The Dissolving Of Nations: Lisbon Treaty [10-2-09] And The European Union

In two days, 10-2-09, the people of Ireland will go to the polls to vote on something called the "Treaty of Lisbon". Few have heard of the Lisbon treaty, or if they have, understand what is at stake. What is at stake is nothing less than the sovereignty and individual constitutions of the 27 nations of the European Union. "Lisbon", should it be ratified, would legally merge the 27 EU nations into what essentially would be a single entity. The treaty must be ratified by every EU nation before it can take effect, which is the reason for the 10-2-09 Irish vote. Ireland is the only nation of the 27 which has yet to submit to the “Treaty of Lisbon”, having previously rejected it in June 2008. Apparently this did not go over well with the NWO-ers, and so they have arranged for a 'do-over'. If the referendum passes this time, the individual nations will be effectively dissolved, and the entire world radically altered.

Minnesota County Conducts “Operation Big Shot” Mass Vaccination Drill
In preparation for the distinct possibility of a mandatory vaccination of the American public, a county in Minnesota will hold a mass vaccination drill today dubbed “Operation Big Shot.” County officials expect “300 volunteers to conduct the drill alongside about 200 health department staff members. They emphasized that staffers will not dispense actual vaccinations,” according to The Star Tribune.

BELGIANS PROTEST "DICTATORSHIP" ESTABLISHED UNDER PANDEMIC PRETEXT

The Belgian newspaper "Le Soir" has attacked the decision by the Belgian government to give sweeping “special powers” to a crisis committee established to oversee the “pandemic emergency” for six months or until July 2010 at the latest.

The special powers allow a small group of ministers and the King of Belgium to bypass parliament and enact any law that they consider “necessary” to deal with the pandemic emergency, such as compelling nurses and police to carry out forced vaccinations.

In a hard hitting interview on Belgian TV on Tuesday with the the Belgian Health Minister Laurette Onkelinx, a Belgian reporter called the decision by the public health committee to give "super powers" to an executive and suspend parliament to deal with a pandemic was "disproportionate" in view of the fact that there were only 6,000 cases of mild swine flu in the country so far and no sign of a catasrophe.

Onkelinx replied that it was a "necessary evil."

"I don't like [imposing mlitary rule] at all," she said. "But it's indispensable."

She also said people who claimed the "swine flu" vaccine was dangerous were "crazy" , arguing it would only be given if approved by the European Medicines Agency - but as the agency itself states in its own documents, the safety of the vaccine will not be proven before it is given to people in the biggest "experiment" in history.

U.S. and China Vow Action on Climate Threat

UNITED NATIONS — Some 100 heads of state gathered at the United Nations on Tuesday for an unprecedented daylong conference on combating climate change, with leaders like Presidents Obama and Hu Jintao of China acknowledging that agreement is an important goal, but also stressing their own needs.

Negotiators have been struggling to hammer out a deal to cut global emissions by December in Copenhagen, and the United Nations organizers are hoping that gathering the leaders will give the talks new political momentum.

Rajendra K. Pachauri, the chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, provided the scientific context, and warned that current emissions trajectories were propelling the world toward the panel’s worst-case scenarios.

“Science leaves us no space for inaction now,” he said.

China begins mass vaccinations for swine flu

BEIJING — China kicked off mass vaccinations for swine flu Monday in Beijing, making it apparently the first nation in the world to start innoculating its population against the virus.

The capital's municipal health bureau announced Monday in a statement on its website that Beijing "took the lead in China in starting A(H1N1) flu vaccinations".

The health ministry has said it plans to vaccinate 65 million people, or five percent of the country's total population of 1.3 billion, before year's end.

A total of 500 medical workers in nearly 50 teams have been mobilised to go to schools across Beijing to give the students their shots, which are free and voluntary, the health bureau reported.

The military and police, other kindergarten, elementary and middle school students and teachers, and those with chronic heart and lung diseases will also be given priority, according to the health ministry.

Australia is to start a mass adult immunisation programme on September 30, while the United States has bought 195 million doses of swine flu vaccine and will make shots available next month.

