Update On CA Storm And "Atmospheric Rivers": No 'ARkStorm' This Time - But Just Wait, Says NWO

According to main-stream-media reports, Northern California did indeed get hit with major rains and wind, as predicted by the 'scientific forecasts', but for the most part the damage and flooding was relatively minimal:

SAN FRANCISCO -- A new storm system made its way Tuesday through already drenched Northern California, prompting renewed flood concerns in parts of the region. In other words, there was no catastrophic "ARkstorm"...this time. But what did happen was very interesting and should be noted. Apparently the nationwide media-frenzied storm warnings and reports over the past week have served as an introductory course for the population-at-large on the previously relatively unknown subject of "Atmospheric Rivers". A week-long crash couse actually. Atmospheric Rivers 101 it could be called. For the most part nobody had ever heard of anything like rivers in the sky that can "carry as much water as fifteen Mississippi Rivers" [scientificamerican.com; 12-4-12], but they have now because the NWO Bureau of Propaganda has made sure of it. And not only that, but the country has also been 'educated' to accept as 'scientific fact' that these new animals suddenly are now a 'fact' of life, even though they were never mentioned before. But they are indeed a fact of life now, say the NWO scientists, and according to no less than the USGS, a real "ARkstorm" hitting California one-of-these-days "is inevitable":

Fifteen Mississippi Rivers is a lot of water to be floating around in the sky. But you are supposed to believe it. It is especially amazing when it is taken into consideration that John Q. Public is essentially now being told that devastating "AR's" can form at any time, to expect them, and when they do come, to be prepared because one of them very likely may wash their town or even city right off the map. As far as doing away with entire geographic areas goes, one thing about the so-called Agenda 21 'global management plan' that is a definitely known truth is the aspect of relocation of entire populations from 'undesignated' to 'designated' living areas [see: A21 and wildlands map]. 'AR' blamed-floods sure would help that goal along.

Again, that weather can be manipulated does not even seem to be a question anymore. Still, though, this does not mean that the information that comes out about these 'weather events' is necessarily factual. Perhaps by manipulating the weather making ten feet of rain like the above video claims is possible, but could not the same effect be accomplished by opening up a few waterways here and there? It was an atmospheric river - really.

NC Hospitals Warn Employees to Get a Flu Shot or Get Fired

With officials at the Centers for Disease Control saying it’s gearing up to be a bad flu season, several North Carolina hospitals are taking no chances and requiring that all employees either get a flu shot or be fired.

Officials at the care facilities say the forward-thinking policy was put in place because the common flu may have not-so-common effects on people facing more serious illnesses and whose immune systems are not strong enough to combat the virus...“It’s a definitely a national trend,” says Dr. B. Anthony Lindsey, chief medical officer for University of North Carolina Hospitals where the policy is also in its pilot year.

“Our values at this hospital is that we care for our patients, we care for others and we care for our community,” says Dr. Mary Jo Cagle, the executive vice president and chief quality officer for Cone Health. “It’s not unusual in many venues — in schools, and in many jobs — to have to require vaccinations.”

The policies at these medical facilities come just as the Centers for Disease Control warns of a bad flu season. CDC director Dr. Thomas Frieden said Monday that instances of the flu had arrived a full month earlier than normal. “It looks like it’s shaping up to be a bad flu season,” Frieden said.

“This is a part of our hospital’s and other hospitals’ nation-wide attempt to provide the safest possible care of the patients for whom we’re responsible,” Frieden said. “This is just another part of that effort.”

West Point chapel hosts first same-sex marriage

The U.S. Military Academy's Cadet Chapel at West Point hosted its first same-sex marriage Saturday...Penelope Gnesin and Brenda Sue Fulton, a West Point graduate, exchanged vows in the regal church in a ceremony conducted by a senior Army chaplain.

The brides both live in New Jersey and would have preferred to have the wedding there, but the state doesn't allow gay marriage.

Fulton, a veteran and the communications director of an organization called Outserve — which represents actively serving gay, lesbian and bisexual military personnel — confirmed in an e-mail to USA TODAY Friday night: "We will be the first same sex couple to wed at the Cadet Chapel at West Point."

Fulton, 53, said she is getting married at the academy because "West Point has been an important part of my life," but also because Gov. Chris Christie in [his] home state of New Jersey vetoed a gay marriage bill earlier this year.

But the 1996 Defense Of Marriage Act still prohibits the federal government from recognizing same-sex marriages and says that states cannot be forced to recognize them.

High court leaves open if it will take up gay marriage case

(Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court's nine justices met in private on Friday to consider whether to enter the legal fray over same-sex marriage but made no announcement about any decision they may have reached.

