act together," said Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, chair of the summit, in his brief opening remarks.
As the world's premier forum for international economic cooperation, the G20 needs to "begin to develop a framework for strong, sustainable and balanced growth that we promised the world in Pittsburgh," the United States at the previous summit, said Harper.
The Chinese president delivered a speech titled "Work in unity for the future" at the plenary session.

The fourth 'G20 World Economic Summit' has come and gone, virtually unnoticed by the majority. This by design, no doubt. The so-called G20, originally crafted in true ordo-ab-chao style as a response to the manufactured global-economic-meltdown hoax which began in September '08 [here], is nevertheless right on schedule with their evil plan to merge the economies of the world into a single global system, under their occult-totalitarian control of course.
As a major component of world government, the end goal of a one-world economic system, precursor to the 666, truly is a done deal. What we are seeing here is simply scripted playacting - merely the outworking of things planned long-ago. These summit meetings are essentially nothing more than an education program to, as much as possible, ease the masses into the shifting paradigm of the NWO's rebuilding of the doomed 'Tower of Babel':
Summit #1 11-15-08 was used to notify the masses that 'world leaders' were in 'unanimous agreement'
Summit #2 4-12-09 saw the creation of a mechanism for a global system outside the control of any existing sovereign body.
Summit #3 9-25-09 [linked at top] basically was a self-appointing as that sovereign body to take control of the new global economy.
Summit #4 has just notified the world that the framework for the system will now be built, and "unity" will be the theme, i.e "we must work and act together".
Summit #5 will be held in Seoul, South Korea, November 11-12, 2010.
