A new report by the U.S. Army War College talks about the possibility of Pentagon resources and troops being used should the economic crisis lead to civil unrest, such as protests against businesses and government or runs on beleaguered banks.

“Widespread civil violence inside the United States would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security,” said the War College report.

International Monetary Fund Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn warned Wednesday of economy-related riots and unrest in various global markets if the financial crisis is not addressed and lower-income households are hurt by credit constraints and rising unemployment..

State and local police in Arizona say they have broad plans to deal with social unrest, including trouble resulting from economic distress. The security and police agencies declined to give specifics, but said they would employ existing and generalized emergency responses to civil unrest that arises for any reason.

Investigator casts doubt on Obama's birth residence wnd
Neighbor believes family didn't live at address in newspaper announcement

A private investigator has released to WND an affidavit that casts doubt on whether Barack Obama's family lived at the address listed in the published notice of his birth in 1961.

Baro's affidavit documents an interview his staff conducted with Beatrice Arakaki, who has lived at 6075 Kalanianaole Highway in Honolulu since before Obama was born.

The affadivit is at the center of a federal lawsuit filed prior to the November election in Hattiesburg, Miss., before U.S. District Judge Keith Starrett. The suit is one of several yet to be adjudicated that calls for proof of Obama being a "natural born citizen" as required by the Constitution.

Baro is the in-house senior investigator for Elite Legal Services, LLC, in Royal Palm Beach, Fla.

In Hawaii, WND was able to locate at the Honolulu public library microfilm of a notice placed in the Sunday Advertiser Aug. 13, 1961. The announcement in the "Births, Marriages, Death" section read: "Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama, 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy., son, Aug. 4."

According to Baro's affidavit, Beatrice Arakaki affirmed she was a neighbor of the address listed. She has lived at her current residence of 6075 Kalanianaole Highway from before 1961 to the present.

Arakaki told Baro's investigators she had no recollection of Obama being born or of the family living next door having a black child born to a white mother.

Controversy still growing

While the U.S. Supreme Court justices to this point have refused to touch the Obama 'natural born' issue, not only will the issue not go away, but even more questions are being raised. This may be far from over as the proverbial 'cat' is now all the way out of the bag. The entire country is now watching.

Note: There is a beginning to be a slight buzz in the background about taking back the country, and/or maybe a military uprising to 'throw out the constitutional usurpers' should the Courts of law fail the people...this type of thing. The fact that the military is daily encroaching further upon civilian policing authority in this country makes the prospect of any military involvement highly suspect. Is it possible that 'civil unrest' could be instigated as a pretext to establish martial law? Is it possible that the ongoing riots in Greece have been instigated to demonstrate that 'civil unrest' is possible? BRUSSELS, Dec. 12 (Xinhua) -- European Union (EU) leaders on Friday welcomed the Eastern Partnership initiative proposed by the European Commission last week, which aims to significantly strengthen EU policy with regard to its eastern partners.

The assembled heads of state called on the EU Council to study the proposal and report back with a view to the initiative being approved at the 27-nation bloc's summit next March, said a draft document released after the conclusion of a two-day EU summit Friday.

The union aims to officially launch the Eastern Partnership at a summit meeting with partner countries organized by the incoming Czech presidency of the EU in the first half of next year.

EU leaders believe that the Eastern Partnership would help the partner countries of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine make progress in their reform process by contributing to their stability and further movement toward the EU, said the document.

ASEAN charter comes into force
The Association of Southeast Asian Nations moved to forge an EU-style community Monday, signing a charter that makes the bloc a legal entity for the first time and could pave the way for creating a single market within seven years.

ASEAN Secretary-General Surin Pitsuwan said the new charter, which was ratified by foreign ministers, accords a legal identity to the regional grouping for international negotiations and transactions.

Up until now, the 10-nation organization has been little more than a talk shop, forging agreements through consensus and steering away from confrontation.

That prognostication has proven accurate with the signing of the new ASEAN regional charter Monday 12-15-08.

