White House Issues Guides on Sept. 11 Observances
WASHINGTON — The White House has issued detailed guidelines to government officials on how to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks, with instructions to honor the memory of those who died on American soil but also to recall that Al Qaeda and other extremist groups have since carried out attacks elsewhere in the world, from Mumbai to Manila.
The White House in recent days has quietly disseminated two sets of documents. One is framed for overseas allies and their citizens and was sent to American embassies and consulates around the globe. The other includes themes for Americans here and underscores the importance of national service and what the government has done to prevent another major attack in the United States. That single-page document was issued to all federal agencies, officials said.
The guidelines list what themes to underscore — and, just as important, what tone to set.
One significant new theme is in both sets of documents: Government officials are to warn that Americans must be prepared for another attack — and must, in response, be resilient in recovering from the loss.

re: "themes for Americans....be prepared for another attack"
How many of levels of wrong-ness does something need to have before it causes the proverbial 'losing of one's lunch'. In this instance that question is absolutely moot because this one is so far past that point that it can scarcely be measured. It is dastardly fraudulent on every possible level.
First and most telling is of course the impossible story line - which completely defies the basic laws of physics - that "Al Qaeda and other extremist groups" took down the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. To quote from an 8-18-10 post: "Who actually is responsible is another topic...but, who did not have prior access to the buildings whereby they would be able to pre-wire the explosives necessary to cause the perfect implosion of the huge steel and concrete towers when the planes flew into them is easy to determine. No 'Muslim terrorists' could have ever pulled that off, as millions of people worldwide now know this to be the case".
Understanding this clearly, it should be a very sobering thing to hear that contained in these "guidelines" is an official warning which in essence says to expect "another attack". Setting aside the fictionalized account [here] of what happened on that terrible day brings up this question...who would know about "another attack" better than they? A terrible thing to have to consider. Nonetheless...
