And 12-15-08 is the Electoral College. Berg has stated the intent to press the case there, and the Keyes CA case (here) may come into play as it is asking for a stay on the 55 CA votes.

A former chairman of the Bar Council is calling for an international court for the environment to punish states that fail to protect wildlife and prevent climate change.

The first role of the new body would be to enforce international agreements on cutting greenhouse gas emissions set to be agreed next year.

But the court would also fine countries or companies that fail to protect endangered species or degrade the natural environment and enforce the "right to a healthy environment".

The innovative idea is being presented to an audience of politicians, scientists and public figures for the first time at a symposium at the British Library.

Gordon Brown, the Prime Minister, has agreed the concept of an international court will be taken into account when considering how to make these international agreements on climate change binding.

Nov. 27 (Bloomberg) — President-elect Barack Obama led global condemnation of grenade and gun assaults in India’s financial hub of Mumbai, the third major terrorist attack targeting foreigners in South Asian nations this year. The U.S. will work “with India and nations around the world to root out and destroy terrorist networks,” Obama’s transition team said in a statement.

“Terrorism in Asia is on the rise,” said Rohan Gunaratna, head of the Singapore-based International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research. “It’s paramount for Asian countries to convene a summit to fight the rising terrorism.”

The attacks were “heinous,” Javier Solana, the European Union’s foreign policy chief, said in a statement issued today in Brussels. “These acts show once again the need for the international community to stand united against terrorism and fight it with determination,” Solana said.

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said the “outrageous” attacks in India would be met with a “vigorous response,” while United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called for the attackers to be “brought to justice swiftly.”

The Mumbai attacks on innocent people were “despicable and cowardly,” Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, secretary-general of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, said today in a statement.

“NATO, as part of the international community, is determined to spare no effort to fight the scourge of terrorism which should have no place in the 21st century,” de Hoop Scheffer said.

Where is the 'leadership' of the standing president? That is what should be expected to be seen, but as the NWO perception managers have effectively marginalized him, few even take notice when the 'president elect' takes his place. And he pressed his top leaders to review the training that active duty and reserve troops receive for homeland defense and civil support missions, as opposed to the warfighting now consuming them.

First thing to note, as mentioned many times previously, is the specific language used. In this case it is no longer the great country of America but is once again just the 'homeland'. The sends a very clear message. The country does not really have a name anymore. It is just another 'region' of the global government. FDIC adds 54 more banks to its 'problem list'

Iceland Suffering Under NWO Absorbtion

Icelanders demand PM resignation, clash with police

REYKJAVIK, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Thousands of Icelanders demonstrated in Reykjavik on Saturday demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Geir Haarde and Central Bank Governor David Oddsson for failing to stop a financial meltdown in the country.

It was the latest in a series of protests in the capital since the financial meltdown that crippled the island's economy.

Police in riot gear used pepper spray to drive back an attempt to free the protester during which several windows at the police station were shattered. The protester was later released after a fine he had been sentenced to pay was paid.

This week, the North Atlantic island nation of 320,000 secured a package of more than $10 billion in loans from the IMF and several European countries to help it rebuild its shattered financial system.

Despite the loans, Iceland faces a sharp economic contraction and surging unemployment while many Icelanders also risk losing their homes and life savings.

Rebuilding the "shattered financial system" of Iceland from the inflicted ruination/chaos will bring the 'new' world order to Iceland. The loss and suffering are very real and profound.

Note: In "demanding" the resignation of government 'officials', if protesting citizens of Iceland were at some point to be accused of anarchy, or even if some sort of anarchy were possibly instigated by agents provocateurs, it is not difficult to see how this could be used to impose martial law upon Icelanders. Transgenic Animals: Genetically engineered meal close to your table
Two months ago, the Food and Drug Administration released draft guidelines that outline how genetically engineered animals will be regulated. The agency, which asked the public to weigh in on the proposals, closed the 60-day comment period on Tuesday.

As the guidelines stand now, companies do not have to conduct human trials to test the safety of transgenic meats. Nor do they have to specially label products made from genetically engineered animals. And many consumers are outraged that transgenic meats could end up in their grocery cart without their knowledge.