An announcement about whether the court will review the gay marriage cases could come as early as Monday morning.

Friday's court conference was one of the Supreme Court's regular weekly sessions at which it considers what new cases to add to the calendar.

If the court does not issue an order on the gay marriage cases on Monday, it could relist the cases for further consideration at its weekly conference next Friday. The justices will sometimes hold particularly complex cases for a future conference if they need more time to figure out what course of action to take.

RALEIGH - A new state law, the 2012 School Violence Prevention Act, that will be the first in the nation to impose criminal sanctions on public school students who use computers with the "intent to intimidate or torment" school employees will go into effect Dec. 1.

The American Civil Liberties Union of North Carolina opposes the law because it is too broad, threatens to chill students' free speech, sets a bad precedent by telling students it's wrong to criticize government officials, and could saddle students as young as 16 with up to 60 days in jail or a $1,000 fine for a wide range of acts that do not merit a criminal punishment. The law would even criminalize true statements by prohibiting online statements "whether true or false, (emphasis added) intending to immediately provoke, and that is likely to provoke, any third party to stalk or harass a school employee."

The ACLU-NC is urging any student who is charged under this new law to contact its office.

"This law is so vague that it could easily result in a student being arrested simply for posting something on the Internet that a school official finds offensive," said ACLU-NC Policy Director Sarah Preston. "Young people should not be taught that they will be punished for telling the truth, speaking freely, or questioning authority - yet that is exactly what could happen under this law. If it is okay to criminalize students who criticize teachers online, what is to stop the government from making it illegal for any one of us to criticize some other government official, whether the comments are made online or not? We urge any student charged under this misguided law to contact our office immediately."

Interesting to note from that article is that one of those options is to overturn the voters November rejection of the "emergency manager law" which had been passed over a year ago [see 'follow up' above]. ARKstorm: Northern California Residents Fear as Atmospheric River sets up

Okay are you ready for this one? There is a new monster on the NWO-horizon, we are being told, capable of bringing major destruction at any given time to either coast of the USA [according to above article], and these are being called "Atmospheric Rivers" or "AR's"; which again, we are being told, may produce "Arkstorms" - i.e. potentially apocalyptic "thousand year storms".

The official 'scientific' explanation being given as to how this is supposed to work is not difficult to understand, although it definitely is difficult to believe. Basically, as the story goes, moisture from the tropical zones is said to somehow be sucked up into the atmosphere where it then forms itself into an "atmospheric river", which then flows across the globe and dumps itself out in another location, with Noachian-flood type results. Hence the name "Arkstorm", which as the quoted article directly above reveals, came from a 2010 'practice scenario' [USGS link] where the devastating potential of these new (anomaly-ridden) "21st century" storm systems was "clearly demonstrated".

Okay, the practice scenario was conducted, now the real thing is being 'predicted' for California, and this one, they are foretelling, is going to be a double-whammy. The first hit should be coming tomorrow (Wednesday 11-28-12] and continuing on through Thursday, to be followed up by a second round scheduled to hit throughout the coming weekend [first article].

The "atmospheric river" is on it's way say 'forecasters', and when it hits the mountain range in California it will dump "heavy mountain snow" in the higher elevations and epic amounts of rain in the lower elevations, say they. Not only that but they also say that the "tropical air mass" along with the rain will melt the existing snow in those lower elevations, everything below 8,000 feet, all of this bringing the prediction of a "major rainfall event" with "major flooding" - of presumably "biblical proportions" as surely it could not be worthy of being called an "ARKstorm" otherwise.

One month ago much of the East Coast was devastated by "Superstorm Sandy" with it's mysterious 'storm surge' and failing (reportedly) levees in New Jersey. Is now the West Coast to suffer a similar fate over the next five or six days or so?

SCOTUS to Announce If They Will Hear DOMA 11-30-12

Supreme Court nears gay marriage decision over Doma-related cases
Justices will decide next week whether to consider the constitutionality of same-sex marriage

The nine judges of the US Supreme Court will decide next week whether to consider the constitutionality of same-sex marriage – a keenly awaited choice that will have far-reaching implications for thousands of legally married gay couples across the United States.

Up for decision is a set of cases relating to the Defense of Marriage Act (Doma), a 1996 law which states that every time any federal law refers to marriage, it means only that between a man and a woman. Same-sex couples who are legally married in one of nine states or Washington DC are thus denied the benefits or opportunities afforded by marriage to opposite-sex couples.