Britain, meanwhile, has received a first batch of 100,000 doses of swine flu vaccine, which could be approved for public distribution by early October.

Swine '09 Update: Senators To Be Given Anti-H1N1 Masks

Capitol alert for H1N1 outbreak; senators and staff to get masks

Senate officials are holding internal planning exercises this week to prepare for a swine flu outbreak that could hobble congressional offices.

Neither the Senate SAA nor the House SAA is planning to offer testing for members or staff. Instead they are planning to treat any flu-like symptoms as if it is the H1N1 strain, and are advising staff to consult their primary care physician. The Senate is planning to provide masks for senators and staff.

House officials have also been holding preparatory meetings with health and security officials in anticipation of an H1N1 outbreak, and are planning to offer more formal recommendations to members in the coming weeks.

Adding a touch of realism to 'Swine 'o9', U.S. senators will be equipped with anti-H1N1 masks to ward off the global pandemic bug, so that presumably they can keep the country running if the promised pandemic stays on it's NWO-benefiting schedule.

That this H1N1 globally connected production is something real and naturally occurring, with a real threat, is just simply not-believable. Incredibly though, that does not seem to be a concern.

If it cannot be true, then it is an abominable evil. No other construction can be put upon it. The fact that this evil has come this far, and that evidently the whole agenda is about to be forced through...can only be seen as a very ominous sign....it must be seen as representing the unleashing of 'the beast'.

The next couple of weeks, and beyond, are uncharted waters. There is no turning back once the NWO starts injecting people with the 'mystery brew' for their bogus flu. The entire new-world-order program will go to the next level.

Internet Grab: FCC to Embrace 'Net Neutrality'

Until, now the Internet has been largely self-regulated, and the FCC has taken a hands-off approach.

During the weekend, press reports revealed a stunning development: The Obama administration will announce Monday that the FCC would propose new rules to embrace what it calls "Net Neutrality."

On the face of it, Net Neutrality appears to be a popular and fair proposal.

Genachowski will "propose new rules that would prohibit Internet service providers from interfering with the free flow of information and certain applications over their networks," according to the Associated Press.

The FCC rules "would bar Internet service providers such as Verizon Communications Inc., Comcast Corp. or AT&T Inc., from slowing or blocking certain services or content flowing through their vast networks," according to the AP.

But critics contend that the proposals are nothing more than a backdoor way for the FCC to tighten federal control over the Internet by beginning with the regulation of Internet service providers.

The libertarian CATO Institute, in a 2004 policy analysis concluded: "The regulatory regime envisioned by Net Neutrality mandates would also open the door to a great deal of potential 'gaming' of the regulatory system and allow firms to use the regulatory system to hobble competitors. Worse yet, it would encourage more FCC regulation of the Internet and broadband markets in general."

PANAMAX 2009 Tests Pandemic Outbreak in Exercise

PANAMA CITY, Panama (NNS) -- Representatives from 10 U.S. government agencies are holding a two-day table-top exercise in cooperation with the government of Panama to assist in responding to any future influenza pandemic Sept. 16.

The agency representatives are in Panama in conjunction with Fuerzas Aliadas PANAMAX 2009, a 12-day military security training exercise involving 20 countries.

The agencies present included the Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Agriculture, Department of Commerce, Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Agency for International Development, Department of Health and Human Services, U.S. Army, U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Navy

"Our goal is to work as close as possible with the Panamanians in case there is a real threat, such as a pandemic influenza," said U.S. Navy Capt. Miguel A. Cubano, a medical doctor and command surgeon for the U.S. Southern Command. "We want to help them set up a plan so a pandemic outbreak does not have a great impact on their economy, stop people from going to work and school and stop the operations of the Panama Canal."

The U.S. Navy is working with the Panamanian government and other U.S. agencies to build a preventive plan to fight all diseases, not just the flu.

JERUSALEM – The interpretation of federal law should be made not by judges but by the beliefs and commitments of the U.S. president and those around him, according to President Obama's newly confirmed regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein.
