Note: November 4, 2016 - nothing visible, most completely unaware, but the world is now changed forever. Important to keep in mind though, and the update article directly below makes it very clear, this is only the start-point for the officially now 'out-in-the-open' Zionist-schemed "one-world-government". More countries are to be 'brought' on board, and "new, even more ambitious plans" are already in the works, beginning next week with COP22 (Conference of the Parties) in Marrakesh, Morocco, running November 7-18, 2016:

Paris agreement to battle climate change goes into effect

The Paris agreement to combat climate change became international law Friday... So far, 96 countries...have formally joined the accord... The United States formally entered into the agreement in September, and more countries are expected to come aboard in the coming weeks and months... “While the real effect of the agreement after it goes into effect is still uncertain, it is a simple sign that the international society is much more open to alter economic and political behavior... The agreement also requires governments to develop climate action plans that will be periodically revised and replaced with new, even more ambitious plans. Many of these details will begin to be addressed at the COP 22 climate change meeting that begins next week in Marrakesh, Morocco...

Undoubtedly, the choice of Marrakesh as the location for COP22 has significance. Also undoubtedly, that significance has something to do with the fact that the Kabalist-Zionist Jews consider Marrakesh to be a "sacred energy site":

COP21 one year ago was in Paris, where the "Paris Agreement" was formally agreed to [see: COP21]. That agreement was then formally ratified one month ago 10-5-16, taking effect today 11-4-16.

Wasting no time, the next thing on the schedule apparently is to now bring the "Paris Agreement" to Marrakesh to get a little "sacred energy" on it. Witchcraft and sorcery - that's what the Kabbalah is. And they do nothing apart from it, and that is the bottom of the bottom line [see: tikkun olam].

Most will remember if old enough or if not will still probably have heard the famous song Marrakesh Express written by Crosby, Stills, and Nash - with the refrain:

"All on board the train"? Marrakesh Express was released in 1969. '69'? - that's the Kabalist as-above-so-below number, which of course is their 'sacred' symbol for the attempt to manifest the spiritual realm in the physical world. Make the 'dream' come true, in other words.

As-above-so-below rituals to materialize the spiritual into physical reality, always, is the modus operandi. In this case being the taking of the express-train to bring to fruition the long-awaited and schemed for Kabala-Kingdom of the false-Zion [see: false Zion and bible prophecy]. That's witchcraft and sorcery by definition.