Five federal courts have ruled that Doma is unconstitutional. The Supreme Court could decide to take on one or more of these cases. The judges will also decide whether to consider an appeal from supporters of California's Proposition 8, a voter-approved amendment to the state constitution which seeks to ban same-sex marriage. Another petition before the justices relates to the state of Arizona, which is seeking to revive a state law that is similar to Doma.

Four Supreme Court justices must agree a case in order for the court to take it. They can take up all of the measures before them, none of them or some. The justices are expected to announce a decision on 30 November.

Douglas Nejaime, an associate professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, said..."If they overturn Doma it just means that those couples will be recognised federally. It wouldn't have any impact on states where they don't recognise same-sex marriage." [full article at link]

Healthcare Workers Fired for Failing to Get Flu Vaccinations

[excerpted] A Cincinnati-based health system has reportedly fired 150 of its 10,800 employees because they would not get vaccinated against the flu.

Citing patient and staff protection, the company sent termination notices to the employees this week just ahead of Thanksgiving. If they agree to get a flu shot (which are offered at no cost) by December 3, the employees will get to keep their jobs.

Last month, Rhode Island passed the first-ever full mandate requiring all healthcare employees (including doctors, nurses, and even temporary workers and medical volunteers) to receive a flu vaccine. Colorado’s state health board approved a similar mandate seven-to-one this past February that would force all health organizations such as hospitals and nursing homes to prove at least 60 percent of their employees received a flu vaccination in 2012-2013; the requirement will increase to 90 percent by 2014-2015.

A similar flu shot mandate bill has been introduced in California. Healthcare staff in the California cities of San Francisco and Santa Clara are already required to take the shot; if they refuse, they must wear a mask at all times while at work.

In most cases, the only way for a healthcare worker to refuse a flu shot is on the basis of provable “medical grounds.”

Mandated vaccinations have been a hot topic for a number of years now, but judging from the above report of multiple states now moving forward with the very thing, apparently, as far as the NWO self-proclaimed masters of humanity are concerned, that discussion is now over. Note that the rationale is stated as being for "patient and staff protection". It was a little less than one year ago that Microsoft announced their "strategic direction shift". That "strategic" move, they announced, would be to take the control of software "out of the hands of users", making the strong statement that this is in fact the "future...for all software". Although by definition this constitutes a totalitarian power grab of the 'digital-universe', note that the official explanation for it is to "keep the web safer". Anyway, as most are well aware, three weeks ago Microsoft released to a greatly less-than-enthusiastic reception their new "strategic direction" with a from-the-ground-up completely reworked version of their trusted Windows operating system. Enter the all new approach of Windows 8:

As seen, Windows 8 has in fact opened a 'window' to the 'cloud' for all users, whether they want it or not, and in that it is being used to subtly start the 'cloud shift', i.e. taking control of software out of users hands. What does Microsoft say about this? Below are two clips taken from a Youtube video that was used essentially as a promo for the official release of Windows 8, published one day before the actual start date. The message in this first image clipped from the video [linked below] could not be any clearer:


Windows 8: The World is Ready Commercial: (Youtube video published on Oct 25, 2012) "Microsoft has announced the availability of its Windows 8 operating system for its customers around the world. Starting Friday, October 26 [2012], consumers worldwide will have access to the latest Microsoft OS on a wide range of Windows 8 PCs, ultrabooks, tablets and hybrid devices."

The message in this second image from the same video could not be any clearer either. It is a hand-formation of a figure '8' - for Windows '8' of course, with, it just so happens, the infamous all-seeing-eye peering through, aka the 'eye of Horus'.

Understanding that such obvious occult symbolism is never random but always intentional, are the 'hidden' messages in this Windows 8 "The World Is Ready" promo video a statement that the world is considered now ready for Horus, i.e. the Antichrist - along with the global system to monitor and control everything and everybody that comes with him - and that Windows 8 (and beyond) is going to make it happen?

On that note it should be pointed out that many technology experts are stating that Windows 8 signals the end of the era of the home computer: "“Best you start digging a hole in the back yard for your PC because it's gone - it's going to go,” technology commentator Steve Simms says. The Windows 8 operating system is a dramatic shift towards more mobile devices and can be used on different platforms from different companies, Microsoft chief executive Steve Ballmer says...“What we've done is actually re-imagined Windows and we've re-imagined essentially the whole PC industry in addition to notebooks and desktops, we introduced the PC as tablet, which I think will be phenomenal.” [source]

They have "re-imagined" the PC industry...and changed the PC into a tablet, says Microsoft. Windows 8 intended to move everyone to cloud-connected "mobile devices" like tablets and phones very likely explains this next image of an exploding laptop from another Windows 8 - Youtube video-commercial. Oh well, dig a hole in the backyard and bury it, right?

