Hired a battery of private investigators in Hawaii to check every hospital for birth records – to no avail.

Sent Corsi to Kenya where he talked with some of Obama's relatives who clearly recall the birth taking place in Mombasa.

(While there, Corsi was detained by Kenyan officials and a press conference he had scheduled was canceled at the last minute at the order of Prime Minister Raila Odinga, who has since made clear he has expectations of payback from soon-to-be President Obama.)

I tell you all this because despite the shroud of secrecy over the birth certificate issue, there are some organizations out there insisting it is all a tempest in a teapot – that the issue is settled, that the birth certificate has been released, that Obama has been determined to be eligible by some mystery authority.

One such organization, Factcheck.org, characterizes any who question its assertion that this matter is settled as conspiracy mongers. But, as for me, when it comes to matters as important as the Constitution of the United States, I do not accept the opinion of armchair researchers. Nobody – not one news organization in the world – has devoted more resources to investigating this matter than has WND.

Supremes to review Barack's citizenship
Case challenging his name on ballot set for 'conference'

A case that challenges President-elect Barack Obama's name on the 2008 election ballot citing questions over his citizenship has been scheduled for a "conference" at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Conferences are private meetings of the justices at which they review cases and decide which ones to accept for formal review. This case is set for a conference Dec. 5, just 10 days before the Electoral College is scheduled to meet to make formal the election of Obama as the nation's next president.

The Supreme Court's website listed the date for the case brought by Leo C. Donofrio against Nina Wells, the secretary of state in New Jersey, over not only Obama's name on the 2008 election ballot but those of two others, Sen. John McCain and Roger Calero.

If four of the nine justices vote to hear the case in full, oral argument may be scheduled.

The action questions whether any of the three candidates is qualified under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural-born citizen."

According to America's Right blogger Jeff Schreiber, there also was a development in a second case presented to the Supreme Court on the same issue.

His report said the Federal Election Commission now has waived its right to respond to a complaint brought by attorney Philip Berg.

"Another thing which is not completely clear is whether the FEC is filing for itself or on behalf of all respondents," he added.

"However, if this was filed by the FEC on behalf of the DNC and Barack Obama too, it reeks of collusion,"

A second SCOTUS (Supreme court of the U.S.) case is to be "conferenced" over on 12-5-08, which presents another twist to the plot as it adds two other names to the confusion, i.e. 'chaos'. That case, by a Leo C. Donofrio, includes McCain and somebody named Roger Calero, and challenges their "natural born" status along with Obama's. An attempt to 'muddy the waters' with added confusion?

In the original SCOTUS case, the Federal Election Commission has adopted the strategy of choosing not to respond to the charges by the 12-01-08 deadline, waiving the right they say. It may be more accurate to say that they are ignoring it all together. And, might add, ignoring the rights of the people of the U.S. As of this time it is not clear if they are speaking in behalf of the DNC and the Obama camp or for themselves alone.

At any rate the whole thing is becoming more widely known.

The United Nations is reportedly planning military action against east African pirates. A source close to the UN Security Council told RT it’s considering authorising a raid on bases along the Somali coast. If this happens, armed strikes could target land bases of known pirates threatening boats in the Gulf of Aden.

The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon told the Security Council the surge in piracy against ships along the Somali coast has affected trade, and contributed to a humanitarian crisis.He also said the country’s transitional federal government is suffering. The East African nation has been without a functioning government since 1991 and has no navy to police its coastline.

In early June, the UN Security Council passed a resolution permitting countries to enter Somalia's territorial waters to combat "acts of piracy and armed robbery at sea." The UN Charter allows the Council to order action like this if there is a perceived threat to peace or security.

Cow tax proposal would threaten agriculture viability

“With the economy in bad shape and the possibility of a deep recession looming, the Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to levy new taxes—on cows and pigs,” American Farm Bureau Federation Director of Regulatory Relations Rick Krause told Wyoming Farm Bureau members at their annual meeting. Krause spoke in Sheridan on Nov. 7.

