'Indisputable proof' of Obama forgery to be released tomorrow July 17

At a news conference Tuesday in Phoenix that will be live-streamed by WND, Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse will present “indisputable proof” the Obama birth document released by the White House is a forgery, according to the posse’s lead investigator.

Mike Zullo said the new information was developed during an investigative trip to Hawaii in May.

The press conference will be held Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. [Local time will be 2:30 p.m., as Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time].

The investigative team also promises to release more conclusions drawn from computer analysis of the document the White House released April 27, 2011...Arpaio said there was “tons” more potentially shocking information on Obama in connection with his probe into the president’s eligibility.

Facing the same financial stressors that pushed San Bernardino toward bankruptcy, cities across California are slashing day-to-day services and taking other drastic actions to skirt a similar fiscal collapse.

"There are likely to be more in the future, but it's hard to know, since a lot of struggling cities may manage to work things out,'' said Michael Coleman, a fiscal policy advisor for the California League of Cities. "Some cities may not go into a bankruptcy, but they may dissolve. They may cease to exist.''

That 4-2 decision to file for bankruptcy protection was the easy part, San Bernardino Mayor Patrick Morris said Wednesday..."I think all possibilities should be on the table," Morris said. "That includes privatizing services; that includes regionalizing services."

Joe Nation, a Stanford economics professor and co-author of the February report, thinks that for at least some cities, insolvency is inevitable..."I think this is the tip of the iceberg in terms of the problem,'' Nation said.

The L.A. Times reports that San Bernardino's filing is certain to heighten worries about the fiscal solvency of other California towns. But the next bankruptcy might not come from California: Scranton, Pa., is so cash-strapped that on Friday it made an unprecedented move and cut the pay of its municipal workers to $7.25 an hour--minimum wage.

In short, “the Board’s edicts …become law without congressional action, congressional approval, meaningful congressional oversight, or being subject to a presidential veto.” Moreover, citizens will have NO authority to challenge the Board’s pronouncements in court, for ObamaCare “…specifically states that the Secretary [of Health and Human Service’s] implementation of IPAB’s proposals is not judicially reviewable.” Therefore a group of presidential, POLITICAL appointees will have the practical power of shaping and imposing upon the American public, the laws of the land! For in addition to creating edicts loosely attached to Medicare and its myriad applications, in 2015 the IPAB will be permitted to impose price controls, taxes and “…ration care for all Americans whether the government pays their medical bills or not!” Thus even the Medicare stipulation will no longer be a practical deterrent to the Board’s authority.

How is all of this possible? According to the Cato Institute, “…by carving out a discrete list of limitations on the Board’s delegated powers, the [Affordable Care] Act implicitly gives IPAB otherwise unlimited power to exercise any enumerated congressional power with respect to any governmental body, industry, property, product, person, service or activity.” And just like Congress, the IPAB has been given the authority to appropriate federal funds and impose conditions for their receipt. This means “the Board could propose…to require states to implement federal laws or to enact new state laws in order to receive federal funding.”

Pastors: Christianity Rejected, Deemed 'Evil' for Opposing Homosexuality

Christianity is being rejected and deemed evil by many today because it opposes homosexual practice, say pastors from The Gospel Coalition.

The Gospel Coalition held a Council meeting several weeks ago to discuss current issues and the state of ministry among evangelicals. Among the topics discussed was homosexuality.

"All the participants of the panel on homosexuality at The Gospel Coalition Council meetings agreed that we have entered one of the most difficult challenges to a gospel-centered approach to evangelism," he [John Piper] wrote. "The reason is not that the center of the Christian gospel has changed, but the center of the cultural gospel has changed. That center for many is the freedom to be GLBT and to be approved."

"[W]hether we want to make this a frontline issue or not, increasingly it is," Piper said of homosexuality. And pastors, he added, must address it.

