Corporate World and Homosexual Agenda: Google Signs On

Our position on California's No on 8 campaign (full statement in regard to November vote with the reworded ballot see: Word-Wrangling On CA Faux-Marriage Ballot )
(excerpted) Google: 9/26/08 "As an Internet company....we do not generally take a position on issues outside of our field, especially not social issues...however...."We hope that California voters will vote no on Proposition 8 -- we should not eliminate anyone's fundamental rights, whatever their sexuality, to marry the person they love."

quote: "Sad Sodom saga: Following the ongoing sad Sodom saga of the perverting of a nation...a very disturbing trend is developing as the next chapter of the homosexualizing-of-Amerika agenda has begun, the legalizing of homosexual faux-marriage. The "quasi-government" and corporate world is coming out of the closet to get on board, preaching the 'gay evangel', and bringing their deep pockets to finance it. The happy meal folks are also preaching the 'message'. see: mcdonald's persecuting christians ."

'And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient' (Rom. 1:28)
Is that your final answer?
Man has rejected God's offer of propitiation of sin through faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ (Romans 3:25). This includes apostate Christendom, who nevertheless attempt to retain the appearance but the hearts remain unbowed, causing them to also have been 'given up'...or as God says in his Word: "I will spue thee out of my mouth." (Rev. 3:16)
Man has given his final answer. A resounding 'no'. With nothing more that can be done at that point, God has given the world over to their own ways. Ungodliness and debauchery of every sort (Rom. 1:29-31) are the inevitable result, and this homosexual faux-marriage craze is merely the symptom of the much deeper malady of man's rebellion against his creator. Judgment must follow, for the human race has become a lost cause. They are "reprobate", which is to say beyond hope and no longer 'savable'. We are seeing it. This is the 'gospel' truth.
But, the good news is that there is still time as of today, and for those who "have ears to hear" (Ezk. 12:2), the Lord is still calling 'individuals' ("if any man") to come out of Laodicea before 'the day' come, which is the message of Revelation 3:20:
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. (Rev. 3:20)
Hurry!

  1. Blah, blah, blah.

You can quote from your old dusty book all you want. It's still hate speech.

The ONLY reason to oppose gay marriage is religious zealotry, and forcing others to follow your silly made-up rules is against everything you bible-thumpers say "Jesus" is all about.

Love is Love is Love. No difference except the hate that some attract.

  2. drbear,

Hey, my bible's not that dusty actually...it gets used you know

Anyway, just a few remarks to respond...Love, as described in the bible, cannot be equated to sexual practices. These are two different things altogether.

Homosexuality is not a special class. Unmarried heterosexual sex is a sin, as well as adulterous relationships (not to mention some others). These both would come under the same condemnation as homosexual behavior in the Word of God. (whether people like it or not)

Additionally, in the case of homosexual faux-marriage, to legalize the behavior through marriage creates a situation where those with an agenda can 'legally' proselytize impressionable children. For this reason alone I must object.

But this is not hate speech.

It's truth...preached in love to lost souls...

The message is that all sin is at it's root rebellion against the authority of God as creator...and again, the homosexual is no special class at all...for "all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Rom. 3:23)

...and very important to understand about that is that "the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Rom. 6:23)

Bible-thumpers aside, Jesus came "to give his life a ransom for many" (Matt. 20:28). His life for many. Not to give people the warm fuzzies.

We all as sinners have earned the wages of sin, but the Lord Jesus took the sinner's place and tasted death in our stead (Heb. 2:9)....that is the message of the gospel...a message of love:

'For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.' (John 3:16)

Just believe...and become one of those many ransomed!