Despite concerns, experts say the FDA's much anticipated document, the first of its kind issued by a federal government, will be the catalyst for moving genetically engineered livestock from the experimental farmyard to the supermarket.

Instead of joining in the ethical debate, regulators have decided to leave those tough questions up to consumers in the marketplace. The problem...is that the U.S. – and likely Canada, when they release their guidelines – will not require companies to label foods made with genetically engineered animals.

On November 17, U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM) and the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) concluded Vigilant Shield 09 (VS09), described in a press release as a training exercise focused on "homeland defense and civil support."

Details on VS09 are few and far-between. However, according to U.S. Northern Command News, VS09 "included scenarios to achieve exercise objectives within the maritime, aerospace, ballistic missile defense, cyber, consequence management, and counter terrorism situations."

The training exercise ran concurrently with "other Department of Defense-sponsored and international exercises to more realistically test the synchronized response of federal, state, local and international mission partners in preparation for homeland defense, homeland security and civil support missions in the United States and abroad."

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization has four warships off Somalia. India, Malaysia and Russia have sent warships, and a European Union fleet is expected to reach the zone next month. The U.S. coalition in Afghanistan has a task force there, bringing the total of warships in the area to 15, according to French military spokesman Christophe Prazuck. The area is almost twice the size of Alaska.

Military action is "the only solution,'' Jens Martin Jensen, interim chief executive officer of Frontline Ltd.'s management unit, the world's biggest owner of supertankers, said in a telephone interview.

Here's the extremely interesting thing about the idea of "ending the Fed". That is exactly what is going to happen/is happening, right along with the ending of the "federal government" itself and the U.S.A. 'as we know it'. The "Federal Reserve" is being morphed into the "Global Reserve".

Little understood, or comprehended may be a better word, but as the global financial system is being hardwired, as it is, and the 'Homeland' is being regionalized into the North American Union, as it is, the "Fed" will basically cease to exist. Credit Cards To Be Next Big Financial Blowup (666 financial system)

WASHINGTON is so nervous that credit cards will become the next financial sinkhole that the government will soon ask banks to go through the arduous task of running tests on hundreds of millions of their cardholders.

On Oct. 7, the Office of the Controller of the Currency put together a test called Definitions of Data Fields Collected Monthly at the Account Level, which asks banks nationwide to put the 700 million or so credit cards in existence to a test of 74 questions.

Judge says Net author Martin had no standing to get birth document

Martin "does not have a direct and tangible interest in the vital statistic records being sought, namely the birth certificate of President Obama," Ayabe wrote.

Martin did not fall into any category of persons defined under state law as having a legal right to the record, said the judge.

Ayabe wrote that Martin also failed to demonstrate that "irreparable harm will occur if the records are not provided to the plaintiff."

And Martin provided "insufficient evidence to indicate that the public interest supports" release of the record, Ayabe ruled.

"There is a reasonable belief that the public would rather preserve confidentiality of vital health records," the judge wrote.
After denying the emergency motion, Ayabe then granted a motion filed by the state attorney general's office for dismissal of the suit.

He cited Martin's "lack of standing" and also ruled that Martin never legally served Lingle and state Health Department director Dr. Chiyome Fukino with a copy of the legal complaint.

Hawaiian Circuit Court judge Ayabe rules against the people as have all other judges to date. Reason stated: "lack of standing". As it stands now, according to the courts and judges of the land, "we the people" have no right or "standing" to question the power elite.

Note: Ayabe also refers to Obama as "President Obama". Obama is not yet president of anything. If a judge is not clear on that point of law, then what does that say for the legal system of the state of Hawaii?

A 'bad' forgery to usurp the presidency of the U.S.?

That raises a number of questions, the chief one being...was it planned to, one way or another, create 'chaos' i.e. a "constitutional crisis" to advance the deconstruction/globalization of America?

As the assimilation of this country into the North American Region of the rapidly developing global government system is absolutely the only agenda of the globalists, no longer needing that 'outdated' constitution of course, it is hard to see where else this 'chaos' could be going.

Completely disregarding all the efforts of 'homeland citizens' to uphold the U.S. Constitution would send that message too. At any rate...the controversy does not appear to be going away. fyi