“This is no laughing matter,” Krause said. “The cow tax and the pig tax are parts of a larger scheme by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to regulate greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act.”

“Under the proposal, if a state charged the “presumptive minimum rate” from the EPA, the cow tax would be $175 per dairy cow, $87.50 per head for beef cattle and a little more than $20 per pig,” Krause explained.

Krause explained that the U.S. Department of Agriculture says that a producer with more than 25 dairy cows, 50 beef cattle or 200 hogs would emit more than 100 tons of carbon and be subject to the permitting requirements. “These thresholds would impact 99 percent of dairy producers, over 90 percent of beef producers and 95 percent of hog producers in the United States,” Krause stated.

According to Krause, the EPA has issued an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in preparation to regulate automobile greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act (CAA).

“The regulation of automobile emissions automatically initiates other provisions of the CAA,” Krause explained. “One of those provisions requires permits from anyone who emits more than 100 tons of a regulated pollutant per year and there are millions of sources that emit more than 100 tons of carbon.”

U.S.-Canada Military Plan Could Place Troops in Each Other’s Country

The militaries of the United States and Canada are wrapping up a seven-day exercise called “Vigilant Shield” on Tuesday. This marks the continuation of an ever-closer relationship between the two.

TSA's 'behavior detection' draws scrutiny in light of few arrests

A TSA program launched in early 2006 that looks for terrorists using a controversial surveillance method has led to more than 160,000 people in airports receiving scrutiny, such as a pat-down search or a brief interview. That has resulted in 1,266 arrests, often on charges of carrying drugs or fake IDs, the TSA said.

The TSA program trains screeners to become "behavior detection officers" who patrol terminals and checkpoints looking for travelers who act oddly or appear to answer questions suspiciously.

The program has grown from 43 major airports last year to more than 150 airports, including some with just 20 flights a day. The number of behavior officers will jump from 2,470 to 3,400 by October.

North America Integration Stepping Up

Canadian 'enhanced driver's licence' thestar/canada

As part of the Bush administration's war on terror, Canadians entering the U.S. will soon need to show a passport or equivalent document in compliance with the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative. The U.S. has already put this requirement into effect for air travel and in June 2009 it will cover all land and water crossings.

In anticipation of this and to facilitate "the efficient and secure flow of cross-border travel and commerce," several Canadian provinces are instituting enhanced driver's licences (EDL). Enhancing a licence in accordance with standards set by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security involves including a citizenship indicator, an optical character recognition zone and a radio-frequency identification (RFID) chip.

The chip on the card will hold a unique personal identification number that anyone in the vicinity (at least 10 metres) can read with commercially available equipment and link to any other information the person may have about the card holder.

Soon after B.C. announced its licence initiative in early 2008, Canada's privacy commissioners drew attention to the privacy risks of EDLs. In particular, they were concerned that the U.S. government's requirements for vicinity RFID technology "permits surreptitious location tracking of individuals carrying an EDL and ... does not encrypt or otherwise protect the unique identifying number assigned to the holder."

With earlier attempts at developing national ID card schemes in Canada and the U.S. having been thwarted by popular opposition, the current push for EDLs appears to be a soft-sell, backdoor approach toward national ID schemes that are harmonized across all of North America.

The "intercontinental harmonization" of Canada, America, and Mexico (the North American union) for the new regional world government system cannot be disguised any longer. This regional government system being implemented means the end of sovereign nations, to put it very simply, as individual nations are now being grouped into their respective regions for management purposes. This will become increasingly obvious as the changes ahead will be dramatic. The intercontinental identification system now being phased in is only one facet of those changes, but a big one nonetheless. Be aware...the 'beast' is taking control.

US wins early round over Iraq Asia Times Online

On Sunday, 38 ministers, including Maliki and his two deputies, finally signed the controversial draft security arrangement with the US. In essence, it says that the 152,000 US troops will withdraw from cities and towns throughout Iraq by June 30, 2009, and pull out completely from the war-torn country by December 31, 2011.

