Schullers Crystal Cathedral files bankruptcy

GARDEN GROVE – Crystal Cathedral Ministries, an Orange County landmark and megachurch founded by television evangelist Robert H. Schuller, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Monday.

A committee of creditors that was working with the church for the last six months declared an impasse last week, foreshadowing the bankruptcy. Jim Penner, a church board member and Schuller's son-in-law, said the cathedral's intention is to repay all vendors 100 percent.

He said the church's debt as of Monday is about $44 million.

The church's budget woes have forced it to lay off 140 people in a little over a year, cut 50 percent of its Hour of Power air time and even send home its orchestra and professional choir singers. The church now has a choir made entirely up of volunteers, Coleman said.

Robert Schuller was the 'founder' of the modern megachurch 'industry', and has personally 'mentored' a number of others who have followed his lead; Rick Warren with his pseudo-christian purpose-driving message being a notable example. Schuller has never preached the true gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. He created a 'gospel' of his own and marketed it and sold it under the label of "possibility thinking". In simple language, a false gospel. A new-world-order counterfeit.

With it he then took to the airwaves and disseminated his 'leaven' on a wider scale than ever previously possible. Schuller is also an avowed globalist (here). Although generally considered 'Christian' by the average Joe, Schuller, with his distorted possibility-gospel, cannot in truth be recognized as anything but a false teacher:

2Peter 2:1 'But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies'

Far from being a 'work of God', the first ever 'megachurch' was built upon "damnable heresies". Most if not all others have followed suit. The truth is that they were part of the globalist strategy from the first. And they have fulfilled the purpose for which they were designed - the widespread corruption of the true Christian faith.

With that nearly complete, the megachurch has served it's purpose in the Cabalist/globalist-plan to create the anti-christ one world religion, and the time has come to move on to the next phase [see update link and below]. Despite the fact that the Crystal Cathedral-ite's have pledged to rebound, the script has already been written.

As Schuller was the first one in, he apparently will be the first one out [see 2nd link below]. You will see the plan unfold as this drama continues to run it's course.