The giving of a "legal identity" to a 'regional group' of sovereign nations is simply the method of integrating them into the new system of the Agenda 21 one world government. In this case the ten nations of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam are now "legally" one global region...the ASEAN Union. While there is much to be done to make any 'regional group' of nations into a smooth functioning member of the "global community", it is important to understand that the hardest part has already been accomplished i.e. the signing of the charter. Certainly numerous difficulties will be encountered, but essentially the rest is only details. It is a done 'deal'.

Note: While at the international level the 'nations' are being grouped for global-management purposes, the method for governing at the local levels will be an individual community-based management system. A draft resolution that would permit states fighting piracy to "take all necessary measures ashore in Somalia, including in its airspace" has been circulated to members of the UN Security Council.

Prior consent for raids would be required from Somalia's weak and fractured government.

The resolution, which will be discussed at a Security Council meeting on Tuesday, highlights the concern that naval patrols alone will not deter the gangs terrorising one of the world's busiest shipping routes.

The UN Charter allows the Council to order action like this if there is a perceived threat to peace or security.

As seen in the paragraph just above, six months ago the U.N. Security Council passed a resolution granting other countries access to Somalia's territorial waters. The result of that is that those waters have now been taken over by the combined Navies of at least four to six other countries (here).

But "naval patrols alone will not deter the gangs", the world is told, so the U.S. is now back at the U.N. Security Council pushing for a new resolution granting countries that are "fighting piracy" the authority to go into Somalia itself and use "all necessary means" to "hunt them down on land".

Apparently the time has come for the next phase in the Somalia global integration strategy: Going in and taking physical control of the nation itself, NWO style. Create a pretext for military intervention, e.g. the Somalian so-called pirate predicament, use that for as many new 'resolutions' as needed, then invade and brutally conquer another sovereign nation for the novus ordo seclorum. This is an interesting perspective on the events there, seeing that "international leaders" Sarkozy, Bush, and Kenya's Odinga have called for Zimbabwe's President to step down for what they say is his failure to manage the situation appropriately.

This situation may be closely related to the current situation of another African nation also undergoing severe pressure to submit to "global integration": the nation of Somalia...

It is very telling that "Pentagon globalization strategist" Barnett advocates the very thing that the Zimbabwe information minister has charged the West with. Barnett advocates military intervention in the affairs of other sovereign nations to force "globalization resistors" into compliance with the NWO agenda.

To quote Barnett..."it is always possible to fall off this bandwagon called globalization. And when you do, bloodshed will follow." see: Mandatory global 'integration' (more details there).

It is no secret that Mugabe governs Zimbabwe basically as a dictatorship, and that the country of Zimbabwe, as do many, hold on to their old ways and traditions. In other words they are resisting the globalization of their country and so would be labeled as "non-integrators". This makes them a perfect candidate for the Barnett advocated methods of 'intervention' so that a "legitimate government" can be put in place, to quote opposition leader Tsvangiri. The interpretation of that phrase is not difficult, it can only mean a government that would be under the control of the NWO.

Note that the 'regional system' of world government has just been started in Africa as the African 'Regional Union' came into existence a little more than a month ago (11-4-08); see comments. All Africa, Zimbabwe and Somalia included, will ultimately have no option but to join this regional system of world government, aka Agenda 21.

As the NWO self-ordained world dominators continue full speed ahead in their attempt to physically take control of the entire planet, eventually there will not be a single nation on the face of the earth that will be allowed to exist independently of it's assigned 'region'. That's the grand plan at least.

Electors challenged to investigate birth dispute WND

An activist organization has posted a video on YouTube challenging members of the Electoral College to investigate the dispute over Barack Obama's birth certificate and eligibility for office.

The U.S. Constitution requires that the president be a "natural born" citizen, but the organization, Democratic-Disaster.com, says instead of providing the documentation, Obama has hired three law firms to make certain the public does not have access to it.

That's where the electors come in, according to the organization. The group says they have the "moral and constitutional obligation" to investigate and be assured of Obama's eligibility.