The full text of the agreement has not been published, but the general parameters include a 10-year mandate for the US to guarantee the security of Iraq, in exchange for the right to use Iraqi land, waters and skies to base and train troops and store military equipment. In addition to 50 US bases, the deal calls for long-term American supervision of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior and Defense.

This gives the Americans the almost exclusive right to rebuild Iraq, train its forces and maintain personnel on Iraqi territory. It gives the US the right to arrest or persecute any Iraqi working against its interests, within Iraq, and pledges to protect Iraq from any war, coup or revolution. It also gives the US control of Iraqi airspace.

These peculiar photos below were clipped from the same video that the above Jeremiah photos came from. The page images and quotes are from the book Codex Magica, by Texe Marrs. There is an entire chapter devoted in the book to each of these two hand/arm formations in question, as well as chapters on the horned-hand and the all-seeing eye. Chapter 11 is about the 'X' formation, and chapter 4 is given to a comprehensive look at the sign of the 'hidden hand'. This book contains numerous photos and much more information on these subjects for anyone who is interested, and for that reason it is not necessary to post it here. One thing is for sure: The Masonic Order uses the X not only for the revelatory 17th degree of Knights of East and West, but for others as well. In the Royal Arch's Super-Excellent Master's Degree, the First Sign given is the crossing of the hands over the breast/chest. This sign refers to the penalty assessed if any secrets learned are ever divulged. Then, in the ritual ceremony for the Select Master Degree, the Second Sign is made by crossing the hands and arms just below the neck and dropping them downward quickly. Again, this is a reminder of the disclosure penalty, which is to have the body butchered and quartered.

Man of Jahbuhlun

According to "Duncan's Masonic Ritual and Monitor (3rd edition)" as quoted above, the hidden hand is used to signify the intent to "rebuild the temple of Solomon in Jerusalem and eventually establish a world empire of the Jews". A more common name for that is Zionism [link].

This unnatural arm-hand position, with the right hand strangely 'hidden', is repeated regularly. Is this a modified hidden-hand, so as to presumably avoid detection? Also very interesting to note is when it is done, i.e. what is being said at that moment. Watch and see.

World Economic Summit #1 Concludes

WASHINGTON – World leaders battling a dire and deepening economic crisis vowed Saturday to cooperate more closely, keep a sharper eye out for red-flag problems and give bigger roles to fast-rising nations — but kicked many hard details down the road for their next summit after President-elect Barack Obama takes office.

Also significant at the summit: the inclusion of a far broader range of countries than the elite, old-guard group that usually holds such summit meetings.

Sarkozy, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso emerged with praise for the meeting as a sign of historic cooperation.

Alan Keyes suit warns America may see 'usurper' in Oval Office

The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.

The California action was filed by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation on behalf of Alan Keyes, the presidential candidate of the American Independent Party, along with Wiley S. Drake and Markham Robinson, both California electors.

"Should Senator Obama be discovered, after he takes office, to be ineligible for the Office of President of the United States of America and, thereby, his election declared void, Petitioners, as well as other Americans, will suffer irreparable harm in that (a) usurper will be sitting as the President of the United States, and none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed by him will be valid or legal," the action challenges.

The petition is a request for the Superior Court of California in Sacramento County to issue a peremptory writ barring Secretary of State Debra Bowen "from both certifying to the governor the names of the California Electors, and from transmitting to each presidential Elector a Certificate of Election, until such documentary proof is produced and verified showing that Senator Obama is a 'natural born' citizen of the United States and does not hold citizenship of Indonesia, Kenya or Great Britain

"Since [the Secretary of State] has, as its core, the mission of certifying and establishing the validity of the election process, this writ seeks a Court Order barring SOS from certifying the California Electors until documentary proof that Senator Obama is a 'natural born' citizen of the United States of America is received by her," the document said.

The case said a simple attestation from the candidate or his party isn't sufficient.

The "certificate of live birth" posted by the Obama campaign cannot be viewed as authoritative, the case alleges.