For now, the TGC panel concluded: "One of the most powerful things we can do is fold into our churches men and women who have same-sex attraction and surround them with a bigger vision of life and love and relationships that make it possible for them to flourish in families and friendships. These stories may be one of the most authenticating messages for the Christian gospel."

The Gospel Coalition is a "fellowship of evangelical churches deeply committed to renewing our faith in the gospel of Christ and to reforming our ministry practices to conform fully to the Scriptures." Council members include Tim Keller of Redeemer Presbyterian Church, Matt Chandler of The Village Church, D.A. Carson of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and Erwin Lutzer of The Moody Church.

As is always done when the dialectic is employed, a group is called to meet and discuss a certain controversial topic, which then results in a "meeting of the minds", or a consensus, in order to find a solution to the question at hand. And as always, the resulting solution is an incremental advance of the desired outcome. That is exactly what is seen here. The so-called Gospel Coalition, led by Piper, Chandler, Keller, Carson, and Lutzer has determined that homosexuals, unrepentant, unregenerate, openly defiant of God's eternal word in refusing to acknowledge their sin, should be "folded into our churches". The reason given for this decision - as the story goes - is because they [GLBT-gang] said...'you're evil if you don't let us'. Oh no, not that.

This 'decision' reached by the fearless leaders of Global Kristianity 2012, Piper, et. al, definitely represents a new level of encroachment by the homosexual agend-ites toward unquestioning membership in the Christendom sectors of the fast growing Babylonian world religion of today.

The very fact that these professed leaders of the 'Christian community' would actually meet to convene a "panel on homosexuality" is the height of absurdity in the first place. And to give as the reason for meeting that "Christianity is deemed evil for opposing homosexuality" is even more ludicrous. And to then concede on that point and 'open the doors', as it were, so that they can come in and get comfortable and see that 'we're not evil' is unimaginable..except for the reality that the outward professing church of 2012 is absolutely apostate. Then it is perfectly understandable, even expected, truth be told. And seeing that the 'not-evil' Gospel Coalition has made the hospitable arrangements, they must be considered charter members of apostate Christendom 2012. It cannot be otherwise.

The Word of God is unambiguous on the matter. No discussion is required. To put aside the clear teaching of God's Word on the subject is heresy plain and simple. Christians are called "saints" in the Bible, for the reason that they have been set aside by the Lord to be holy. Sanctified is what the word signifies. To be witnesses of the Holiness of God in a corrupt world, to shine as lights in the darkness of this lost world filled with men hastening down the broad path to their own destruction, this is the calling of the true Christian [Phil. 2:15]. The sexually immoral do not qualify. For this reason the Spirit of God has directed the saints that they should not let those who practice such things....no, not even once, be named among you: Eph. 5:3 'But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints'

What part of that scripture do they not understand? Any so-called leader who deviates from this, regardless of prominence or past reputation, must not be followed. They are on a dead-end road to Laodicea. You must understand that you will not turn them from their course either. That will not happen. You though, on the other hand, will absolutely have to compromise if you do not separate. Often people do not even realize that they have compromised, but staying connected to the group is not possible without agreement, even unconsciously initially. Eventually you will even find yourself defending the position. That is how the dialectic works. When the group takes a wrong turn you're going with them unless you get off the bus.

ASSIGNMENT OF NATIONAL SECURITY AND EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS COMMUNICATIONS FUNCTIONS

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. The Federal Government must have the ability to communicate at all times and under all circumstances to carry out its most critical and time sensitive missions. Survivable, resilient, enduring, and effective communications, both domestic and international, are essential to enable the executive branch to communicate within itself and with: the legislative and judicial branches; State, local, territorial, and tribal governments; private sector entities; and the public, allies, and other nations. Such communications must be possible under all circumstances to ensure national security, effectively manage emergencies, and improve national resilience. The views of all levels of government, the private and nonprofit sectors, and the public must inform the development of national security and emergency preparedness (NS/EP) communications policies, programs, and capabilities.