[quotes] "Electors have a right to request credentials of a candidate," it says. "Electors have a duty to the country over any pledge to the party to vote their consciences.

"You must have no doubt the candidate meets the natural born citizenship and age requirements," it continues.

It cites the "certification of live birth" that the Obama campaign posted on the Internet as documentation of his birth as inadequate because it includes no information about a hospital, a midwife, a doctor, a location and is not traceable.

"Obama has the ability … to resolve this matter, [but hasn't,]" the video says. "The only reasonable explanation is that he doesn't have a document that shows he was born in the U.S."

"The video is just the latest effort to establish clarity for the public regarding Obama's birth."

Supremes turn down request to stop Electoral vote wnd
But Friday, high court will consider another case in flood of eligibility challenges

The U.S. Supreme Court has turned aside a request to stop the Electoral College from selecting the 44th president, in a vote scheduled for Monday, until Barack Obama documents his eligibility for the office under the Constitution's requirement that presidents must be "natural born" citizens.

The action came in a case brought to the high court by Philip J. Berg, who alleges Obama is ineligible to be president.

The controversy, however, remains far from over. The latest ruling was sandwiched between Monday's decision not to review arguments against Obama's candidacy in the Donofrio v. Wells case from New Jersey and a conference that is scheduled by the justices this Friday on another case raising virtually the same concerns. (more info at linked article)

fyi: The Wrotnowski case is set for SCOTUS 'conference' tomorrow 12-12-08. A decision may or may not be returned sometime tomorrow. If not, that decision will most likely come Monday 12-15-08, which just so happens to be the date of the Electoral College. Reportedly all members of the Electoral College have been served formal notices as to their Constitutional duties (see video above) by a California public interest legal group here who have pledged to take on the three high powered law firms hired by the Obama clan, and have vowed to go the distance with this issue. If the matter is ignored by the electors it looks to open the proverbial 'can of worms' with cascading legal actions.

Berg's request for stay of Electoral college is denied, his original SCOTUS case is still pending, awaiting notice of acceptance or refusal. No further info.

Central America Joins Global Regionalization, Agrees On Single Currency

Central America and Dominican Republic agree to create single currency livecostarica.net

(AFP). The presidents of the Central American countries and the Dominican Republic agreed on Friday to create a single currency and agreed a "plan of urgent measures" to tackle the financial crisis, which is contemplating to create a credit pool and stimulate intra-regional trade.

The leaders, who commissioned the preparation of the single currency project to their ministers of finance, signed the statement at the end of their summit in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. There were no details given about the name or when do they plan to adopt the new currency.

The leaders agreed to "promote the necessary actions to deepen the formation of a regional identity that gives citizens a sense of ownership and belonging to Central America, a united region. They plan to improve the issuance of a Central American passport, adoption of the Central American currency as the unit of exchange.

The leaders of the following countries attended the meeting: Honduras, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and Dominican Republic. Although the last country is not in the isthmus, is associated with the Central American Integration System.

The presidents also agreed to "a homogeneous legislation: immigration, education, democratic, security, among others; in order to generate greater cohesion to the Central American Integration and that ensures the benefits of integration."

Honduras, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and Dominican Republic will form a new "united region", complete with an intra-regional passport and creation of a new "Central American currency". No dates are given as yet, only an agreement on a "plan of urgent action". In other words..it is going to be a whirlwind.

In addition, the new Central American 'Union' will incorporate "homogeneous legislation" in all areas to assure it's success as the newest member of the one world government's 'regional system' of global management. Including the now being transitioned by stealth North American Union, the Central American will become the eighth global region on the map, and assuming it will begin soon, it will be then the sixth region to form within approximately a year. The significance of these rapid developments cannot be overstated. The sovereignty of the nations of the world is ceasing to exist.

The South American Union has begun, the Central American is agreed to, and the missing piece of that puzzle is the North American Union. Once again, there is no other agenda concerning the 'homeland'. Absolutely everything, from financial collapses, government collapse e.g. Canada, California, to election chaos, is being created and coordinated to achieve the goal of the formation of the NAU.
