ORDERS IN PENDING CASES

08A469 WROTNOWSKI, CORT V. BYSIEWICZ, CT SEC. OF STATE

The application for stay and/or injunction addressed to Justice Scalia and referred to the Court is denied. here
---------------------------------------------------
Eerie silence from the highest court of law in the 'homeland' as they, along with every other lower court in the 'land', in the face of solid evidence to support the claims, have simply refused to touch the Obama no-certificate issue. The questions remain unanswered as the Electoral college meets today 12-15-08. The 'electors' have all been formally notified of the controversy. see: 'Natural born' and the electoral college.
Habakkuk 1:14 Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.

John 18:38 Pilate saith unto him, What is truth?
(which is to say...what does 'truth' have to do with how the men of this world gain and maintain power and control over it? Answer: nothing)

  1. SCOTUS has now prevented itself from acknowleding the question whether Obama is or is not a “natural born citizen” (as distinguished from “citizen”) three times and counting: First before the Nov 4 general election and twice before the Dec 15 vote of the College of Electors. Other cases on the same question are at, or are heading to, SCOTUS. Whether SCOTUS ultimately decides if Obama is or is not a “natural born citizen” only after the Electors vote, only after Congress acts on the Electors’ vote, prior to Obama’s inauguration, or only after Obama’s inauguration, SCOTUS will have to decide — or the people and/or the military will. The issue no longer is Obama. The issue is SCOTUS.

  2. Interesting possible scenario developing with the idea of 'military intervention' if the U.S. legal system totally abandons due process in this issue, as is the case up to this point.

The fact that the miltary is daily encroaching further upon civilian policing authority in this country makes the prospect of any military involvement highly suspect.

Is it possible that 'civil unrest' could be instigated as a pretext to establish martial law?

Is it possible that what happened in Greece last week (still ongoing I believe) was instigated to demonstrate that 'civil unrest' is possible?

The globalization agenda is powerful and it is the only thing those involved (ptb) are concerned about. So far, the role-players are being kept 'above the law'.

    Still impossible to call....