This latest 'Executive Order' is titled "Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Functions". The 'assigning' of the various responsibilities with regard to the fulfillment of the specific "preparedness functions" as described in the document are found in sections 2-7, as seen above. These sections are just the logistics.

Section 1 titled "Policy" [posted above] is the important section. It lays out what this EO is intended to do. This one loaded paragraph [read carefully] makes very clear the massive scope of what has been done with this 'order'. As seen, it basically will allow for the creation of a system which can be used to override, or take control of, all forms of communication...both "domestic and international...for the purpose of "national security and emergency preparedness", i.e. in the event of a "crisis" of any sort...total control could be seized instantly.

"Preparedness" means building, testing, managing, and continual oversight. In other words, bottom line, this means permanent control over all communication systems is to be established. As stated, this system includes not only all forms of government, foreign included, but all private sector entities and the public as well. This obviously will require everything everywhere to be wired into the new "national security/emergency preparedness" system.

Cisco locks customers out of their own routers, only lets them back in if they agree to being spied upon and monetized boingboing.net

Owners of Cisco/Linksys home routers got a nasty shock this week, when their devices automatically downloaded a new operating system, which locked out device owners. After the update, the only way to reconfigure your router was to create an account on Cisco's "cloud" service, signing up to a service agreement that gives Cisco the right to spy on your Internet use and sell its findings, and also gives them the right to disconnect you (and lock you out of your router) whenever they feel like it. [but there has been an] Update: A Cisco rep comments below, pointing out that Cisco has since changed its privacy policy. However, the current policy reserves the right to change it back.

The current policy also allows Cisco to discontinue your access to your router if you download pornography, or if someone complains about you, without a court order, evidence or a chance to state your case and face your accuser.

[And] They have also provided users with a way to back out of the "cloud management" "feature." But, as noted, Cisco still reserves the right to change how your router works, even if you set it not to accept automatic updates.

Coming to the cloud is not an option....well...maybe it still is...for now at least. But guess what, two steps forward one step back, and we just took control of your router, i.e. internet access.

So is the number of wildfires in the United States increasing? As you will see later in this article, the answer is yes. 2011 was a record setting year for wildfires and this wildfire season is off to a very frightening start. Right now the eyes of the nation are focused on the Waldo Canyon Fire in Colorado. It doubled in size overnight and it has consumed more than 300 homes so far. It is threatening the city of Colorado Springs, and at this point more than 35,000 people have been forced to evacuate – including the U.S. Air Force Academy.

The Waldo Canyon fire is rapidly becoming one of the most expensive and destructive wildfires in Colorado history...But this is not the only wildfire that is raging in Colorado. Right now there are 10 wildfires burning in the state. Overall, there are 33 large wildfires currently burning in twelve U.S. states.

If you will remember, New Mexico just experienced one of the worst wildfires that it has ever seen. Conditions throughout most of the western United States are ideal for wildfires right now. As USA Today reports, much of the western half of the country is under a “red flag warning” right now...Most, if not all, of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana were under red flag warnings, meaning extreme fire danger. But wait, didn’t this kind of thing happen last year too? Yes it did. In fact, 2011 was one of the worst years ever for wildfires in America...Wildfire records have only been kept since 1960. The 6 worst years on record for wildfires in the U.S. have all happened since the year 2000. The following is from an Earth Island Journal article that I found….

In the United States, where some of the most accurate wildfire statistics are kept, the six worst fire seasons in the past 50 years have occurred since 2000. In Texas, nearly 4 million acres were burned in 2011, double the previous record. This included the Bastrop Fire last September that destroyed 1,600 homes and became the most destructive fire in Texas history.* In Arizona more than one million acres were burned in 2011, a new record. The Wallow Fire, which destroyed nearly a half million acres, was the largest fire in Arizona history. The Pagami Creek Fire in northern Minnesota became the third largest fire in state history when it burned 100,000 acres in September 2011, most of this in an unprecedented 16-mile run on a single day.

