Perhaps there is a 'secret' reason for using the name 'Bomb' Cyclone for these geoengineered events - could it mean the actual cause of the destruction of dams, levees, bridges, piers, popular beaches, major roadways, hillsides collapsing (mudslides), etc., (and lives), is these things are being bombed:

The first thing i must comment on is to suggest again, as strongly as possible, is the need to convert wholly to the King James bible - i know i've said it before but looks like you're not quite convinced. It is of the utmost importance is what i will argue. It is the only bible sanctioned by God the Holy Ghost; see: No King James Bible No Holy Ghost
Without the Holy Ghost we can do nothing.. we will have no power.
The verse you quoted, 1 Peter 3:15, in the Authorized Version (AV aka KJV) reads:
"But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear'
Writing an article is another thing, but for right now here are a few thoughts in response to your question:
1. The primary calling for all believers, i.e. the body of Christ, is found in Acts 1:8:
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me..'
The primary calling for believers given here is this: "be witnesses unto me" - the Lord Jesus Christ (note: as the verse states this is only possible if they receive power, the power that comes only from the Holy Ghost. From Luke 24:49, as the believers were told at the ascension, we learn what to do to receive this power - it is to wait on God "in Jerusalem" for it. In other words, 'my Jerusalem' would be where i am now, and to be seeking the LORD on all things regarding what he is doing with me. Very important to understand about this: this is personal dealings with the LORD, no formula)
2. Being a witness - which essentially is the same thing as giving a testimony - is not something difficult. It simply means telling what you have either seen or heard, that is, what you know. For example it can be likened to being a witness in a court case. The witness is called to the stand and they are to tell what they saw or heard. If a person witnessed a car accident from two blocks away their testimony would be different than a person who witnessed the accident right up close. The person right on the spot would be able to provide much more details.
3. The application is straightforward. As a believer, called to be a witness "unto the Lord Jesus Christ" - the only thing i can do is to tell what i have seen and heard. If i'm a new believer, something like the witness who was two blocks away, all i need to do is tell what i know. I do not have to try to elaborate it, add to it, but just say 'this much i know and that's all'. If i'm walking with the LORD for a long time, have had many many personal dealings with him, my testimony will still be the same way - i can only tell what i have seen and heard i.e. what i know. The important thing in either case is to keep it 'just the truth'. It's ok to say i don't know this or that, i only know this (and i'm learning more everyday)..
4. The LORD can and will use both witnesses that 'are just the truth'. So then Natalia to "be ready always" can be looked at like being called to the witness stand. Just tell what you know.. and leave it there. The value will be in the realness - two blocks away or on the spot. And, after 1000 more personal dealings with the LORD, you will have witnessed many more things, and so have more to say when you get on the witness stand..

Natalia, I fervently pray that you do as Tom suggests! Use/rely on the King James bible alone. Please! And please reply to Tom on what he suggests. It is of UTMOST importance, IMO.
