"SAN FRANCISCO, May 27 (UPI) -- The California Supreme Court, just weeks after legalizing gay marriage, will hear another potential landmark case Wednesday involving same-sex civil rights. The court's seven justices will hear a case involving fertility physicians accused of discriminating against a lesbian couple by citing religious beliefs when they declined to perform artificial insemination, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported Tuesday."

"In the pending case, gay rights advocates say the state civil rights law mandating equal treatment should override the doctors' constitutional rights to religious freedom, he said."

"Religious liberty protects your right to believe as you wish, but not act in whatever manner a person might wish to based on those religious beliefs," said Benitez's attorney, Jennifer Pizer."

fyi: While the ink has barely dried on the last Ca. Supreme court "landmark decision", the next phase of the homosexual agenda is already stepping up into the batter's box. The timing is rather amazing. It's almost seems like a conspiracy or something...
Now, as seen in this next case, the homosexual agenda wants to take away the right to act "in whatever manner a person might wish", or more specifically, according to religious convictions. This would have have incredibly far reaching implications. It's getting serious folks.
(* re: Homosexual nuptials. June 14...keep an eye on this date. This will be exactly 30 days since the last 'landmark' decision and is the date the floodgates will open unless the Ca. Supreme Court issues the petitioned-for delay to the starting of the sodomite faux-marriages.

God's Word says:
Proverbs 22:28 Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set.