So what does all of this mean? It means that the number of wildfires in the United States is increasing and wildfires are becoming more powerful and doing more damage.

Stockton CA Bankruptcy And Agenda 21 U.S. Transition

Stockton to be largest US city to file bankruptcy

In opting to become the nation's largest city to seek federal bankruptcy protection, Stockton took a rare financial step of last resort after struggling with the economic downturn, soaring pension costs and contractual obligations.

Stockton City Manager Bob Deis said officials were left with little choice but to recommend bankruptcy after failing to hammer out finance agreements with creditors to address the city's $26 million budget shortfall.

Under bankruptcy protection, officials would retain power over day-to-day city operations and staffing, but a judge would take over all decisions concerning the city's debts, said Robert Benedetti, professor of political science at the University of the Pacific in Stockton.

The judge would decide which creditors should be paid, how much and in what order. He would make allowances for expenditures needed by the city to function, and it would be up to city officials to decide how to spend that money.

"Nationwide, we're faced with a ton of municipal distress," [bankruptcy lawyer] Denniston said, noting dire economic conditions, massive foreclosures and future pension obligations. "It's the perfect storm.

Countries agree to develop long-term sustainability goals - but without timelines

Dubbed the Rio+20 conference to mark the 20th anniversary of the Earth Summit that set out a global path to protect the environment, the Brazilian meeting was everything that summits have become in recent years: a colourful event with demonstrations, celebrities, cultural celebrations, business round tables, intense social media and riot police.

As far as content goes, however, the meeting produced a vision statement [50 pp. pdf] that contained plenty of good intentions but very few solid commitments.

Generally, countries committed to pay more attention to climate change, and increase aid for development. They also agreed to eventually develop long-term goals for sustainable development — global targets for both the environment and for eradicating global poverty. Timelines and amounts were absent.

The fact that the more than 130 countries in attendance could agree to a joint statement at all was hailed as a victory.

"The most compelling products of this conference are the models of new thinking" that will push countries into action, said U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Going into the Rio+20 conference Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon had cautioned all not to expect any type of dramatic result as far as concerned any "outcome document" [see 'follow up' above], and as he stated, that is the case. For that reason then it is no surprise to see that what has come from Rio+20 in Brazil 2012 is a loosely defined "vision statement". One with "few commitments". In other words, short on the "who, what, when, how much, etc.".

The reality is though that these things are of no import whatsoever in terms of the true goal of the global green agenda. This must be understood. There is only one true goal behind the fictional 'climate change/global warming' agenda, and it is not 'carbon levels' in the upper atmosphere. The one and only goal is the creation of a global regulatory framework with which to control every activity and every person on the planet. This of course would not be doable if the earth did not need to "be saved". Too often the impression is given that to be a Christian is after all very little different from being a non-Christian, that you must not think of Christianity as a narrow life, but as something most attractive and wonderful and exciting, and that you come in in crowds. It is not so according to our Lord. The gospel of Jesus Christ is too honest to invite anybody in that way. It does not try to persuade us that it is something very easy, and that it is only later on that we shall begin to discover it is hard. The gospel of Jesus Christ openly and uncompromisingly announces itself as being something which starts with a narrow entrance, a strait gate. At the very beginning it is absolutely essential that we should realize that.

We are told at the very outset of this way of life, before we start on it, that if we would walk along it there are certain things which must be left outside, behind us. There is no room for them, because we have to start by passing through a strait and narrow gate. I like to think of it as a turnstile. It is just like a turnstile that admits one person at a time and no more. And it is so narrow that there are certain things which you simply cannot take through with you. It is exclusive from the very beginning, and it is important that we should look at...some of the things which must be left behind.

