Wal-Mart weighs role in U.S. H1N1 vaccination plans
ORLANDO, Florida - Wal-Mart Stores Inc is discussing with U.S. health officials the possibility of putting vaccination sites at some of its stores for an H1N1 swine flu inoculation campaign this fall, a company official said on Thursday.

"We are in discussions with CDC (U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and others in local and state departments to see what role we might play," Agwunobi said. "It might be we are a site. It may be help with logistics and with supply chain."

Government’s Swine Flu “Czar” To Become ABC Medical Reporter
In the latest example of a government official leaving public service for television, the CDC's Dr. Richard Besser will join ABC News in September as a senior medical editor and correspondent, according to an internal ABC memo obtained by The Eye.

"Dr. Besser’s distinguished background in public health, emergency preparedness, and epidemiology will enhance the leadership of ABC News in reporting and explaining medical issues to our audiences," ABC News president David Westin said in the memo to staffers.

Besser's last day at CDC is Aug. 15, according to an agency spokeswoman. He emerged as one of the Obama administration's lead spokesmen during the initial H1N1 flu outbreak. He served as acting director of the CDC until June and currently serves as director of the agency's Coordinating Office for Terrorism Preparedness and Emergency Response, responsible for the agency's public health emergency preparedness and emergency response activities.

'Swine Flu' To Bring Martial Law?

Military planning for possible H1N1 outbreak cnn.com

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The U.S. military wants to establish regional teams of military personnel to assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant outbreak of the H1N1 virus this fall, according to Defense Department officials.

The proposal is awaiting final approval from Defense Secretary Robert Gates.

As a first step, Gates is being asked to sign a so-called "execution order" that would authorize the military to begin to conduct the detailed planning to execute the proposed plan.

Orders to deploy actual forces would be reviewed later, depending on how much of a health threat the flu poses this fall, the officials said.

Obama No-Birth Certificate Controversy Lives On: Hawaii Health Director Issues New Statement

The latest on the recent Obama no-birth certificate issue. The msm has brought the still growing controversy front and center recently in an attempt to debunk the 'birthers', and the director of the Hawaii State Department of Health issues a NEW statement (below)

Here is the official statement dated 9-27-09:

“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawai’i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai’i State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai’i and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago.”

Note that there is no mention of a birth certificate, only the phrase "original vital records".

Compare Fukino's "eight month's ago" October 2008 statement:

"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."

What is noteworthy about this original statement is that, while it does mention a "birth certificate", it does not mention anything about Obama actually being born in Hawaii.

Conclusion: Two ambiguous statements from a person whom, as has been pointed out elsewhere, is in no position to be the final authority in the matter, especially in regard to the "natural born question"... as Fukino has awarded that status in her new statement. In that regard, and aside from the issue of the actual place of birth, the British citizenship/natural born aspect of the controversy has never been answered.

This new 'proof' will not change anything. The issue will not go away and in fact can no longer be hidden. Everybody has heard it now.

Swine flu vaccine guidelines coming Wednesday ajc.com

Georgia officials are eagerly awaiting a federal committee’s recommendations Wednesday on which groups should be the first to receive swine flu vaccine.

The committee’s actions are expected to largely reflect the guidance that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently sent to state governments, which recommend that priority be given to schoolchildren, pregnant women and health care workers.

The federal government has determined that vaccine will be distributed in the United States, pending the successful outcome of clinical trials that begin shortly.

“Whatever the decision is, we’ll need to talk to the school districts to discuss whether the schools will be used as vaccination sites,” said Matt Cardoza, spokesman for the Georgia Department of Education. “Based on the CDC, it does sound like school-age children will be named as a high priority group.”

EU ministers put Iceland on road to accession

The EU has accepted Iceland's bid to join the bloc at a meeting of its foreign ministers in Brussels on Monday (27 July), signaling a speedy pace on accession.

The decision comes after Iceland officially submitted its EU application just last week.

Inside Iceland, the economy is quickly recovering after the shock collapse of the country's banks last year, which prompted the EU application.

