South Carolina "1000-Year Storm", Bursting Dams, And Agenda 21 - It's A Match

This post related to: "Atmospheric Rivers"...Or Geo-Manipulated Media-Hyped Agenda 21 Transformation Scheme? 12-12-14 ""There is a new monster on the NWO-horizon, we are being told, capable of bringing major destruction at any given time to either coast of the USA [according to article], and these are being called "Atmospheric Rivers" or "AR's"; which again, we are being told, may produce "Arkstorms" - i.e. potentially apocalyptic "thousand year storms"..." -- Atmospheric rivers? Real or just another invented media-hyped geo-manipulated (as in opening a dam, or making a landslide, or causing a "storm surge" [link]) Agenda21-transformation tool...like the supposed brand-new imminent meteorite-strike threat that John Q. is constantly warned may one day wipe out an entire city [link]? -- "To quote the post below [see post]..."how hard is it anyway to make a flood if you control all the waterways and dams?" Interesting to note also is that in the aftermath of the "atmospheric river" so called, it is more than probable that many property owners in affected areas will be soon facing new FEMA flood maps now designating their property as high risk 'because another "atmospheric river" can come at any time and may be even worse' - translated meaning prohibitive insurance costs to remain there [see: Sandy/Jersey]. Cui bono? Agenda 21 population relocation plans is the clear winner in this scenario..." [see full post]

Not over yet: S.C. governor warns of new flooding

COLUMBIA, S.C. -- In a terse warning, South Carolina's governor urged thousands of people in low-lying areas near the coast to evacuate Thursday before a mass of water rumbling toward the ocean floods some places for up to two more weeks.

Gov. Nikki Haley said at a news conference that people in flood-prone parts of four counties should "strongly consider evacuating," including the 10,000 residents of Georgetown. Officials expect to close two of the main state roads out of the historic town in the coming days.

Haley said flooding is expected in Georgetown in the next 12 hours, followed by Jamestown and the Givens Ferry area in the next 72 hours. The warning applies to parts of Dorchester, Charleston, Georgetown and Williamsburg counties near the rising Waccamaw and Edisto rivers, but technically it isn't a mandatory evacuation order, said South Carolina Emergency Management Division Director Kim Stenson. Officials couldn't put a number on how many people are affected, but the counties have a combined 600,000 residents.

The number of South Carolina dams being monitored by emergency officials has grown from 62 to 70 across the state as rising waters crest toward the coast.

Gov. Haley has come under fire for a lack of preparedness in what is called a "thousand year storm." The state has suffered 14 dam failures as of Wednesday compared to zero dam failures in hard hit North Carolina. There are about 50,000 dams in South Carolina, but only 2,200 are large enough to be regulated by the state through the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
1000-Yr. storm with dams failing and massive flooding in South Carolina. More flooding predicted for certain counties over the next few days and other areas for "up to two more weeks", with potentially upwards of 600,000 people affected. Fourteen dams already 'failed' with a count of seventy dams currently on the 'watch list'. Virtually overnight, as the rest of the country watches, much of the state of South Carolina is being devastated, with no light at the end of the tunnel - in fact more on the way they say.

Sudden out of nowhere destruction, due to a "thousand-year storm" we are told. Is that even close to believable? Perhaps it might be believable...if..and that's a big if, what is happening in South Carolina did not line up perfectly with known Agenda 21 goals. Agenda 21 is comprehensive - it literally lays out a plan to micromanage the entire earth. One of the core goals in that micromanagement plan is to essentially restore the planet earth to what may rightly be described as 'original condition'. Clearly understanding this answers many Agenda21 questions. With regard to the subject at hand, that is the current devastation of South Carolina, it is most interesting to note that this agenda to 'restore the earth' definitely involves restoring all waterways back to 'natural flow'. This is no secret even though few are aware. It is a stated objective. According to stated, known, 'Agenda21' goals, all unnatural hindrances to the 'natural flow' of rivers, streams etc. are to be removed. This means dams, reservoirs, etc. be eradicated from the landscape. This very thing was brought out in this recent post:

Pope, U.N. 'New' 2030 Sustainability Scam Same As Old Scam: 1995 U.N. Biodiversity Assessment Report 9-28-15 "The author/researcher (below) has studied the 'U.N. Biodiversity Assessment Report' [1995] and from it has compiled what she called the "unsustainable list".....which basically means those things that, according to the report, will have to be "wrenched" away from people, because they are 'harmful to Mother earth': [included on that list]...aquaculture, dams, reservoirs, straightening of rivers" [see post]

The other part of this new-world-order plan for returning the waterways back to original condition involves ultimately relocating populations out of these areas entirely. These areas are to be designated "wildland" areas, and off-limits to 'humans'. The map below pictures this. Many have seen it - it first came out in the days of the Clinton presidency. It was called "The Wildlands Project" and the map itself became known as the "Wildlands Map'. How accurate it actually is is not known, nevertheless the basic scheme revealed by the map is indeed factual. A brief description is below the image:

[From here] "The Wildlands Project would set up to one-half of America into core wilderness reserves and interconnecting corridors (red), all surrounded by interconnecting buffer zones (yellow). No human activity would be permitted in the red, and only highly regulated activity would be permitted in the yellow areas. Four concerned conservative activists who now make up the board of Sovereignty International were able to find UN documentation that proved the Wildlands Project concept was to provide the basis for the UN Convention on Biological Diversity. They used this information and this map produced by Dr. Michael Coffman, editor of Discerning the Times Digest and NewsBytes and CEO of Sovereignty International, to stop the ratification of the treaty an hour before its scheduled cloture and ratification vote. (See Congressional Record S13790) Since the treaty was stopped, tens of thousands of Americans have used this map to expose environmentalist's efforts to implement this diabolical agenda piecemeal local, just as President Clinton is doing by setting aside millions of acres of public and private land."

South Carolina, with, according to the above article, 50,000 dams, has dams bursting all over the place. Is there more than meets the all-seeing-eye of Horus going on here? Aside from the immediate catastrophe though, here is the real issue: what happens after the fact? What are the chances that after the 'disaster' is cleaned up things ever go back to the way it was before the so-called "1000-yr" storm/flood, as opposed to what are the odds that South Carolina, with however many it ends up to be destroyed dams, and flooded-out 'wildland zones', gets a permanent Agenda21 redesign. The answer to those questions seem too obvious to need further comment.

Maybe just one though...this DDees image, and it is easily worth at least thousand words:

  1. This one hits close to home. We live in the upstate of South Carolina, not far from Charlotte, NC. We have family both in Columbia and in Charleston. Columbia seems to have been hit harder than was Charleston, at least initially, though, as you stated, the governor keeps predicting that things will get worse. In Columbia many roads and bridges are washed out and thus closed, and getting around town is quite difficult. Many are without drinkable water. The National Guard has been called in to help with the situation. Schools are closed. I do know that they have reportedly said that they have opened some dams to keep them from being breached, so all the open dams are certainly contributing to the flooding.