The first thing we leave behind is what is called worldliness. We leave behind the crowd, the way of the world. 'Wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.' You must start by realizing that, by becoming a Christian, you become something exceptional and unusual. You are making a break with the world, and with the crowd, and with the vast majority of people. It is inevitable; and it is important that we should know it. The Christian way of life is not popular. It never has been popular, and it is not popular today. It is unusual, exceptional, strange [1Peter 2:9], and it is different. On the other hand, crowding through the wide gate and traveling along the broad way is the thing that everybody else seems to be doing. You deliberately get out of that crowd and you start making your way towards this strait and narrow gate, alone. You cannot take the crowd with you into the Christian life: it inevitably involves a break.

[excerpted] (CNSNews.com) - Having organized 43 plaintiffs—including the archdioceses of New York and Washington and the University of Notre Dame—to file 12 different lawsuits against the Obama administration last Monday alleging the administration is violating the religious freedom of Catholics, the Catholic bishops of the United States are now preparing Catholics for what may be the most massive campaign of civil disobedience in this country since the Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s and early 1960s.

“Some unjust laws impose such injustices on individuals and organizations that disobeying the laws may be justified,” the bishops state in a document developed to be inserted into church bulletins in Catholic parishes around the country in June.

“Every effort must be made to repeal them,” the bishops say in the document, which is already posted on the website of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. “When fundamental human goods, such as the right of conscience, are at stake, we may need to witness to the truth by resisting the law and incurring its penalties.”

The bulletin insert reminds Catholic parishioners that the bishops have called for “A Fortnight of Freedom”—which they have described as “a special period of prayer, study, catechesis, and public action”—to take place from June 21 to July 4.

G-20 pledges to support global economy

NEW YORK (CNNMoney; photo, excerpts) -- Global leaders promised Tuesday to support economic growth and create jobs as the financial turmoil in Europe continues to undermine confidence around the world.

The Group of 20 leaders from the world's developed and emerging economies met in Mexico for two days of talks on the global economy and other international affairs..."We will act together to strengthen recovery and address financial market tensions," the G-20 leaders said in a joint statement.

European members of the G-20 pledged to "take all necessary policy measures to safeguard the integrity and stability" of the euro currency union, according to the statement...The uncertain outlook for the euro is the greatest threat facing the global economy, which is also struggling with high oil prices and slowing growth in China.

Earlier Tuesday, European Council president Herman Van Rompuy said he will propose a series of "building blocks" to deepen economic integration in the eurozone at next week's EU summit...While the G-20 statement did not mention any specific actions, it did say that euro area leaders will take steps to "improve the functioning of financial markets."

The so-called G20 has now met for the seventh time. The first meeting was in November 2008 [here], being brought into existence in true ordo-ab-chao style as a 'response' to the manufactured global-economic-meltdown which began in September '08 [here and here]. Before the separate international economies of the world all at the same time suffered that 'fateful catastrophic collapse' in 9-'08, there was no G20, only a G7 and a G8. Obviously that is not enough 'G's' to take full control of the earth's finances. And before that time there was not really a reason for the majority of the world powers to come together and pledge that "we will act together" because things were going along just fine.

That has all changed now though, due to that 'global economic collapse'. The 'collapse' has required 'corrective measures', and as a result, in just a matter of a few years, the separate economic systems of the world have amazingly been transformed into what is now called the "global economy" - with full agreement from all concerned parties. What would not have been possible before is now a reality. The goal of a single global economic system as an integral part of a one world government is moving ahead in leaps and bounds. The proverbial "a picture is worth a thousand words" is ever true. They are all on board, smiling at that, and pledging to make it happen.

The happy globalists in the picture above are not waiting long either to take the next concrete step toward "making it happen". What could be called the "Great European Merge" is coming right on the heels of this conference with an EU Summit scheduled June 28-29 to address the "greatest threat facing the global economy" - the so-called Eurozone crisis. The proposed solution is of couse a taking over of the individual economies of the European nations and transferring control of them to a "central authority":

G20 Mexico 2012 seemed to be primarily a run-up to this critical EU Summit. This is understandable because the pending economic merge of Europe will be an absolutely huge step toward a true one world financial system - the 666. The world will never be the same - and not for the better. Rev. 18:4