Also, it is certainly no secret that "mobile devices" are very useful for tracking individuals, and, moving everyone to mobile devices could be seen as being very beneficial to the globalist agenda in that sense. Additionally it will be very advantageous in the transition to the use of mobile devices for financial transactions which is already in full swing worldwide [see ISIS; and here]. This scenario, doing away with cash, and digitalizing personal finances, gives total power into the hands of the software-controllers up there in "the cloud". Does it get any more Big Brother than that?

Apparently the would-be global managers feel that the "world is ready" for these things, and the only thing needed is global software-integration at the consumer level:

The reality is that Windows 8 evidently is the beginning of what will be a virtually 'universal' software-system. Everything everywhere will be easily connected into it, from computers to tablets to phones and perhaps even ATM's eventually [log on to your 'home page']. This is exactly what Microsoft is saying in the above quote from the Microsoft Windows 8 website [top of post]: "Your life, connected through the cloud". Connected to what? Connected to the Brave New World global grid of course - your life, digitalized, in the hands of the software-controllers of the nether-world.



Whose hands? The hands of the software controllers? Would that be Big Brother aka Horus? Which question brings up this last image clipped from another official Microsoft Windows 8 promo video: Microsoft Windows 8 Everything at Once TVC - Official Commercial. It is a music video titled "Everything At Once" - by Lenka. The refrain of the song is "All I wanna be, is everything at once". That raises the question of who exactly it is that wants to be "everything at once" to the users of Windows 8. Judging from the eye-of-Horus palms so prominently displayed the answer to that question it is not a difficult one.

One more important thing to note about Windows 8. It is widely known already but needs to be mentioned here just the same, and that is the fact that the new operating system has a 'kill switch' built into it:

Senate bill rewrite lets feds read your e-mail without warrants

Proposed law scheduled for a vote next week originally increased Americans' e-mail privacy. Then law enforcement complained. Now it increases government access to e-mail and other digital files.

A Senate proposal touted as protecting Americans' e-mail privacy has been quietly rewritten, giving government agencies more surveillance power than they possess under current law.

CNET has learned that Patrick Leahy, the influential Democratic chairman of the Senate Judiciary committee, has dramatically reshaped his legislation in response to law enforcement concerns. A vote on his bill, which now authorizes warrantless access to Americans' e-mail, is scheduled for next week.

Leahy's rewritten bill would allow more than 22 agencies -- including the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Communications Commission -- to access Americans' e-mail, Google Docs files [cloud], Facebook wall posts, and Twitter direct messages without a search warrant. It also would give the FBI and Homeland Security more authority, in some circumstances, to gain full access to Internet accounts without notifying either the owner or a judge...An aide to the Senate Judiciary committee told CNET that because discussions with interested parties are ongoing, it would be premature to comment on the legislation.

The list of agencies that would receive civil subpoena authority for the contents of electronic communications also includes the Federal Reserve, the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Maritime Commission, the Postal Regulatory Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Mine Enforcement Safety and Health Review Commission.

Revised bill highlights:

 ✭ Grants warrantless access to Americans' electronic correspondence to over 22 federal agencies. Only a subpoena is required, not a search warrant signed by a judge based on probable cause.
 ✭ Permits state and local law enforcement to warrantlessly access Americans' correspondence stored on systems not offered "to the public," including university networks.
 ✭ Authorizes any law enforcement agency to access accounts without a warrant -- or subsequent court review -- if they claim "emergency" situations exist.
✭ Says providers "shall notify" law enforcement in advance of any plans to tell their customers that they've been the target of a warrant, order, or subpoena.

If men set up "a holy city," you must look for a rejected Christ "without the gate." They should, however, be discerned and acted upon, for it is perfectly certain that the atmosphere of a camp, let its ground or standard be what it may, is destructive of personal communion with a rejected Christ; and no so-called religious advantage can ever make up for the loss of that communion. It is the tendency of our hearts to drop into cold stereotyped forms. This has ever been the case in the professing church. These forms may have originated in real power. They may have resulted from positive visitations of the Spirit of God. The temptation is to stereotype the form when the spirit and power have all departed. This is, in principle, to set up a camp.