Pope, World Religions to Form 'Climate Change Plans' - Conference 11-'09

Catholics, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs fight global warming jpost.com

As political leaders aim for a momentous climate change conference in Copenhagen in December, religious leaders are rolling up their sleeves as well.

This month, Muslim, Catholic, Hindu and Sikh leaders all pledged to build climate change plans for their adherents. Jewish leaders have also promised to build a seven-year climate change plan.

The world religions initiative is being organized by the Alliance of Religions and Conservation, a UK-based organization founded 14 years ago by Prince Philip.

Earlier this month, Pope Benedict XVI firmly placed ecology and the environment into the mainstream of Catholic concerns in a new encyclical. The pope argued, much as Jewish leaders do, that the Earth was given to human beings to preserve and protect. He singled out fossil-fuel-guzzling countries for criticism, both for their deleterious effect on climate change and for the social inequality he said they engender.

The Alliance of Religions and Conservation is organizing five- to nine-year plans from the 11 major religions of the world which will be presented at Windsor Castle in November, ahead of the Copenhagen conference.

The alliance was founded to harness the potential of the world's religions. Taken together, they hold sway over vast numbers of people around the world. The potential for reaching out and changing the habits of ordinary individuals is tremendous, the organization believes.

From a materialistic perspective, the world's religions own many profitable temples, tracts of land and other assets, which, if greened, would be beneficial in and of themselves.

So called climate change, once again, is about nothing more than controlling every person on this planet, as well as every square inch of the planet itself, through the guise of environmentalism. National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09)

National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09) is scheduled for July 27 through July 31, 2009. NLE 09 will be the first major exercise conducted by the United States government that will focus exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection, as opposed to incident response and recovery.

NLE 09 is a White House directed, Congressionally-mandated exercise that includes the participation of all appropriate federal department and agency senior officials, their deputies, staff and key operational elements. The NHS is preparing to vaccinate the entire population against swine flu after the disease claimed the life of its first healthy British patient. A new vaccine is expected to arrive in Britain in the next few weeks and could be fast-tracked through regulatory approval in five days (here).

The UK government has ordered enough vaccine to cover the entire population. GPs are being told to prepare for a nationwide vaccination campaign.

Gore boasts: 'Global governance' coming with carbon tax wnd
Former Vice President Al Gore, whose "An Inconvenient Truth" video epistle on the claims of global warming has not weathered recent scientific research, now has promised at a conference in the United Kingdom that the impending virtual energy tax under the U.S. "cap-and-trade" legislation will bring about "global governance."

He cited the "cap-and-trade" legislation in the U.S. Congress that by President Obama's own estimate would cause utility bills to skyrocket for American consumers.

Those taxes are good, Gore said.

"But it is the awareness itself that will drive the change, and one of the ways it will drive the change is through global government and global agreements," he said.

AG To Classify Pro-Life, Pro-Gun Americans As Terrorists

An amendment to a bill swiftly moving through the US Congress will allow the Obama Administration's Attorney General to classify Americans as domestic terrorists if they are pro-life, pro-gun and anti-big government.

Impeached Florida judge -- now a Democrat Party member of the House of Representatives -- Rep. Alcee Hastings introduced what some claim is a disturbing piece of legislation. Hasting's amendment calls for the Attorney General to have discretion over who is called a terrorist and what groups will be treated as terrorist groups. "This is arguably one of the worst pieces of legislation to come down the pike in a long, long time. In essence Attorney General Eric Holder -- a Bill Clinton retread -- will have the discretion to label Americans terrorists. Hastings is a dangerous man and should be forced to resign from congress.

He's also proposed the creation of "emergency camps" that are nothing more than prisons," warns political strategist Mike Baker.

The House bill (HR 645) -- National Emergency Centers Establishment Act -- is not even on the radar of members of the elite media. According to critics of the plan, if passed the government will create camps or centers that by their nature restrict the activities of US citizens herded into them.

In fact, one provision -- Section 2 (b) (4) -- states: "[To] meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security."

One critic, political strategist Mike Baker claims the idea of such detention center smacks of the type of concentration camps for political dissidents, such as occurred in Nazi Germany...