This is a deeply solemn matter. It concerns us all, because we are all prone to slip away from communion with a living Christ and sink into dead routine. Hence the practical power of the words, to go forth therefore unto him." It is not, Go forth from one system to another — from one set of opinions to another — from one company of people to another. No: but go forth from everything that merits the appellation of a camp, "to him" who "suffered without the gate." The Lord Jesus is as thoroughly outside the gate now, as He was when He suffered there eighteen centuries ago. What was it that put Him outside? "The religious world" of that day: and the religious world of that day is, in spirit and principle, the religious world of the present moment. The world is the world still. "There is nothing new under the sun." Christ and the world are not one. The world has covered itself with the cloak of Christianity; but it is only in order that its hatred to Christ may work itself up into more deadly forms underneath. Let us not deceive ourselves. If we will walk with a rejected Christ, we must be a rejected people. If our Master "suffered without the gate," we cannot expect to reign within the gate. If we walk in His footsteps, whither will they lead us? Surely, not to the high places of this Godless, Christless world.

Police Chief Uses Unique Method To Control Homeless Population

A new law would give Nevada City [CA] the power to hand out permits to a small group of homeless, which would give them permission to sleep in public. While the new ordinance would give some homeless a place to stay, it would tell others, mostly the troublemakers and the criminals, to stay away.

“The goal is to start managing the homeless population within our city,” said Chief James Wickham.

“It just basically means you can’t set up a tent. You can’t live in your vehicle. You can’t live in the woods in Nevada City,” he said...That is unless you have a permit.

"Managing the homeless" is what they are calling this. And that it is...Big Brother style. Permission to be homeless? Presumably a background check would then be needed so as to ascertain, according to the specified criteria, who is and who is not a "troublemaker" or a "criminal" - which then of course raises the question of what exactly it is that constitutes a person being labeled as a "troublemaker" and who is it that decides. And as for "criminals", the reality is that there are plently of laws on the books already to deal with any who commit a criminal act, which then makes them a criminal, but to go beyond that is to jettison the presumption of innocence i.e. "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law", and enters into the realm of 'pre-crime' policing.

It's okay in this case though because the homeless situation is so problematic, right? Wrong. Every freedom taken, from any group, is another step toward Brave New World totalitarianism. "Permission" to be on the street qualifies as freedom taken, and make no mistake, this is setting the precedent. That precedent should be seen as 'freedom by permission' only. Once set, even for the 'good cause' of "managing the homeless", the tentacles of control will no doubt begin extending in every possible direction. For instance, the population-managers could even decide that people are not 'permitted' to have a Big Gulp. Oh that's right, they already did that in New York.

US Post Office reports record loss of nearly $16 billion

The Postal Service on Thursday reported losing a record amount in a single year — $15.9 billion — putting it one step closer to insolvency.

AP reports that the postal service was forced to default on billions in payments in order to avert bankruptcy. Because of the cash shortage, the post office defaulted on two payments into its mandatory retiree health benefits system that totaled $11.1 billion of the losses.

Without that $11.1 billion cost and other related labor expenses, the post office would have sustained an operating loss of $2.4 billion. Still a large amount but smaller than last year's loss of $5.1 billion...The postal agency said it will run out of cash in October 2013 unless Congress intervenes

"It's critical that Congress do its part and pass comprehensive legislation before they adjourn this year to move the Postal Service further down the path toward financial health," Postmaster General Patrick..."We're walking a financial tight rope—we can't sustain these large losses," Donahoe said.

But despite the huge losses, the agency said mail would continue to be delivered as normal and that employees will be paid on time.

#1 According to the Election Protection Coalition, voters across the United States reported more than 70,000 voting problems by 5 PM Eastern time on election day.

#2 There were 59 voting divisions in the city of Philadelphia where Mitt Romney did not receive a single vote.  In those voting divisions, the combined vote total was 19,605 for Barack Obama and 0 for Mitt Romney.

#3 The overall voter turnout rate in Philadelphia was only about 60 percent.  But in the areas of Philadelphia where Republican poll watchers were illegally removed, the voter turnout rate was over 90% and Obama received over 99% of the vote.  Officials in Philadelphia have already ruled out an investigation.

#5 Somehow Mitt Romney won 55 out of the 67 counties in the state of Pennsylvania and still managed to lose the entire state by a wide margin because of the absurd vote totals that Obama ran up in the urban areas.

#6 Barack Obama received more than 98 percent of the vote in 10 out of the 50 wards in the city of Chicago.

#10 Barack Obama also received more than 99% of the vote in a number of very important precincts down in Broward County, Florida.

#12 Ten counties in the swing state of Colorado have a voter registration rate of more than 100%.

#13 Barack Obama did not win in a single state that absolutely requires a photo I.D. in order to vote.

#16 In fact, there were reports all over the nation of people being unable to vote because records showed that they had already voted.