He also gave a practical example of how Muslims and Christians can work together by pointing to his PEACE plan, a massive effort to mobilize one billion Christians to combat the five biggest problems in the world – spiritual emptiness, corrupt leadership, extreme poverty, pandemic diseases, and illiteracy and lack of education.

ISNA is an umbrella organization for Muslim groups in North America. Its annual conventions usually draw tens of thousands of people. The hall containing the Saturday session with Rick Warren was filled to capacity.

Norway To Inject Citizenry With 'Mystery Brew For Mystery Flu'

Norway to implement mass vaccination against flu norwaypost

The Norwegian health authorities will this fall begin a program of mass vaccination against the A H1N1 flu, also called the swine flu. A total of 9.4 million doses have been ordered from the suppliers.

All will be given two innoculations, two weeks apart, Bergens Tidende reports. The total cost will be NOK 650 million.

So far, only 23 cases of the flu has been diagnosed in Norway, but the authorities expect that the number will increase.

National Guard Training To Confront NWO Resistors?

Missouri National Guard Train to Kill “Militia Insurgents” in Exercise infowars

The Missouri National Guard is training to engage in combat with “militia” groups, according to the News Tribune.

“During the battalion’s annual training exercise, eight members of the Jefferson City-based unit, acting as a fictitious militant group, attempted to disrupt the battalion’s operations through attacks and harassment. The battalion’s other two units, the Kansas City-based 205th Area Support Medical Company, and the Springfieldbased 206th Area Support Medical Company, fended off the attacks while performing their medical duties,” the newspaper reported on June 30.

An earlier article written by Silas Allen, also posted on the News Tribune website, details a Missouri National Guard unit practicing basic convoy operations during a training exercise in the Black Hills of South Dakota on June 14. During the exercise, an “insurgent group” with “a reputation for harassing convoys with ambushes and improvised explosive devices,” attacks the Guard convoy. “The unit was also told to look out for civilians trying to approach the convoy on the battlefield. The civilians could be working with the insurgent group or could simply have a legitimate complaint,” Allen writes.

The two exercises serve as prime examples of an orchestrated attempt by the government to train soldiers to militarily confront domestic “militia” groups.

The federalized National Guard has increasingly engaged in training exercises and drills designed to confront the American people. The exercises in Missouri and South Dakota reveal how the government is brainwashing troops to consider constitutionalists and patriots as “insurgents” who will attack military checkpoints and convoys.

National Guard troops in Ohio, New York, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Kentucky have deployed to conduct exercises against the American people, including taking over schools and jails and assuming police functions illegal under the Posse Comitatus Act. Homeland Security, NorthCom Creating Military Command of U.S.?

HOMELAND SECURITY AND US ARMY PLAN INVASION OF STATES

The Pentagon and Department of Homeland Security recently hosted a teleconference for law enforcement agencies and associations such as the National Association of Chiefs of Police to discuss the Obama Administration's interest in using the military during "emergencies."

Officials announced during the teleconference that the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator W. Craig Fugate met with the Commander, US Northern Command, General Gene Renuart, to discuss "pre-disaster planning, response and recovery in support of the federal response to the 2009 hurricane season as well as wild fires, floods and other potential disasters."

The meeting reinforced the important relationship between the two organizations and focused on the operational role of US Northern Command and what resources and skills they bring to any major Federal effort related to all-hazards preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation. It was also an opportunity to meet operational leaders who would fill key positions in those support efforts.

"We are committed to teaming with and supporting our civilian partners," added Renuart. "If our federal partners, state and local officials are successful in responding to contingency operations, then ultimately we are successful. We look forward to our continued collaboration and cooperation."

The stated purpose of this recent teleconference was so that the Pentagon, Homeland Security so-called, FEMA, and NorthCom, could get out the message that they are "committed" to teaming with and supporting "local law enforcement agencies and associations such as the National Association of Chiefs of Police" in the planned use of the military during 'emergencies'.

Translated this statement means simply that they are now prepared to openly set themselves as the 'team leaders' over a vast monolithic system of militarily controlled law enforcement for the United States of Canamerexico.

In addition, the teleconference would serve as an opportunity to meet the "operational leaders", apparently establishing the managerial flow chart for this fledgling national martial law network.
